This is more of an AirBnB. It is an apartment in a building near ICN, with no front desk or traditional check-in process, and definitely not a hotel. While the owner was helpful with transportation questions and the room was adequate, the bedding and mattress are old and worn, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet.

This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel.

Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again!

It is very close to Incheon Terminal 1 Airport with a free shuttle. The room is very spacious and comfortable with excellent wifi. The building has a convenient store and excellent Indian restaurant. The communication with the hotel manager was always prompt and effective with detailed information on how to get in and how to take the free shuttle. Highly recommended.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL

When we arrived at Prime Guest House there was no clear hotel signage to direct us to our room because it was in fact not a hotel. Once we were inside, we were met by the Korean Tourist Police on the elevator. They asked where we were staying, and we showed them our hotels.com booking confirmation. They informed us it was “illegal lodging”, and they would have to escort us to the room, document the space, and record our information. When we arrived at the floor, we encountered an unsafe environment with a dirty and unkept hallway and trash bags everywhere. Once in the room, the police took pictures of the space, our passports, and had us fill out a report. It was extremely alarming and stressful. After the police left, my partner and I did not feel comfortable staying somewhere that was not a legal residential space. Due to these safety concerns, we were forced to book other accommodations at the last minute, leaving us scrambling and paying a premium. Needless to say, this was an extremely unsettling experience. The negligence on Hotles.com’s part is absolutely unacceptable. How can a professional site offer a booking on an illegal hotel? It really makes me question their vetting process and I find it hard to believe I will ever use this site again in the future.

It’s the perfect “it’s fine” property. AC never cooled the room down, they gave us hand towels to use as body towels and there was what may be blood in the apt on the bed and in bathroom. But hey it was cheap easy and available. It really isn’t bad just don’t expect some luxurious stay. It’s fine

모처럼 시간과 기회가 생겨서 예약하고 입실했습니다만. 3월이어도 아직 날씨가 제법 쌀쌀함이 느껴서 난방이 좀 잘 되었으면 좋겠다는 아쉬움이 들긴 했습니다.
그거 빼고는 정말 편안히 쉬었습니다.
늘 신경 써주시고 챙겨주신 거 진심으로 감사드립니다.

Its a nice place if you need a place to stay for a day or two near ICN. This is more like a studio apartment rather than hotel, best thing for me was that there was a washing machine in the unit. also 24hr convenience store on first floor was great. The place wasnt pristine clean, the windowsill was dirty like no one ever cleaned it and the bathroom tiles needs some serious bleach cleaning done but usable. They had bath towels unlike other reviewers said was lacking so they do read reviews and update as needed which I appreciate. Would stay again if I need a place near ICN.

My flight arrived very late at incheon. I took a cab to the property, 5000 won, or under 5$. But at normal hours, the free airport shuttle will get you to this stay in 2 short stops. There are many places to eat in and around the building, and a 24 hour CU convenience store on the bottom floor. The location was GREAT for a layover or if you need a convenient place to stay to catch an early flight or arrive on a late flight. Going back to the airport took 5 minutes from my room to catch the free shuttle to terminal 1. The room had everything I needed and was clean. Old and very basic, but clean and convenient. The host was extremely helpful and nice and gave me very good instructions to the room.

A good place for a short stay between flights. Was a bit confusing for me finding the place to check in -- not like a normal hotel I am used to staying at. Needed to go to the 7th floor of the office building to one of the units there. After that it was all very easy. Clean, slept well. Good internet connection and okay TV with lots of channels.

Manager was helpful and nice people at the convenience store and Indian restaurant (good dinner there!).

Very convenience trip from and back to the airport using the free shuttle bus service.

Very near airport and conveniently near bus stop for Airport bus.

Courteous complimentary pickup from manager.

Nice that restaurants and 24 hour convenience stores were near at building ground level.

Simple clean and comfortable accommodation.
Inward opening glass shower door definitely designed for slimmer physiques but room itself is quite spacious.

