I don't like the fact that upon check out I did not receive a hard copy of my final bill they said it would be emailed which I never received and I stayed one night but they charge my credit card for 2 nights! Not cool very unprofessional and know waiting for results for refund through travel company or will proceed with credit card company.

The property Was okay, but has a way to go to be associated with Marriott. Staff were courteous, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was adequate, but there was no diet sugar substitute. The American coffee was not good, and only offered on the weekend, not weekday.
One day, I had a knock on the door, it was housekeeping, I asked them to com back later. They didn’t, when I returned later in the evening. I had to go to the front desk (because there was no answer to my call) to request toilet paper, & towels.

Over all stay was great. Good location, not far from base, dining, train station & shuttle service to base. Only thing I would recommend is to provide dish soap, a sponge or wash cloth & dish towel. This way guests don’t have to buy their own supplies.

The room was very big and we had a very large balcony. The bar was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The location was good for us since we were visiting relatives at the nearby U. S. Navy Base.
The front desk did not always understand our request.
The front desk could not change our large Euro's for smaller Euro's. The bathroom was set up for only 1 person and there were 2 of us. I had to ask the front desk twice during our stay to have the bathroom stocked for 2 people. Additionally, if I didn't have bar soap from a previous hotel we would have had no soap at all. There was no refrig in the room. Plus no microwave in the room or electric water kettle. There was no a/c in the room, and it was hot at night. We were told that the a/c was central and wasn't yet turned on for the year. The mattresses were very hard.

First…the name is INCREDIBLY misleading. “Inn Naples Airport” is an 80 euro Taxi from Naples Airport!!!!!! Had I known…and my bad for not looking on the map to SEE this hotel is NOWHERE near the Naples Airport…at least 30minutes. We then told front desk we needed a 7am taxi to get an 8:30 ferry over to Positano. Apparently, no taxi available in the area until 7:30…ok..so half our drive..we had our ferry tickets and figured we could make it. Get to lobby at 7:00 to get out asap..another man shows up…long story short, front desk clerk gave our cab to this other man waiting…2nd cab shows up at 7:50 and we drive into ferry lot to see it sailing away. Next ferry was at 2:20pm…we waited in Napoli in pouring rain for 6hours. Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE..especially if you need to be in Napoli or near the airport, it is way too far out!!!! Between the outrageous taxi fares getting there and back to town and missing our taxi due to distance and the front desk…it was a horrible travel experience.

Billing was confusing. I was lead to believe i am paid for the entire stay. Upon check out, I said I'll be back to get my wallet in the room. Reception responded that I can't leave because with the suitcases it appears I am leaving. Frankly that was an insult. Im leaving the suitcases to be retrieve later.
The housekeepers on the other hand are polite and friendly.

Overall the property was nice and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. One area I was disappointed was with the shower/tub, there was a small glass door, however it only covered 1/3 of the tub. As a result when I took a shower the water would spray onto the floor. Leaving a pool of water on the floor, making very slippery and unsafe when I stepped out of the shower.

My husband & I had an overnight stay. We arrived late at night and check in was simple. Staff is friendly & helpful. There is a free parking lot on site with plenty of parking spaces. The room is very large, comes with a TV, kitchenette, & private bathroom. Facilities were clean.

Great spot to stay in Gricignano!

Another great stay at the Inn at Naples Airport. It was very quiet, no too many guests due to COVID, but the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

We had a minor leak in the sink in our room, after letting the front desk know on our way out for the day, they immediately fixed it! Great service.

We also had our two dogs with us and there is a great space behind the hotel to walk them.

This was the best choice ever made when staying in Naples. The area is very tranquil. The Place was in such a great spot.
The staff was so professional, attentive,, courteous, helpful and efficient.
Breakfast was delicious and their cappuccinos yummy.
The only bad thing I could mention was their Wifi was so bad, I weak. Overall pick this place you won’t regret it. I will giver it a 9 1/2 plus! Out of a10 grade.
Will sure miss this place!! Till the next time!! And thank you for your service.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The closest town, Caserta, is 20 minutes away, and it has nothing of interest or nice restaurants at all. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is very nice. The hairdresser that owns the salon there, Anthony, is super nice and helpful. The hotels food is, at best, mediocre, but you have no other choices choices near you so bring your own food if you can. Runny scrabbles eggs made from powder and fishy smelling salmon pasta. Skip it for sure. If you can, rent a car so you can yourself around. the cab drivers from the airport/train station rip you off, the hotel has a company that drives their clients. Really nice Mercedes cars and vans. Nice drivers. Decent prices. The roads are so bad you back and kidneys take a beating. That car service offers “tours” to Pompeii and Vesuvius. It’s not a tour. It’s a ride. They drive you and drop you off. They don’t give any type of informative tours. Hire a tour guide when you get to the places.

