The property is on a main road. That is handy to get the bus into town.
The room was clean and the sheets on the bed were clean. The shower was moldy.
I had the window open to let the smell of mold out. But the cleaning people kept closing it and putting on the heater. The lights next to the bed didn't work. The plug next to the bed was broken.
The bed is very hard. There was a comforter on the bed with no cover.
There is a fridge that ismt that cold. Also a safe that can be taken out it's not stuck in the cupboard. No tea or coffee in the room

The area is not pretty, the room smells like cigarette smoke, no toiletries in the bathroom, the towels were super small, only two towels the toilet didn't have a lid, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was nice though.

The included breakfast is one pastry and a drink. On a map, the location seems convenient, but it’s not that great if you’re trying to get to the city center because the busses do not run on schedule. Being closer to a metro would be preferred when moving around Naples. The room also had a broken fridge and tv but at least they were able to call a technician for the next day for the fridge. However, since we did not know about the fridge being broken until after we came back with leftovers, we had to ask them to leave it in their employee fridge for the night. When we went back for it the next morning, the front desk staff was different from the day before, and he could only give us back half of our food because the other bag was missing. Another the biggest problem was the hole in the shower ceiling that would drip water after every shower. The service was also hit or miss depending on who you got. When we first tried to report the broken fridge, it felt very difficult to communicate with them in English, even when we pulled up Google translate for her to use. The hotel itself isn’t terrible (minus the broken fridge and ceiling) so if you can speak Italian and don’t plan on going too far from the hotel area, it is worth staying here for the price

There is absolutely nothing good about this property. After complaining I was moved to a diff room but that was as bad as the other. Noisy, dingy, untidy. It looked like an old tiring building with lots of renovation work needed. No proper shower doors, toilet seats, rusty shower, hollow electric switches, sockets, aircon made noise all night. Lot of traffic noise as the rooms are facing the main road. Never ever going back there. If you still have free cancellation then go ahead and find another place even otherwise do the same.

4 stars… more -4 stars. Please note this hotel is located in the middle of a shady neighbourhood, aka very local outskirt area where no one speaks english and tourist girls are cat called. We can hear everything in the street, if someone smokes in the common entrance downstairs OUTSIDE, you WILL smell it in your room. Then again looks like smoking in your room is common due to the ashtray in ours. There is mold in the shower, no toilet seat, and the deluxe room barely has light due to less than half of the lightbulbs functioning. To top it all, staff is not friendly. If you do book it, stick to the R5 bus from the train station and google maps to know which stop to get off.

- no wifi
- ac was dripping onto the bed
- sat down on the chair and it broke
- very angry shower, made a mess in the bathroom.
- included breakfast was just one beverage and pastry. Worst croissant I’ve ever eaten and had to pay extra for second coffee.
- hotel was filled with cigarette smoke
- balcony opened only onto a grate.
Fine enough but not as comfortable as I would’ve liked.

Customer service was awful. The reception, did not talk at all, only asked for the passport and handed me a dirty key, remote for AC and TV which both did not work.
There's no WIFI. The room was disgusting. Seriously, I was afraid to lay on my bed. The lights were burnt out, there was a water leak near the washroom. The area of this property was questionable. If you are a lone traveler, i do not recommend it. It feels really unsafe around this area. It was also really noisy, you can hear the other people from their rooms and hallway. My overall stay was very disappointing.

Naples isnt as \"safe\" or walkable as the rest of Europe. Naples is an idustrial type city that has lots of graffiti, dirty streets and just doesnt look safe in most places. That being said, this hotel is past the airport and main Naples area but area is a tiny bit better than closer to train. We took taxi from port for cost of $30Euros. Taxi to airport was $20E. Hotel is clean and we simply spend the night for an early AM flight. There is a GREAT pizzeria about 2 blocks down and delicious bakery 1/2 block down. Would recommend if coming to naples. Worth being further from town.

Placed in a dangerous area

Pretty comfy for 3 nights but the area it was placed to, was terrible and full of shifty people. Only two members of the staff speak english and the breakfast ladies seem judgemental and not professional at all.
Ths dangerous placement could be countered if you have a car, but if you dont, its better you dont choose the hotel because of gangs, pickpockets and very unreliable bus services. The area resembles a lot a 3rd world country.

