The room was fantastic - great facilities and loads of space. Lovely and clean. The shuttle can be used both ways and is great - just make sure you book in advance. It is in a great area for buying food and eating out. Olive BBQ nearby is great! It was very good value - buy in advance.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants open late for for those of us who arrive from later flights. Also convenience store on the property open 24/7.
Room was very clean with great water pressure. Staff was very helpful with a late checkout ($7.50 USA). Also assisted us in getting a larger taxi to leave the next day.

I am 80. We requested assistance with my baggage and a wheelchair via emails and per phone calls weeks before staying at Golden Tuple Hotel ...I ended up dealing solely with my baggage with NO assistance and NO wheelchair or other assistance. I was left to deal with all issues ALONE with NO HELP!

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to Incheon International Airport.

There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made my stay even more comfortable. It was easy to find good food and pick up anything I needed without going far. The free airport shuttle was a major plus, and the driver was very friendly and welcoming.

I do wish they provided shuttle service past 11 PM for late arrivals, as that would make the experience even better.

Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for convenience and accessibility near the airport.

Recommend staying in the residence tower building. Larger room with a nice-sized kitchen, a large refrigerator, and ample storage. Very conveniently located just outside the subway station and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, the central shopping area, and nature hiking.

It was a good option for overnight stay at Incheon airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was large and comfortable. The lobby has a convenience store attached and there are plenty of dining options in the neighborhood.

I had an excellent stay at the Golden Tulip! I was there for two days before I flew out of ICN after a couple weeks in South Korea, and it was 10/10! Breakfast in the morning was great; on Expedia your can’t add it on to the room beforehand but you can buy it at the front desk for 22000 won (about $15 USD for reference) per day. It was an excellent international variety.

The rooms were so nice and clean, and the room refresh was quite timely!

The hotel is very close to Unseo station where you can take the all-stops train in to Seoul ~ 50 min. There is also an airport shuttle they offer as well — you just have to sign up a day in advance.

The area is also excellent; with a supermarket nearby and the wonderful Daiso store; in addition to several tasty restaurants!

All in all, I will 100% stay here again when in Incheon!

Perfect for a layover and one night's stay！
Once i arrived the lobby,there were 2 free coffee for us.
I finished shopping and having dinner downstairs, then dropped my things off at the hotel, and could easily explore Hongdae. The shuttle bus took me to the airport the next morning, which was very comfortable.
I will stay here again next time.

It said it had washer dryer but it's only a washer. The kettle didn't work. The table lamp had a lose connection. The entry way decor had a piece of wood lose.
They did give us a lot of water to drink.

Extremely poor check in experience.

1) if you arrive earlier, don't expect you might get your room or drop off your luggage safely. The luggage drop off is self-serve, use at your own risk, most people just stay in the lobby watching their luggage and waiting for 3pm check in.
2) check in is using a self-serve computer, which didn't work for my case.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip in Incheon. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after traveling. Good place to stay for 1 night if you need to be near the airport for traveling the next day.

Building is older and in need of upgrading the outside spaces from the rooms. Rooms are in good & clean condition, again good for a 1 or 2 night stay, charging station is provided as they still have the tradtional plugs which is helpful. You'll need the adapter for the bathroom if you want to use your home hair dryer. I believe there is a clothes press in the room, don't remember since it was not something I used or needed.

They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport, but times are limited. When we arrived at the aiport we had to wait 40 min for the next one to arrive so we ubered instead. As far as the free shuttle from the hotel to airport give yourself time.

The terminals and far from each other so make sure you take the shuttle an hour ahead of the time you want to be at the airport.

Great shopping and food places to eat at. There is an Olive June maybe about 60 feet away from the hotel which was perfect for the last minute shopping.

Airport shuttle only runs hourly. Between 5-7 pm no shuttle because “rest time”. Hotel does not have air conditioning. Be careful summer months. Overall just ok. Good- lots of stores/restaurant close to hotel and a train/metro station very close by.

The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location. They have convenient shuttle from the airport but it had to be booked in advance and was way overbooked for our ride. Get in line earlier so you can get on.

The room itself was fine and offered plenty of amenities. The beds were hard and not very comfortable but worked out okay for the few days we were there.

There is a train station right below the hotel and a busy highway next to it so if traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. I recommend that you take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I wish we had eaten there each morning because they had a huge food selection.

I would stay here again.

The room was very clean. The bathroom door open too close to the toilet so if you want to fit inside comfortable, you have to close the door behind you . The shower is very nice and spacious. No body lotion included at this hotel. You have a nice fridge, 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses. The closets are a nice size. However, when i arrived the safe did not work. No battery. They came and fix it right away. The only complaint i have is the guests bathroom down by the lobby. They have been extremely dirty for the past 2 days. One of the women bathroom had dry dog poop and urine on the wall and floor. I reported that to the front desk person at 0930 am and as of now 12 pm the bathroom still super dirty. That was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. The hotel is close to a subway station and there are bus stops very close to the hotel.

It was a convenient stay from the airport, which made travel easy. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room, however, was quite warm, and I had a hard time sleeping because of it. We also paid for the buffet—it was okay, but nothing special, just something to hold us over until lunch.

Friendly staff that spoke English well enough to communicate. Clean & well maintained rooms/lobby. The studio room was perfect for our 2.5 week stay w/cooktop, full sized fridge, microwave and washing machine & drying rack to do laundry. Great location close to Lotte mart and several convenience stores. Perfect location right next to Unseo subway station and close to the airport. Also appreciated the complementary hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need for an extended stay close into the airport. Breakfast is really good and very diverse, something for everyone. Small town feel, quiet, with lots of dining options, great parks and trails. Very large rooms, ours had a clothes washer and drying rack which worked out well. Location is next to Unseo Station and cannot be more convenient!

Air conditioning NOT working. The front desk told me that is only turned on in summer time ( not specified on Orbitz home page. Room was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn’t get the 2 free drinks because the bar opens at 6:00 pm. The coupons we received the day of check in stated bar is open from 10:00 am until 12:30 am. I will call Orbitz for a type of compensation

I really like this hotel. It appears to be an older hotel, but the room was very spacious . I especially liked the driver to the airport—he was so helpful and kind. My only negative experience was when I came in a bit early and the guy at the front desk was not nice. But when checking out, I asked for extra time and paid $7 an hour, and I was so grateful for that. I would recommend it for a night stay before heading out or if you have a layover.
