My stay was very welcomed as we only stay at this hotel when we travel through Incheon. Courteous staff, clean room, and excellent location with plenty of resources nearby; 7-11 across the street, numerous restaurants, bus stop and maglev train stop to the airport nearby. Everyone in the small town of Youngyu is so friendly and helpful, like family!

A wonderful in expensive find just a few minutes from station,that goto the ICN airport..
Lots of nice amenities provided which I’d expect in a 5 star hotel but was lovely to receive them for the short price I paid…well done parkwood!! I’ll certainly come back if I come to south korea

I've stayed here twice and I'm sure I'll do it again. There's not much around this area besides a walk around Muuido Island, which I highly recommend, but I suspect most people are using it for its proximity to the airport and it's perfect for that.

Unfortunately the Incheon Airport Maglev has been closed and so it's a lot more inconvenient to get to the property. There are frequent buses that service the area, but they can be awkward to use with large suitcases and they don't accept cash. Best I can tell, the Maglev is going to be converted into a tram system of some sort but there's no sign of that work starting yet (June 2024).

Overall the hotel is great for a night before a flight. It's in a nice, quiet area with some nice scenery nearby when the tide is in. There's a convenience store across the road and a few restaurants nearby, although there's not much choice.

The property is close airport and on nice street having many options of restaurants and 7-11 stores open till late night. Staff were very friendly and always available for help if needed like directions or calling taxi or getting done housekeeping. Wonderful stay. Best thing was Anna at FD. It was a good experience communicating with her. Restaurants was still closed and the restaurant across the road closes early at night. You better go there with your snacks if you’re going to check in late. Worst thing is their washroom with no shower curtain and so water is all over the washroom after your shower. I will try a different property next time.

The front desk clerk told me i had to leave my room keys when we were leaving for breakfast. So i did as i was told. Thinking its the policy. When i got back with my 2 sleepy babies. They refused to give me my keys back. Saying they dont know what im talking about and had me arguing there for 15mins holding 2 crying and sleepy 2yo. Total BS

Positives:
- Free shuttle bus from airport worked well (I asked the info desk at Arrivals to call the hotel for me, then was given clear instructions about where to wait for the bus.
- Reception assistant friendly and polite.

Negatives:
- Room was absolutely filthy. I'm not a luxury traveller by any means and I've stayed in some really cheap/basic places all over the world. But I think everybody would expect a minimal standard of cleanliness. My room at the Parkwood made me feel contaminated, just by breathing in it! Dirt, dust, and hairs everywhere, toilet dirty (and was also broken - after flushing, water overflowed all over the floor - just before I checked out). The fridge (which I was counting on for the night before my flight home, to transport food gifts back to the UK) was stinking and full of mould (and I'm not even sure if it was working).

- No night light. So couldn't really relax properly on the night before going home - you either sat on the dark or had the harsh big light on.

- Didn't manage to get any hot water going at all.

I understand that you 'get what you pay for', but a dirty room is never okay, at whatever price, and hot water is a minimum expectation. And the thing is that I'd just come from staying in a basic business hotel in Osaka, which was scrupulously clean - and was actually only £4 more per night than the Parkwood Incheon!

I would avoid this place if you can - there seem to be other budget options in the Incheon area.

Hotel near Airport with Free Shuttle!

Our flight was cancelled so good thing their shuttle is free to the hotel. We went to the airport information center to ask them to call this hotel if the shuttle is still available before 11pm. We booked online and headed to the hotel shuttle pickup on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness the hotel room space was big, they speak English and cleanliness was decent. Was pretty happy for the hot shower too. There’s a seafood noodle restaurant across it that’s good for lunch :)

I think next time I would rather pay a little extra for a better hotel or stay in a hostel. There is a nice one close to the airport that I had a way better experience with.