Amenities such as toothbrush and tea and 3-in-1 coffee were a nice touch.

Would definitely use again when making a late night transit through Incheon Airport as it is very reasonably priced compared to the overpriced Transit Hotel that is inside the airport terminal.

A Guest House that is very difficult to find.

You need to know that the office for Prime Guest House is on the 7th floor in room 719.
Otherwise you need to find their e-mail in your spam, use your Korean phone, to call for their shuttle, and hope you can find the shuttle at the huge airport in less than the five minutes they will wait for you.

Apparently they do not contemplate travelers arriving at their location under their own power. For these unfortunate souls, even a tiny little sign in the building lobby would save much grief.

Otherwise my stay was fine.

Sleep like a Flight Attendant!

This experience was pretty unique for my husband and me, as this hotel seems to cater to the flight attendants from the multitude of airlines operating out of Incheon. Our room had 3 no-frills double beds with all the amenities a group of 5 coworkers might need for a quick turnaround between flights - including a washing machine and a small kitchen set-up. While the air conditioning wasn't super cold and the beds were notably firm, I slept well and best of all enjoyed convenient and timely transportation to the airport for an early AM flight. Also, the staff was very accommodating!

need a transit hotel for few hours. This one fits my need. It is super close to Incheon Airport, and have free airport shuttle bus to/from the airport, although within certain schedule. Also, the owner is super nice to provide all the detail about how to get to the hotel. It is a big help for foreigner like me who knows very little Korean.

My checkin time it way pass 11pm, so they send me the passcode and room number for me to do the self-checkin. It is super convenience.

The room is a studio, and very specious. It is more than what I need, and the bed sheet is clean. they have two free bottle of water and provides everything you need. For a business traveler, this is more than enough. If you are looking for a luxury, fancy decor, super soft bed, and a bathtub, this is not for you. Go to Hyatt.

Was given a great, large room. Very clean. Shower stall was separate from the sink and toilet. Great kitchenette. Location is very close to the airport (taxi ride from the airport was 4,000 won/about 4 USD). Convenience store located on the floor level of building. Hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, but it has to be scheduled.

Convenient place for an overnight near the airport. We called from the info desk at the airport and they sent a car within 15 minutes. The next morning that arranged transport back.
We loved the 24/7 Korean barbecue on the first floor. Surprisingly fun and tasty for a late dinner.
Room was very spacious but simple. Worked well for an overnight.

Simple yet clean place to stay very close (5 min) to airport. I had an overnight layover in Seoul and wanted something inexpensive and nearby and thus fit the bill. There are some restaurants and convenience stores in the area, so you aren't completely isolated. I would stay here again in a similar situation.

Only stayed overnight as I was on my way from Hawaii to China. For the great price, the room had more than expected. And it was very quiet for a hotel close to the airport. I could not hear any plane noises at all. And there were restaurants right downstairs so didn't need to walk very far. And shuttle service was prompt and reliable. Great hotel!

We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel (a few minutes' drive away), where we were given towels and the code for our room - no more human contact after that! Hotel in a soulless block - reminded me of set out of \"Bladerunner\" (as did whole area, but I guess areas around airports are all the same).
Room spacious and beds comfortable - fine for a layover. Price/quality ratio ok.

Nice hotel close to the airport

It is nice and comfortable hotel with reasonable price. The hotel staff would come to pick you up and give you a ride back to the airport. I think they only provide ride to the airport in the morning, and the last one is 8:30 am (correct me if I am wrong). If I have to transfer again at Incheon airport, I would stay here again.

6連泊したが、清掃に一回も入らない。ゴミ袋を持っていたので良かったが、ゴミの処理が解らなかった。電子レンジ、ポットはある。ガスは使えない。トイレはウォシュレットではない。ゆっくり過ごしたい方、連泊時は朝は昼過ぎまで寝ていられる。カジノまで徒歩で１０分位でいけるので便利。カジノで朝帰りしてもゆっくりできるのは良かった。また機会があれば利用したい。日本語の案内もあると助かります。