Small with convenient parking in the Naples suburb of Seconliliano 5 min from car return at the airport,as such met our needs for a night before the flight.Great views of the Neopolitan attitudes to wearing seat belts and crash helmets as they charge up and down Corso Sec.A little short on places to eat without driving due to holiday shutdown of commerce,

Although we requested two single beds, we found that the bed had been made up as a double. We found the bed easy to split although there was not enough bedding for the first night. The beds were made up as single beds for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was acceptable and the staff were helpful.
The distance from the airport by road is about 3 miles.

Old hotel in a very questionable neighborhood with virtually no restaurants or eating places within blocks of walking. Very busy street, very noisy and very dirty. All we wanted was a place to overnight until an early morning plane. The best thing I can say is that the people manning the desk were nice, polite and tried to be helpful. They got our 4:30 AM taxi to the hotel on time.

The beds had a clean sheet and a not-too-clean looking blanket on them. The room and bathroom were clean, just very old.

Amazing local food everywhere. Coffee shop out front that rivals any in the world. Amazing Catholic Church across the street. Best of all, central to everything. No matter where I went in Napoli cab fare was less than 15 euros. The food was excellent the pizza shown plus another and a bottle of wine 20€...Just two blocks away across the street.

Still good but last year was better

The best thing is neighbourhood, very freindly people and very eager to help.We were particularly impressed by the entire team of La Fontanella Restaurant which is very close to the hotel.The food is amazing and are people wonderful, they made us feel like in a family.Regarding the hotel is the second time here, is the same nice hotel but the reception guys are not the same.The girls before were very professional and kind, use to speak good english and offer a lot of support.This time I was not that impressed about the two guys I meet there. One does not understand english and is a bit rude, the other is OK but not gentle as the from last year use to be.They are not informed about the city atractions and cannot provide too much info. Anyway it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated a little outside the central area of Naples but buses are easy to get to the centre, though as you would expect in a big city, traffic can cause delays. The staff (reception & breakfast/cleaning) were lovely and always helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a good experience to use Taxi that related this Hotel. We could negocaite to use one taxi with 220 Euro for 5 persons from hotel to Amarfi (including Solento, mayfamous places) from 9:00am to 19:00 pm. It was cheaper than local tour agent. We could save a lot of money using this taxi company that introduced by this Hotel.

The rooms were tiny but the bathrooms were nice and spacious. The people at the front reception desk spoke no English but still kind. The neighborhood is slummy and dirty but we needed a hotel near the airport and this is what we found at last minute. It was fine to just lay our heads.

This hotel is for travelers who enjoy the stink of cigarette smoke and enjoy constant, variable terrible noise 24/7. This hotel is for people who don't need to sleep or need to have any peace in their lives while traveling.
There is no such thing as \"non-smoking rooms\" in this hotel as advertised evidenced by the burn marks on the night tables and head board in a \"supposed\" non smoking room. The entire place is contaminated with slate, nasty cigarette smoke everywhere you turn, there is no escape from it ever. The big fat guy who does the grave yard shift keeps the stink alive even while the smokers are sleeping as he chain smokes throughout his shift and the stink wafts throughout the stairs and hallways. The internet, the Wi-Fi, the phone nor the TV worked the entire stay and all you will get is that they are \"very sorry\" if you bring it to their attention. There is 24/7 noise from the loud church bells across the street that start at 7:30 AM and bang away every 1/2 hour into the evening, last bell clanging at midnight, There is a constant traffic of people who speak loudly outside your door and smoke of course, at all hours of the day and night. Dog barking at 1, 2 in the morning because this tiny hotel allows pets people smoking and screaming outside your window since there is a café right next door to the hotel, there is constant loud horn honking, screaming and loud moped traffic day/night. So...only if you sleep like the dead, smoke like a fiend and really enjoy not being able to communicate with anyone you know during your stay, by all means stay here! Otherwise, there are other places in Naples that truly have non-smoking rooms, peace and quiet and internet capability, it is just not here, this is a place to recommend to your best enemy who you would love to see suffer!

We were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful front desk clerk. Went up to the room to find out half of the lights in the room did not work either because they had no bulbs in them or the bulbs were burned out. When we notified the front desk she said the \"boss\" would be up to the room when he returned. He came a short time later with one light bulb. At least we could now see in the bathroom since neither light worked and now at least one did. The drapes in the room were set too far from the wall. When I laid in bed I could see straight down the street in the space between the drapes and the wall. If this is how they run their hotel I don't think this is a place I want to stay again.

