I did not like that they make you believe that is very close to the airport but if you miss their complementary transport from the airport taxis don’t want to take you back to the hotel because for them is way to small ride. They want to go to Seoul. I had that problem and it was cold and windy. Terrible experience

I stayed here during an overnight connection and had a good experience. The room was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the professional, English-speaking staff. A quick taxi from T2 was only about 6,000 KRW (US$4). Heading back to the airport, the hotel’s shuttle bus was a full-sized motor coach that left on time (on the hour). If you need a comfortable place to recharge before your next leg, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There are no hotels with walking access to/from T2 at Incheon. The good news is Ibis provides a free shuttle bus; the bad news is the bus can get VERY full. When we used the 7am service to return to T2, the transfer was so crowded that we had to lug our heavy cases into the bus cabin as the luggage bays were completely full (despite Reception having told us, the night before, that there would be plenty of capacity). The hotel room itself was comfortable and clean but the only dinner offering was a buffet where some of the dishes got depleted and weren't replenished. That said, the option to have a (small) steak cooked to order was a nice touch. If we went to Incheon again we would probably look at other hotels but still might choose the Ibis based on price.

Wasn’t expecting much on a one night airport layover, since Ibis Hotel could be very basic and some other parts of the world. But I was pleasantly surprised.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast — the spread was huge with plenty of variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The shuttle only picks up & drops off at the airport every hour! So when you get in after a long flight, you actually have to take the airport shuttle. They don’t tell you it’s like 10 stops in & out of random airport parking lots until you get to the hotel!

The staff handled the crush of unhappy people with great efficiency and pleasant demeanor. This hotel was fine for a short layover. It’s five minutes from Terminal 2, has a free shuttle (although does not run 24 hours). We arrived after the shuttle stopped for the night but found it easy to get a cab. The driver accepted credit cards so we didn’t need to get cash for our layover. The room was fine, small but well organized. We had no issues with noise and slept soundly. Two small complaints—the bar was supposed to be open until 11 but closed early and the TV only had Korean channels (I called the front desk to confirm). Since this hotel caters to international travelers I would think that having a bar open a bit later and a few TV channels in other languages would be helpful. There was a small market off the lobby that sold beer, wine, snacks, toiletries, etc so we up buying drinks and snacks there. I would stay here again for a short layover given the convenient location and comfortable room.

It's very strange that Uber pick up from this hotel was blocked and we couldn't get a Uber taxi while the front desk was happy to call us a Uber taxi for double the price, seems like a scam.
They also messed up our breakfast reservation, only able to correct it after triple check...

The hotel was clean and convenient. Getting there by shuttle or Uber/Taxi is easy. However, there is no walking path, and no restaurants near by. Also, Uber doesn't recognize the hotel as a pickup spot. So you'll have to rely on Concierge to order you a Taxi, and hope your driver knows enough English to get you where you are going. It was a little troublesome, as at first we got in the wrong taxi. The hotel has a 24h store for small bites, a bar, and a restaurant. Prices in the restaurant are NOT family friendly. $32,000 for 36-month old and up. What?! How much did is a 36 month old eating??? Mind you, this was New Years.

I had checked in for a minimum 8 hr stay while in transit. I purchased a whole day and a half stay to accommodate my layover time. Because I would not take advantage of the full rental day I booked for, I was not able to utilize the breakfast I paid extra for. I asked if I could eat the morning I checked in, which I additionally paid extra for and o was told I could not eat because I had not purchased a full day for the early check-in. The hotel charged me what I paid for a full day online. I was somewhat confused but at this point I was just exhausted from travel and did not have the energy to argue for it.

Great place to stay for an early flight from Terminal 2 at ICN. The shuttle is easy to get to and on-time. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The only drawback we had was that there is no comfortable place to sit in the room, just the bed, a 12\" high and diameter stool (great for a toddler), and an hard plastic desk chair. The bed is a comfortable sleep. Would stay here again.