Great Place to Stay!

Despite COVID’s impact, the Tulip Inn did a wonderful job making our family feel comfortable. The rooms are quite large and nicely appointed. The restaurant provided a typical European style breakfast with the option of bacon and eggs. They have plenty of parking, both above and below ground. For Americans, unfortunately, they have the typical very hard European beds.

Cons: Stayed here for about a week. The second day we found ants coming from the bathroom/bedroom as well as the balcony door. Called the front desk to clean it up and they did; they even arrived promptly. However, the ants were still there. We ended up buying our own RAID ant traps from the base across the way and it seemed to have worked. At some point I called the front desk for fresh towels at 10am but they never showed up and we never received them. We wish there were more amenities as well as a couch in the suite that we had. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was a little odd, the shower door was short and it made it easy to get water everywhere and it would even cause a huge puddle.

Pros: The kitchenette was nice, pet friendly, restaurant/room service food was great.

It would be really nice to have at least a boiler in the room.
They should consider investing in a mattress topper .

The front desk extends beyond the level of the floor, and at night it is difficult to see that there are stairs. My sister, coming to speak to someone, fell down the stairs because if this. Some kind of visual warning or cue might help. Also, a ramp for rolling suitcases up the stairs would be helpful.

Nice stay at a good hotel in a not-great area

Hotel was nice enough and the rooms clean, but beds were anything but comfortable. Add to that the lumpy pillows and that's the only drawback to the hotel. Otherwise, breakfast was good, the pool very nice, and the staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful, but there is not much nearby. Must walk about 20 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants, which is preferred as parking at those places is challenging.

This hotel is no where near the airport in Naples, it’s literally a 30 minute drive on the Autostrata going about 90 kph. Basic room, a/c did not function well at all, hard bed and very little amenities. Hard pass on this place for me. Booked 4 days stayed 1 night.

This hotel is clean, if you don’t look too closely. It has the bare necessities, but not much more. The bed was really uncomfortable and the service, while quick, was not particularly friendly or helpful. They say there is room service, but only during limited hours, and the room didn’t have any menus (no info at all, actually, except laundry prices). I had a business suite with kitchenette. It was stocked with 4 forks, 4 dessert plates, 4 disposable plastic cups and a frying pan. I was able to take a nice, hot bath in the deep tub.

Very nice hotel, very clean and the breakfast was good! The only two issues we had were the bed was VERY firm and the room was pretty hot. We couldn’t get the AC or fan to come on in the room to cool it down and there was a lot of burning going on outside so we couldn’t leave the window open. The pool looked nice, I’m sure in the summer it’s a definite perk! Also being able to have our dog with us made things a lot easier. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for proximity to the base; you can either walk or the hotel has a shuttle a few times a day.

We have stayed in this hotel before, however this time the room was not nearly as clean. Also the bed was awful-it was one of the hardest beds we had ever slept in. For the money, and area it isn't a bad price, but they need to get their cleaning standards back up and their beds definitely need some help. I can't imagine staying there again for more than one night with that bed.

The beds felt like they were made from packed straw - hard and uneven and gave the sensation that they were not level. Only one pillow for each bed, which felt like all the stuffing had been taken out of them. Had to ask for two more pillows (one each for myself and my wife) but those extra pillows suffered from the same issues - felt more like a thick pillow case than an actual pillow. Otherwise the room itself was fine, and the staff were very helpful and polite, even with the obvious language barriers. We also had to change our hotel due to plans getting switched due to the U.S. government shutdown, which made our trip much more complicated. Travelocity successfully negotiated a refund on my unused reservation dates. That was very much appreciated!

There’s no gym. The breakfast costs extra. The hotel itself is updated in style but lacks any amenities. The room doesn’t even come with soap. The bed was a sheet of steel with nothing but a sheet. There’s free parking and it’s super close to the military base that offers a shuttle 3x a day. I think the room should be cheaper than $40 a night.

We reserved two premium-non-smoking rooms weeks in advance. The rooms were not adjoined as requested. The rooms both reeked strongly of cigarette smoke. The rooms had one chair each, one was a hard plastic chair. The rooms had kitchenettes but had no dishes, utensils, or cookware. No way to even make coffee in the morning. There was no clothes iron or board. Thank god we only had to spend one night. Would not recommend.

