I really like this hotel. It appears to be an older hotel, but the room was very spacious . I especially liked the driver to the airport—he was so helpful and kind. My only negative experience was when I came in a bit early and the guy at the front desk was not nice. But when checking out, I asked for extra time and paid $7 an hour, and I was so grateful for that. I would recommend it for a night stay before heading out or if you have a layover.

This hotel has a shuttle bus; however, you must register for the ride to and from the airport.

The best thing about the hotel is the convenience. If you're landing later, the last thing you want to do is take a train into Seoul or Incheon and try and find your hotel in the dark. If you're landing in terminal 1, you walk right out the door and to you left, you'll see a sign board that says Golden Tulip Shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes or so. The room itself is pretty sterile, no safe, and a partial kitchen. The free breakfast has a lot of choices, so you're likely to find something you like. It's served buffet style in the main building. The metro is right outside the hotel, so easy transport via subway is available. Subway maps are easy to read, and subway is very clean and safe.

한국올때마다 튤립호텔에서 묵는데 이번엔 더좋았어요. 아침조식 무료 쿠폰을 제공해줬는데 생각보다 조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋아서 놀랬어요 ㅎㅎ 같이간 부모님도 너무 맛있다고 하셨고 음식대부분이 신선하고 금방금방 만들어서 주더라구요 너무 좋았습니다! 하우스키퍼 분중에서 중년남자분 성함은 모르는데 참 선하게 생기시고 뭐더필요하신거 없냐고 매일 물어보시고 물이며 수건이며 이거저거 잘챙겨주셔서 너무 만족했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 다 깨끗하고 좋았구요! 다만 한가지 불만은 체크인할때 꼭 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 시스템이 좀 별로였어요 그날 저말고도 몇팀이 줄을 서있었는데 앞에 떡하니 프론트남자 직원분이 서있었는데도 다른 사람들은 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 이유를 모르겠더라고요? 그리고 프론트남자분중에 안경끼신 남자분 좀 불친절해요...매번느껴요 뭘 요청하면 귀찮아하는표정+건성건성 암튼 프론트데스크 시스템+직원불친절 만 개선하면 좋겠네요 다른건 다 좋았습니다.

Room condition is okay, but needs some cleaning. And staff needs to improve communication. There were 2 staffs, young one was so means not answering the questions. Old staff was good and tried to solve the issue. / I had a key issue that not even opening the room. I have changed the key three times but the key still did not work at all. And I was about to cancel the reservation. Finally the old staff helped me./

Just stayed overnight during transit. We received welcome tea coupons, water etc. Rooms were huge. For $140 we got 2 bedroom apartment with 4 beds. Great value! Breakfast coupons were provided but unfortunately we had to leave at 5am so missed the breakfast. There were convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel and seemed like a good location. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Thanks!

The shuttle box (pre-reserved) was already full when it arrived at the airport. They said another one would come in 15 minutes. It arrived 25 minutes later. When I got to check in, there was only one person checking people in (slowly) and when I tried to use the self-check in terminal, it would not accept my credit card.

I had a layover and this is a great place to stay. This place is literally steps from a train station. They also provide a bus where the last pick up time is 10:35 pm but you need to book a day in advance. If you miss both the train and a bus due to the plane arriving late, you can also take a taxi at gate 4K. It is also steps away from restaurants and an Olive Young. Lotte Mart is also walkable from this hotel.

The shuttle driver was very professional and friendly. The front desk agents were all very helpful and professional. Hotel location is the best( I am Platinum with Marriott, I can stay at Marriott brand nest hotel for better price and quality room, but the location was very bad for Nest hotel), that’s the main reason I stayed at Golden Tulip for at least 5 times. In fact, the GM is very warmhearted and make sure my stay is comfortable which he personally approached me together with his assistant regarding my encounter during the check-in which I did share with him about the guidance to print out the coupons for breakfast and the room card because first timer won’t be familiar how to do it. Anyway I like the place on overall ratings. Is excellent! Will stay there as very convenient beside Unseo train station which can easily briyou to Seoul and other attractive places.

This is my number 1 place to stay in Incheon close to the airport. Right near to Unseo train station. $15 breakfast buffet is great with many western and asian food. Clean and great service. Airport shuttle available or you can ride AREX train from the airport.
Downstairs is $10 bar with all unlimited wine with cheese crackers plate. (The plate is limited to 1 time). Convinient store on 1st floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants on walking distance. Lotte Mart with Instant rax free across the street and don't miss Daiso store near!

An excellent option for travelers who need to stay near the Incheon Airport. I didn't need to use the shuttle service since the hotel is next to the Unseo Station (Subway).

To be honest, the room was better than expected and a lifesaver. I definitely recommend this hotel; the room has a kitchen and a laundry machine.

Hotel was good for 1 night stay. Location was good, lots of restaurants very close by and right next to train station. We had to wait an hour for shuttle and then it took 30 mins from terminal 2 to hotel. Return was quicker. Next time I would try getting train.
Hotel is self check in kiosk. There were staff behind counter but they were unhelpful when we had an issue. Our name has an apostrophe, this does cause us issues at times. Could have been a language problem but he was not keen to help.
Once we sorted the problem ourselves everything else was fine. We did get 2 vouchers for cafe drinks which we used next morning for coffee.

I love staying in the Golden Tulip Hotel for short stays for its closeness to the airport, convenience stores and nice neighborhood. The hotel staff is amazingly nice, the shuttle is always on time, rooms are quite and clean. I have stayed for a whole week here, it is very close to the train station and about an 1 hour from Seoul on train. It's far from the city, but in a quite slow paced area. Love it!

Drink coupon hours also inconsistent. Walls are very thin — I lost a night of sleep from a person literally snoring next door through paper thin walls.

Firstly, the location is great. Right next to exit 1 of the train station, with a CU convenience store attached (24hr and self-service if not staffed). The eating options in the immediate area are good, and the options within short walking distance are incredible. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a little frustrating as they insisted we use the automatic check-in, but I didn’t see anyone successfully have the key dispensed. Breakfast was worth the money, and the free shuffle service was a bonus (take note that it drops you off at arrivals when you leave, which is fine). Overall I was very happy with the stay, and will look to stay again, but perhaps 3 nights next time to explore more restaurants.

We stayed 1 night in order to be close to airport as we were flying home the next day. We arrived to the hotel around 1am. There were 3 other families in line at that time so check in was slower since only 1 staff member was working. I gave it 4 stars as staff could be more friendlier especially at that time. After we checked in, we went up to our room but found out the key they gave us was not a key to enter the room. It was to be used to turn on the lights in the room. We found that out after trying to get into the room unsuccessfully Finally as we were about to go back down to front desk, a man appeared (maybe security) and opened the room door for us and explained that a room key is not available till after 4 am. If we needed to leave and renter the room, we would need to have security open it for us again. At this point , it was close to 2 am and we were tired from traveling The room is spacious and clean. And they offered free shuttle to airport. Just make sure to prebook a seat.

This hotel was ok, it was easy to get to using the AREX all stop train and they provide shuttle service to Incheon airport. One disappointment was the hotel staff barely speaks or understand any English! Also, they will only provide 1 room key even if you ask for a second one.
