The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good range of breakfast items (there otherwise seemed few good options in the area). Much care is required with the airport shuttle. The hotel's version only goes to Term 1, which mainly serves local airlines, but not Term 2, which serves Korean Air and international airlines. The hotel provided the times and location of the airport's shuttle on a sheet of paper, but this is not a good option. The hotel is not close to Term 2; after an hour visiting 13 various airport locations, and expecting the Term 2 building in 2 further stops, the shuttle suddenly parked up in the middle of nowhere and I was told that it would not depart for Term 2 for another hour. My very strong advice is to use a taxi if wanting to get to Term 2 from this hotel (I appeared to be the only passenger other than airport staff on the airport shuttle, which should have been a warning, and I guess most people know to avoid it!).

It was right across the street from the Paradise Hotel and so it was easy to access that area for a fraction of the cost of staying at that hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. It is a little dated but still functional. They had luggage storage which helped us as our flight wasn't until 5 pm after check out.

There is a convenience shop attached which is well...convenient. This hotel's shuttle only goes to Terminal 1, not Terminal 2. I caught a taxi to Terminal 2, which, if anyone wonders, was 13,600 won. (I believe you could get the free shuttle to Terminal 1 and then there is I think I spotted a shuttle between the terminals.) The room and bathroom could do with brighter lighting. The bright light at the entrance kept going off and I couldn't find a way to leave it on.

The room was VERY basic. Spacious but it was like the first week of moving in to a new place and all you have is a bed. Literally open space. ( not a bad thing. kids would definitely love doing cartwheels) The water from the shower did not stay contained in the shower. Thank goodness for slippers once out of the shower or you'd be stepping in puddles. I also found a wad of hair in the far end of the room which I was not too pleased with.

Hotel was so nice and loved the 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel and love that they had a shuttle to the airport ! Our room, however, did have an AC that made a loud rattling noise so that was a bummer but other than that the hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. The hotel also has a scale in the lobby, which is really nice for you to weigh your luggage before you head out to the airport. You can also take the shuttle to the airport so you can use the subway if you’re trying to get into Seoul or any other part of Korea.