Good inexpensive place to stay near the airport

Cute little parking area for about 5 cars inside courtyard. Small hotel, only about 13 rooms. Staff ridiculously accommodating and kind. The room was a decent size (queen bed and single bed), flat screen tv, excellent wifi, huge bathroom! VERY plain. In fact, it appeared they'd almost matched the furniture to the walls. Not beautiful, but clean and simple and comfortable. Little unstocked fridge, desk, wardrobe, luggage surfaces. Pizza two doors down, other than that, not much. Breakfast was uninteresting but fine; cereal, pastries, espresso/cappucino maker, yogurt, juice, etc. Great price and a 10 minute drive to the airport in the am to return our rental car.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. The neighborhood was not great, but the pizza place mentioned by some other reviewers was pretty good and fairly cheap as well! We ended up with a smoking room, which was not pleasant since we are non-smokers. The wi-fi did not really work, and the beds were hard, but it served our purpose of being close to the airport for an early morning flight. It is not near any attractions though, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone wanting to go sight seeing in Naples.

Geen mogelijkheid meer om te ontbijten , geen bar aanwezig wat nochtans wel vermeld stond in de info , geen glazen of bekers aanwezig , noch in de badkamer noch bij de receptie . Zij weigerden pertinent om zelfs maar een plastic of kartonnen bekertje ter beschikking te stellen . Onze auto werd wel op de binnenplaats geparkeerd wat een zeer grote luxe was gezien het chaotisch verkeer .

I dont suggest anyone to stay here

My rental car was parked on the street infront of the hotel and was STOLEN from me and ended up ruining completely the rest of my trip . The hotel said there was parking available in the listing but there was absolutely nothing ! Wich i didnt like the fact they put these options wich they didnt have. I would of never stayed here knowing there was no parking.

the shower head was not working. The shampoo and body wash was the cheapest you can buy.

Third : your in the guetto of napoli they should show abit more pictures of the surroundings very missleading.

Extrem laut, extrem klein. Es ist ganz normal, wenn man um 01:00 nachts aus dem Bett gehupt wird, weil irgendjemand auf der Straße 3 Sekunden schneller sein möchte als sein Kontrahent. Ich war schon öfters in 4 Sterne Hotels, das ist nichtmal ein 4 Sterne Hotel in Rumänien. Alles war schmutzig und stank, personal spricht stichwortartig Englisch. Sehr enttäuschender Trip, brauchen einen Urlaub von diesem Urlaub, kein einziges Frühstück wahrgenommen, obwohl es inkludiert war. Keine Ahnung welche Art von \"Mensch\" das isst. Viele Einheimische meinten, dass das die schlimmste Gegend Neapels ist, einer aus Caserta meinte Zitat: \"very bad people there\" \"You got your luggage there?\" Ich: \"yes\" und darauf folgte ein peinliches und bestürztes \"Oh\"..

Hotel sinpreocupación por los huéspedes.

La recepción estuvo bien. El chico que estaba hablaba inglés y pudimos entendernos. Al llegar a la habitación tuvimos un problema con la mampara de la ducha, se desencajó y al ir a recolocarla (con toda la buena fe del mundo) se rompió en mil pedazos. Mi pareja se cortó y debido a los nervios les explicamos brevemente lo que había pasado. Le dieron alcohol para las heridas y unas tiritas; nos limpiaron la habitación y nos llamaron al hall para decirnos el precio de la mampara. Al bajar quisimos hablar con el jefe porque entendíamos que había sido un accidente y que el propio material de la mampara estaba en mal estado, primero por desencajarse y luego por romperse. El recepcionista dijo que su jefe no quería hablar con nosotros y que si lo rompíamos, lo pagábamos. Lo lógico hubiese sido el darnos otra habitación, para poder ducharnos si queríamos, pero no fue así. Además, al dejar el hotel por la noche (debido a un vuelo muy temprano) el recepcionista de noche no hablaba en inglés, por lo que prácticamente tuvimos que hablarnos en señas y prácticamente nos dejó solos en la puerta del hotel, en la oscuridad de la calle, a esperar al taxi.
No repetiríamos en este hotel y tampoco se lo recomendaríamos a nadie.
