Bed was incredibly uncomfortable (pretty sure it was just a box spring with a heated mattress topper over it, but honestly room was clean and had all the essentials for a one night stay before our early morning flight. Location of the hotel isn’t obvious, but host sent detailed directions that made it easy to find (just route to Hotel Hu and bypass the front desk to the elevator once you have your room number). Very affordable and did the job, but wouldn’t stay more than one night.

This hotel is nearly impossible to find. The instructions given by the hotel were vague. They said which door to pick up the shuttle from, but not the shuttle route/name. We also weren't told the stop we needed. We were told to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and then to get on a second shuttle to the hotel. Which stop? Which line? Your guess is as good as mine. I believe the airport shuttle 3 line will go straight from Terminal 2 to International Business Center, which is what I think the stop is. If you get lost, the Hyatt is a doable walk from the hotel (map said 9 minute walk, but we did it in about 6). I think we ended up on shuttle 4, which stopped at the Hyatt but not at International Business Center, even though it says it does stop there. I wish we'd gotten off at the Hyatt. Instead we went all the way to Terminal 1, realized we had no idea which bus to take next, then just took a cab back to the Hyatt and walked. The hotel was clean enough, but kind of dreary. Stay here if you need to be near the airport, but be sure to research how to get here ahead of time. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER or GRAND HYATT stops of the shuttle will get you there.

I agree with all the other comments. Location and convenience make it a good option as an overnight hotel. You can’t beat the price. I expected cleanliness to not be great as per other comments. The beds are comfy and they were clean but the bathroom looked liked they pulled the last guests towels out only. Mirrors were pretty gross. We were booked in as 4 people but they left towels for 2 only. But as crazy as it sounds I would stay here again. Korean chicken on the next block was to die for delicious!

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the air conditioning unit was loud. Thanks.

Nice comfortable stay, we stayed for an overnight connection. My only complaint is that the water is extremely hot no matter where we put the handle. My kids had a difficult time showering before headed out. Overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, I got really great sleep.

The hotel is several studio apartments on one floor of an office and residential building in a safe neighborhood close to the airport with a couple of cafes and a convenience store nearby. There is no reception desk, only a person who lives on the floor and is not always available. Check-in is all by email. I downloaded the KakaoTalk app to ask for arrival instructions from the airport.and they sent instructions to arrive by a free shuttle service that runs between the terminals and the hotel snd other businesses. The room was clean and comfortable with shampoo etc. but only small paper cups for drinking, no cups to use with the plug-in water boiler. Mini-kitchen area with a mini refrigerator but no pans or microwave. It served its purpose of one night close to the airport at a reasonable price, but the absence of a front desk person could be an issue if you need something or have questions.

But from the very brief interaction I had with its staff, I can tell it has excellent customer service. This property is great if you have a stop over in Seoul. We loved being able to walk to it from the airport and lived that everything was self serve. No hassles whatsoever. Would definitely stay again. I'd have liked coffee making facilities though.

Their building says “ Hotel Hu” on outside and then they have no front seat when you enter it . Have to go to second floor of the building and etc etc ….- They tried to send the detailed instructions in “ korean-“I think. we finally called them and had a japanese speaker amongst us who came to our rescue and sorted out the check in.

This is private room rental service, not a hotel. There is no amenity and front desk. The hotel Hsu is the same building, and Hsu has front desk in the first floor. I have to call and get the information of my room. The room is big, but bedding isn't clean. I don't recommend the room rental.
