Great location when wanting to plane spot as Air Refresh is just 500mtrs away. Good rates very comfortable bed and the best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Restaurant was only open over the weekend but complementary sandwhiches were availing in the morning but you could get some snacks and drinks at reception or uber eat. Only thing is if you are staying more than 1 night then remember to let reception know if you need your room cleaned, they will replace water and towels but don’t clean the room or make the bed unless requested.

Good for a night when transferring. There were a couple of minor irrating things about the room, like how you have to have the light on to charge your phone and no USB phone chargers (essential for hosting world travellers I'd say).

Room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were really helpful with an accidental double booking.

The decor in the corridors is a little dark so it gives the place a bit of a menacing feel.

Stay far away from this hotel. It is not good for family or for business.
It is inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere, does not actually provide airport shuttle to or from airport, has no restaurants or shops around the hotel, and no food delivery service will drive out that far to deliver.
The room service ONLY serves between 6pm and 10 pm (yes you read that correctly).
There are no full body towels for taking shower - only hand towels! So strange.
The hallways to the rooms are dark and dimly lit. A little creepy.
The staff are pretty helpless to assist in anyway getting you to the airport.
I know, I know...the hotel architecture will make you think it is a modern hotel at a good price. That is what I thought! I was wrong. Will never fall for this trap again.

Very nice modern clean hotel. It’s across from the airport but still 15 minute drive. They offer 4 morning shuttles and 4 evening shuttles for airport. Easy if you want to hop on the train from airport into Seoul, which is a 45 minute train ride! Uber is around $10 USD or less if you miss their complimentary shuttle.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but it is quite remote and it was very difficult to get a taxi from the airport. Also, we had trouble with our foreign number being blocked by the hotel and they assumed it was a scam, which meant our shuttle bus booking wasn’t confirmed. If you can’t get a shuttle to your hotel near the airport then taxi drivers don’t want to take you there as it’s only a 10 minute ride. It was a very difficult stop over.

The room has the following issues. The deadbolt lock was missing. The shower door won’t close. The shower gels bottle and conditioner bottle were empty. The toilet seat was about to fall out. There weren’t any creams or sugars for the coffee. The blanket has stains all over. We were just there for one night during our transfer and we checked in around midnight. We were all very tired and didn’t want to call and ask for a switch.
I won’t stay at the hotel again.

The room was good, the bed was great, and the view was amazing. Bathroom had complications, nice hotel you’d expect to have at least a bidet on the toilet but no there isn’t. Shower needs to be fixed, hand shower holder is loose needs to be tightened and the main shower head needs a description to turn that on because i’ve checked everywhere no handle. The shower handle needs to be glued back from the handle it tends to come off. As per shuttles in and out, they should just make the shuttles run all day going in the hotel and coming out. As the hotel looks nice and a quick stop hotel for a night or 2, it needs a couple of fixing here and there. Overall I had a good room, the night receptionist was amazing and very caring.

This was the strangest hotel experience we have had. While the rooms are very spacious and clean, the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, but near the airport. There is nothing walkable nearby. There is an huge shower and tub, and robes provided, yet there are no bath towels-only hand towels. They do not have water refill stations and charge you for extra water. The temperature controls in the rooms cannot be utilized by guests and temps are controlled by the hotel. We got weird vibes staying here and can’t quite put our finger on it. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel near the airport. Wasn’t able to get on my flight so I booked same day and was lucky to get a reservation. Rooms were clean and spacious. No amenities provided but there’s a vending machine in the lobby, there’s a phone charger there for a reasonable price which came in clutch since I wasn’t expecting to be staying overnight in Incheon. Staff were friendly, there’s room service and a cafe in the lobby as well for some heatable meals and drinks. Free breakfast sandwiches as well that you just grab and go. There are lockers on the lobby as well that you can use for up to a week. Will definitely book again if needed a stay near the hotel. Highly recommend!

Only stayed one night but the room was lovely, the bed huge and super comfortable. A little surprised you have to pay for room slippers and the towels in the bathroom were all small hand towels so using the shower.. you could not use them because they would t get around half the body. I found this odd. Bath / shower towels that would fit a child. The shower also wouldn’t stay in place and remained flopped over. There was no way to switch to the overhead shower, and water leaked in the corner onto the bathroom floor.

Make sure you book at least a day in advance. We booked the 730 am and the driver arrived at 725am and took off on the dot. Took us 10 mins to get to Incheon.

The room was mostly clean but there was a large stain on the ottoman, the comforter had holes at the top and there were several cracks in the bathroom tile where you stand when using the sink. The hotel is right by the airport, but is at least a 15 min drive to Terminal 2. The hotel shuttle didn’t start until 6:00am so I scheduled a taxi. It did not show and the first 3 I tried to hail cancelled so be aware that you may have trouble finding transportation to the airport, which is why I chose this hotel—to not have that problem.

When I booked the hotel, it indicated a free shuttle bus included. However, what we were not told is that their last shuttle bus departs from the airport at 9:00 pm. We had to call a taxi because we just missed the 9 pm bus. I wasn’t aware it was the last bus. When I asked the hotel when the next bus will arrive, we were told onsite that the one that left at 9 was the last bus for the day and they were not going to arrange another one for us.

I booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight and saw that it offered a free shuttle service. I thought this would make it easier to get to the airport. However, when I arrived at the hotel the evening before my flight and asked how to use the shuttle, I was told it had to be reserved at least one day in advance and was already full. Instead, I was told I would need to take a taxi.

The hotel is located in a remote area where taxis are not readily available. Although the staff helped me call one, I had to wait over 20 minutes for it to arrive. The driver also charged me more than the meter showed, but since I was running late for my flight, I didn’t argue. I almost missed my flight.

If the shuttle service is first-come, first-served or requires advance booking, the hotel should clearly state this on its description page. Had I known, I would not have booked this hotel.

The hotel airport shuttle situation is a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very kind and helped us order a taxi for a very early trip to the airport. We booked a room with a mountain view, and I was blown away at how beautiful it was! The room was clean, comfortable, and contemporary. The whole vibe of the hotel is really cool, and it made my overnight stay during a long layover truly feel like part of my vacation. I would absolutely stay here again!
