My parents and my family fly in and out of Incheon often, and we plan to stay here every time. Their free airport shuttle is lovely. Even without that, it is accessible via public transportation. When you get out of Unseo subway station, the hotel is literally across the street.
Shops and restaurants are very accessible as soon as you walk out of the hotel.
We have stayed in different rooms, and we love their bathrooms! They must have renovated all so it is clean. I travel with small children, and their bathroom floors are slip-free. The amenities that they provide (shampoo, conditional, and body wash) are not the cheapest kind either.
I have requested a lot of personal favors like keeping my baggage longer than usual, and they have been very accommodating.
One downside is that the smokers smoke right at the entrance so the smell lingers at times.

My experience was not ideal due to the room's condition, which was dirty with hair strands, a spider web, and dust. The toilet was nice, but the room lacked amenities like a microwave and free coffee. We stayed in room 602. The common area near the front desk is exclusive for seamen, and you'll need to ask if you can use it. The shuttle service in the morning is only for guests heading to the airport, while in the afternoon, it’s available for all guests to be picked up from the airport to the hotel. Next time, I’ll consider staying at the nearby alternative.

We landed at Incheon airport after a very long flight, got our baggage, make our way to metro, 1 stop we were there, walked out of metro stop and hotel was right there, they do offer free shuttle but my phone was not working yet. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person working the desk on August 10 2025, He helped me get a taxi to the cruise port that morning which was 21 miles away, I GIVE HIM A VERY BIG THANK YOU. I would for sure stay again.

Hotel Zeumes is in a very convenient location—right across the street from the Airport Railway station. They offer a free shuttle bus to and from Incheon Airport, which made our travel much easier. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a variety of delicious Korean food. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great choice for a comfortable stay near the airport!

Arrived at Hotel Zeumes, which is very close to Unseo station and they said they had a plumbing problem so was moved to another hotel nearby (The Hotel). Was given a triple room, do plenty of space, good wi-fi, aircon, decent bathroom, so fine for one (or more) nights. Went for a walk next morning and area had lots of hotels and rating places. Got really nice dumplings from takeaway stall nearby.

I had an issue with shuttle pick-up from airport. Called the Whatsapp number provided in the instructions but driver said it was his day off and was told to call the hotel. I tried calling the hotel but was not able to get through. I kept getting recording in Korean. However, the subway from the hotel was convenient to get to the Onseo station and the hotel.

The shuttle was excellent and picked us up from the airport within 30 minutes of us contacting them. They also accommodated early flights by arranging for the shuttle to leave the hotel at 4:30 am.

The room was really clean, the bathtub is really big, the room is very spacious. The restaurants near the hotel were very close and delicious. The employees on the other hand were really mean for some reason. I had 2 luggage and a small carry own and they kept saying you have to much luggage.They also said “You are lucky we picked you up from the airport with that much luggage” on the website it said that they have a airport shuttle and so they should of expected us to have luggage. Also they told us the shuttle was not available at first than they told us if you hurry up and come to this door in 5min you might catch the shuttle. Than when I had to go back to the airport they still denied me a shuttle to the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I think they don’t like black people or doing things for black people unfortunately. I tried my best being understanding and kind to them to change the mindset they are living in.

The place was clean, they are 15 minutes from the airport making it a reasonably priced hotel for an overnight transit. They also include a hotel shuttle in the price. The room was large with heated wooden floors. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a room for the night close to Incheon Airport with an early morning flight.