Nice hotel to stay at before your flight

The hotel was nice. Take the train that is in the airport and it is your last stop. Get off and you can walk to it from there. It takes about five minutes. There are three local places to eat. A tad expensive. You can walk down the beach. The area isn’t highly populated so it tends not to be as clean. The hotel does have WiFi, airport shuttle and three Pokémon stops nearby

I had to wait an extra hour for a shuttle

The SHUTTLE SERVICE is only picking and bringing you back to TERMINAL 1 which is you HAVE to take the shuttle bus from 2 to 1 for about 20 min.travel aside from the shuttle schedules. Same thing going back if your travelling INTERNATIONAL and have luggages it’s HARD.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an airport shuttle bus.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service from/to Incheon airport upon request.
When I checked in, the front desk clerk asked me if I needed a shuttle to the airport the next day. I said yes and chose the 7:50 am bus. To avoid any misunderstanding, I then confirmed the time of my shuttle bus with the front desk clerk multiple times – she even promised to call my room at 7:40 am the next morning.
However, when I arrived at the front desk prior to the scheduled shuttle bus departure, the bus had already left.
I then approached the same front desk clerk I had spoken to the night before and asked why the shuttle had left without me. Astonishingly, the front desk clerk claimed that she had never booked a shuttle bus for me and claimed that my room number was not in the “schedule book” in which she appeared to write down the shuttle bus reservations. Even worse, the front desk clerk claimed she had no memory of our conversation just the night before in which I repeatedly confirmed my reservation on the 7:50 am shuttle. Not only did she pretend to have forgotten, she did not admit it was her fault or offer an apology. Instead, she called a taxi for me – that I had to pay!!!

There are lots of hotels with airport shuttle bus service. Do not stay here, choose another hotel!!!

Stayed here for one night. Free shuttle from Terminal 1 3d level exit 7, takes approx 10 min. Friendly staff. 7/11 store just 20 steps away from hotel. Room is ok, comfortable bed, clean sheets. Each room has its own wii router/password.Queit hotel. All you need if you want some rest staying close to the airport and continue your journey.

Obscure location. Upon arrival, hotel staff had no English skill and clerk was impatient and anxious to get back to his TV show. Hallway and rooms are in desperate need of renovation from the 1950's. Dubious bug spray among the spartan amenities. Had to visit a nearby hotel to get help finding a restaurant. Pathetic breakfast.

I chose to stay at this hotel because they have a free shuttle to the airport. However, it is time restricted. We wanted to use the shuttle service after check out time which is 12 pm but they said the time slot was already booked. So we had to check out early, 10 am, to avail the shuttle service even if our flight is not until 3 pm.

There is no free airport shuttle after 23.00 o'clock which they don't say before booking and also in the morning they didn't give free shuttle service because they said shuttle is full, so I had to call a taxi again and taxi didn't open taximeter and asked me more money than it suppose to be , I do not recommend.

It was the beginning of July and my flight cancelled out of ICN, so I had to find a quick hotel. I jumped on Hotels and found this place. When I got to the front desk, I was skeptical, although the staff was nice. When I walked into my room, I was like, omg. The room was about 100F and there was a can of mosquito spray on the dresser. Now, at that point, I was covered with mosquito bites from an earlier part of my journey, so you could imagine my horror. However, I easily figured out how to work the AC and the place quickly cooled down. Additionally, I didn't have any mosquito problems. The room isn't wonderful. It's a place to sleep. It had a refrigerator and a TV, plus a 7/11 across the street (it closes at 00:00, FYI). A van will take you to the airport and a rooster will wake you up. Yes, a rooster. Like, the chicken.

Clean and comfortable room with bathroom with shower, good enough for an overnight stay between flights. Free shuttle to and from the Incheon airport (less than 10 minutes ride). I called the hotel at the airport upon arrival and the shuttle arrived in 10 minutes to pick me up to the hotel. Wifi does not work because it is too slow and thus can't connect to the internet. There is 7-eleven store cross the street. Price is affordable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a 11 hour daytime layover at Incheon airport. Great free shuttle, picked me up within 5 minutes. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Very satisfied for what I needed. Not much to the area, looked a bit run down. Beach within walking distance, also a few restaurants but didn't go there. Hotel restaurant open only open for dinner. Would stay again.

The driver for the free shuttle made the biggest impression. He is friendly and kind, took my luggage up to my room, showed me how to use everything. The hotel is a little dated. Their service and amenities make up for it. There's a 7-11 across the street which made it easy to get snacks and beverages. Good experience for what I paid.

I thought this hotel was wonderful and fulfilled its purpose. I was just looking for a place to stay the night before heading back to the airport and I was quite comfortable here. Incheon is a small island that doesn't have much going on. However the hotel is a 10 minute shuttle away from the airport, which you can use to easily catch your flight or go visit Seoul for the day. Overall, the hotel had all basic amenities and a friendly staff. For the price, I consider it a good deal.
