Hotel was nice and the buffet dinner was excellent. Only challenge was getting there - the shuttle does not run between 4 & 6pm so we got the free car park bus which took ages and then required us to walk on shingle as there were no pavements to the hotel. However, We got the hotel shuttle in the morning and it was great! Also the Aircon wasn’t working although they did provide a fan. In late April it was uncomfortably warm. Opening the window helped but then the airplane noise was a bit too loud. Overall a mixed experience.

The Ibis Styles hotel is a new hotel that is clean, comfortable and located close to the hotel. We enjoyed their buffets for dinner and breakfast. It offered variety (cold and hot options) and had vegetarian selections. The hotel is situated close to Incheon airport.

The room was very basic but clean. The hotel did not operate AC at the time of our stay and the room was at 75-80F. They offered us a fan or open the windows what is impossible because of the noise and smell of planes from the runway under the windows.
The restaurant at the site is over price.
Hotel is very convenient located 10 min from terminal 2 with a free shuttle.

Take the hotel shuttle first, the airport free shuttle from T1 is not easy, change bus at T2 then walk a short distance. This is not easy with luggages. But the hotel shuttle is great.

I don’t want to repeat things others said already. I agree that it’s comfortable, clean, and convenient. I wanted to share some other amenities that I saw in the lobby area. There was a bar with a nice seating area. There’s a money exchange machine. There’s a photobooth where you can take passport photos. There’s a business area with two computers that have printing capabilities. The convenient store has a microwave and is open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay here again in the future. They also offer free ear plugs for the airplane noise. Though for me I didn’t really notice the airplanes without earplugs.

As a stopover hotel this place is... Ok. It does what it does, well ie you get a bed for the night very close to the hotel and they get you to and from the airport very efficiently. There is NOTHING to do in our around the hotel itself. It's basically in a car park and they're isn't even a pavement to walk to the airport. If you are there for dinner time that leaves you with the option of pot noodles from the on site shop in your room, close to a mugging to eat in the restaurant, go back to the airport or get a taxi to go songwriters random semi local. We chose the last option to try and experience something vaguely Korean! The only problem I have with the hotel is the pool/spa. I hate it when listing's show utilities without making it clear they aren't included and you have to then pay for on arrival. Here it is the pool/spa/sauna area. Not only do you have to pay £6 pp but they are also gender separated. The intention of relaxing in a pool with my wife went to having to pay for it, then to having to be on my own to deciding on no pool for either of us. This should have been clearer to decide if this was really the best choice for us.

Convenient for layover at odd hours. They have a 24 hours convenient store on site so you can get some food/necessities even arriving late.

It is not a walkable distance from the airport, they do have free shuttle during the morning and evening - outside of their clock, you can use the airport free shuttle too (but it could be confusing and might take a bit of walking after getting off) - we turned out got off at the wrong stop and went by a taxi instead. I suggest to just take a taxi if you can’t use their own shuttle.

Room is spacious for japanese standard. Overall a good option for layover for a night.

The room was nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty spacious.
The location is very convenient if you have a 24h lay-over in Seoul. The shuttle bus is very convenient too. The reception staff was helpful and nice.
However, we wanted to have a drink before leaving in the afternoon and we waited forever for the bartender to come to the bar so we could order something. On the menu, it was written that we could ordered some bites to eat with the drinks but he said he couldn’t because the kitchen was preparing for the dinner and couple of drinks were not available. So I ended up ordering nothing after waiting a long time!

I have been to a few airport hotels and I have generally found them very poor, however the Ibis Ambassador was the exception. From the first booking, they were responsive. They took account of us needing 2 rooms close together. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They were also very helpful in relation to providing information in advance about shuttles and advising on early morning departures back to the airport. All in all, a great airport hotel and more should follow their example.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and safe. Comfortable bed and clean room. Coffee and tea in room. Breakfast buffet was available. Staff was very helpful! We had a full day layover and they helped us get transportation into town to do some sightseeing and we were able to leave our bags so we didn't need to worry about finding luggage lockers or hauling our bags though the streets.

Very close to Incheon Airport, and the shuttle bus service is easy to find.

The room itself is nice, but I didn’t like the toilet design. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass, has no lock, and doesn’t fully close. You can clearly see the shadow from inside the room. This might be fine for a young couple, but since one of my daughters is a teenager, it made her feel uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy.

Stayed overnight waiting on a an early morning flight. Did not sample the restaurant but it looked totally acceptable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit small but was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Attached to the hotel was a small convenience store where my wife and I purchased a couple of instant noodles. All in all the hotel fit our needs perfectly.

The only issue we had was that the room was a little dusty. Not excessive but my wife is asthmatic and it did affect her. I had no such issues and the room, otherwise, was very clean, in good condition and the staff were super friendly. Didn’t try the breakfast because we were out early. I would recommend this hotel and it was excellent value for money. There was a shop next door. Very close to the terminal and perfect for a layover.

Lovely room, modern and clean. Unfortunately, despite it being very cool outside, temperature in room for the night was fixed at 26.5 deg, which is not optimal for sleeping. We were able to open the windows which is great although a bit noisier. The temperature of the hot water seems to be capped at a little cooler than I would prefer, the rain shower was not hot enough, but the hand attachment held closer to the body was warm enough. Lovely hotel room despite these two temperature issues.

As the hotel is advertised as on airport it requires you to take a courtesy bus to get to it, these only run every 30 minutes, dropping to hourly in the evening. I nearly missed the bus going to the hotel as the driver pulled up behind a bus for a different hotel so I only just noticed it at the last minute. On board it was extremely busy with only a couple of seats remaining.
As everyone arrived at the hotel at the same time off the bus, checking in was extremely slow having to wait for the people in front of the queue to be served.
The actual check in itself was excellent once I reached the desk.
In the morning I had breakfast, which was very good with plenty of choice between western and local food.
Anticipating that many people would be heading back the airport I made sure I was near the front of the queue for the 07:00 bus, good job I did as the bus was full on departure, I’m sure we left some people behind.

It is a simple stopover hotel near the airport. Room is spacious and comfortable. The night could be disrupted by noises from flights and earlier checkout travellers. We barely managed to sleep. Breakfast service period is only till 9:30am, but there is a convenient store attached to the hotel, so one can still get some food. The shuttle bus is convenient but not so frequent. Overall, a quite average hotel.

I did not like that they make you believe that is very close to the airport but if you miss their complementary transport from the airport taxis don’t want to take you back to the hotel because for them is way to small ride. They want to go to Seoul. I had that problem and it was cold and windy. Terrible experience

I stayed here during an overnight connection and had a good experience. The room was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the professional, English-speaking staff. A quick taxi from T2 was only about 6,000 KRW (US$4). Heading back to the airport, the hotel’s shuttle bus was a full-sized motor coach that left on time (on the hour). If you need a comfortable place to recharge before your next leg, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There are no hotels with walking access to/from T2 at Incheon. The good news is Ibis provides a free shuttle bus; the bad news is the bus can get VERY full. When we used the 7am service to return to T2, the transfer was so crowded that we had to lug our heavy cases into the bus cabin as the luggage bays were completely full (despite Reception having told us, the night before, that there would be plenty of capacity). The hotel room itself was comfortable and clean but the only dinner offering was a buffet where some of the dishes got depleted and weren't replenished. That said, the option to have a (small) steak cooked to order was a nice touch. If we went to Incheon again we would probably look at other hotels but still might choose the Ibis based on price.
