My room was very small but quite cozy. Very convenient to the local grocery store, restaurants & the A*REX train. I was very pleased with the experience of staying there. I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was great — just a short walk from the train station. It’s about an hour train ride to the center of Seoul, and I’d definitely recommend taking the train rather than an Uber, as driving can take much longer due to traffic and costs a lot more. For the price, it was an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay.

The thing that i really loved is the hotel reception is open 24/7 and was able to accommodate me when my flight arrived in incheon almost 12 midnight. It’s also close to the airport about a 12 minutes drive. They also offered shuttle to the airport. Uber or taxi is also available. Staff are also super nice. Overall I enjoyed it as would definitely book again.

Nice size jacuzzi for 2 but the jets were not working. Had late check in past midnight. Staff was there and check in process was quick. Surroundings leading to room was not that great but room itself was fine. Slippers, robes, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, air purifier, air conditioning, hair dryer, hair straightener, comb, even hair gel was provided. Air con itself looked newer or well maintained. Carpet didn't look that great but slippers were provided. Comforter was a bit scratchy for sensitive skin but it was clean and fresh. Several restaurants were still open past midnight when we arrived.

The perfect location for an overnight stay in Seoul. As promised the shuttle was there with in 20 minutes. Note you have to call yourself, the information desk won't call for you. It was next to many restaurants and 3 minute walk to the subway. Staff was pleasant and best of all the room was amazing. The toilet alone deserves another stay.

As in the name, this is a relaxing place to stay. Pleasant rooms. Comfortable beds. Well designed building. The small cafe being built right next door will make this an even better place to come. Easy access to subway. Pleasant park just a few blocks away. Good restaurants all around. Friendly staff. I cancelled a reservation at another hotel so I could return here. Next time I come to Korea, this will definitely be my first stop. A wonderful hotel!