Wife and I had a family suite with kitchenette. Bed was very firm, not concrete like but more of a wooden plank feel.Room was huge but had just one chair which was tattered, small and uncomfortable. Shower head was fixed as a stream with low water pressure. I suspect the design of the bath/shower required this because there was only a small glass barrier keeping water in. If shower was stronger the bathroom would flood. 15 euro per person breakfast was not worth it. Location is excellent but not near the Airport (20 minutes or so away)

Nice hotel at reasonable price

We stay here a few times every year. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and remember us when we visit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable (for European standards). The breakfast included in our rate is a traditional continental with Italian pastries. Our only criticism is that it seems like the hotel is always a work in progress...very little room and hotel decorations, and limited landscaping. Also, they don’t promote rooms for more than 2 adults on websites. But if you call or email, they usually don’t have problems adjoining rooms and giving a competitive rate. Overall, the hotel isn’t anything fancy, but it serves our needs, is convenient to the US military base and is reasonably priced.

The only complaint is the hard bed but that is typical for Europe. Otherwise we enjoy staying here. Very clean and close the military base. Keep in mind that even though the rooms have a small kitchen, they DO NOT provide any utensils or cookware.

Great Hotel - Bad Location for Tourists

The hotel is great and it’s new. The staff are remarkably friendly and ready to assist. They speak English well. One major concern: It seemed the advertised shuttle does not exist. I called the hotel to arrange the shuttle from the airport, they said it was not running and I had to pay €50.00 to the hotel. The hotel is not close to Naples. In fact, it’s the complete opposite direction. If you are coming in late, it’s a nightmare - so be prepared to pay extra for a cab. Additionally, I thought for sure the airport shuttle would run to get me back to the airport so I can get to a more central spot. Nope. They didn’t have it, so I had to get a taxi to the train and take the train in. Yes, it’s an adventure, so be prepared!

We stayed the night because of a company holiday party. Parking was safe and convenient. Hotel has a decent breakfast. A perk is a wonderful hair salon inside-Anthony is amazing for cut and color. Even though the description says it is near the airport-it really isn't. Just a heads up that you are a good 15-20 minutes away and taxis are expensive. Maybe they provide an airport shuttle?

Our room was very soundproof and we couldn't hear the nearby highway at all. The beds are typical European-style as in very firm mattresses and pillows.

Horrible. Where to start. Beds are to hard. WiFi signal was to weak. Complained and they still did not fix it. The towels smelt and were not clean or soft. They gave me jock itch. Which means they were covered with bacteria. Only plus is its 10 walk from Navy Support Site. Works in a pinch with no car to drive. Avoid if possible.

Nice, basic hotel near Navy Support Site

My partner and I recently stayed at the Tulip Inn for 9 nights while doing some work on the Navy base. This hotel is in a good location and fairly easy to get to from the airport. The staff here was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The cappuccinos are excellent, especially when Giuseppe makes them! We did go to dinner at the hotel on our last night and found that to be pretty dissappointing. The decor is pretty spartan, no artwork in the rooms. The stye is nice and modern and the rooms are very clean.

Decent Clean Hotel

Nice rooms, clean accommodations, but you're quite a ways from the city to see anything. Wi-Fi is spotty. Decent food at the hotel restaurant.

Albergo molto grande e molto vuoto/triste.
Ampio parcheggio, letto grande e comodo ma biancheria vecchia e consumata.

Per 99€ a notte la colazione é rificola con poca scelta e di scarsa qualità

Het hotel is zeer netjes en stil ,maar ligt wel wat afgelegen ,niet voor mensen die geen auto hebben ! De parking ,ligt prachtig ,je rijd onder het hotel en neemt direct de lift naar je eigen verdiep .Het ontbijt was wel wat aande povere kant ,ham,kaas eieren ,spek ,soms een stukje fruit appel of banaan en een vruchtendrankje en je bent er ongeveer !

Limpo e confortável - café da manhã ruim

Hotel com ótima estrutura nos quartos, camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo. Check -in rápido e com estacionamento. Possui cozinha com alguns utensílios como pratos, panelas e talheres.

Pontos a melhorar: Café da manhã servido com copos descartáveis (você precisa pedir um capuccino para vir uma xícara). Poucas opções no café da manhã. Ovos e bacon precisam ser feitos de uma melhor forma. Piscina inutilizável (muito suja) recebi um comunicado que a partir de setembro não haveria piscina, mas me hospedei em agosto e já não estava utilizável.

Séjour assez bien

Dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est bien passé!!
Ce pendant la zone n’est pas adaptée pour des personnes ayant pas de voiture. Déplacement difficile, faut prendre des taxis tout le temps.
À cela s’ajoute la propriété de la chambre, je ne sais pas s’il y’a une gouvernante pour contrôler les chambres. Dans la nôtre il y’avait des toiles d’araignées et une serviette sale peut être avec des taches propres entre guillemets.
La distance est longue contrairement indiqué sur le site.
Enfin j’étais déçu de voir la brosse et pot de toilette dans un état catastrophique.
