Check-in and check-out process was super easy. Directions to the guesthouse from the train station also very clear. Just 1 small inconvenience as I was told cannot have food at the facility (in the room or the common area) due to needing to air out the areas due to smell, and it's cold so they didn't want any food in the facility because they didnt want to let cold air in. I booked this place to stay just for 1 night,as my flight landed late, so it wasn't a huge deal. I would imagine it'd be a bit more inconvenient if I was there for a few more days. Otherwise the place is super clean, and the owner was friendly, can't speak much English but took the time to use a translator to communicate

Simple but warm and friendly

The lady who checked me in was kind and welcoming. She tried her best to communicate helpful bits but also there are signs in the room written in english. Make sure to check the check-in instructions from the email or message sent. It seems complicated but is actually fairly easy, and even easier with the help of a map app.

Excellent place near Incheon Airport

Booked this place for my daughter since she’ll be arriving late from her flight and couldn’t check in her Dorm yet. It was the nearest to Train so we chose it. They were very responsive and accommodating with my requests since my daughter’s flight got delayed. According to my daughter everything was clean and perfect, the owners were very nice too. The free Breakfast was a plus. Thank you for making sure my daughter gets accommodated even she arrived past midnight in your place.

This property was great, close to train to downtown and close to the airport. The staff were very conscious of the patrons and keeping noise to a minimum. There was a bit if a language barrier but was overcome using translator on the phones. Breakfast is simple and the rooms simple, beds a bit hard but otherwise a delightful stay. I would definitely book this again

Very clean and owners are helpful. For extra charge they picked us up at airport at 1.30 am. We would have been stuck without their assistance. Our flight was delayed. Airport was almost deserted. Short walk to subway too. Great simple clean sleeping spot near airport.

As per usual, the folks that run Rainboots did not disappoint. I have stayed there multiple times and each time, it has been as great as the first. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, the bathroom/shower is spotless and the overall building is filled with a nice, relaxing scenery and decorations. The prices are very reasonable for that area, which is filled with many dinning and transportation options.

Business has been slow due to the obvious health concerns in the world. However, the place is known to be booked year round and when it is, they do not take their customers for granted and treat them as if they are first time guests.

Great for an after/pre flight stay

I stayed at Rainbootsguesthouse the night before my flight and found it very convenient and comfortable. The suite roommates were friendly and quiet, and the free breakfast of toast, cereal, and fresh coffee was simple but satisfactory. The lobby where I met the host smelt a bit fishy to me, but the common room and dorm room were very clean. Toiletries were provided and the water was hot! If I was flying into Korea ever again I would stay at rainbootsguesthouse. Thank you!

The property was incredibly clean and set up very beautifully with cute deisgns and a modern sweet design, we only stayed for a night, a few hours but we hardly wanted to leave! Breakfast is provided, toast, cereal, and other snacks, quality shampoo and body wash was provided as well as towels and slippers. The property manager was kind enough to let us borrow a pair of umbrellas when we left as well!! A very comfortable, friendly environment I have every intention of returning to in the future!

This was a great stay! Everyone was amazing, the host's husband actually picked me up from the airport and managed all of the craziness of finding me as my phone wasn't working in Korea. The place was super clean and everything looked brand new. There was an AC in the room and it has good breakfast options with bread, coffee, butter, jam, milk, filtered water, etc. I had a short stay but, I would have loved to stay longer!! This hostel is now my gold standard in Korea so when I shop around for places to stay, I always compare it to this place.

It is a comfy place to stay after or amidst travelling. The cute couple is very welcoming and helpful. Decor is good. No mold. Comfy atmosphere. Cereal/toast/ coffee breakfast. Taxi service to the airport. And they will keep your bags if your flight is later than checkout.

Cleanly and Friendly!

It was a solo trip for me. I will definitely be staying here again. I appreciated being greeted and the helpful signs I had to lead me to where I was supposed to go. I thankfully didn't have a full room an the roommate was nice. I came in and took my shower and took care of my needs before she even checked in. I really loved my stay here, though it was just overnight. But be sure to note, if you have a flight to catch overnight, be sure to note you will be spending an extra 15,000 won for the shuttle service so add that onto your stay. Unless you plan to taking transit to the airport depending on your flight time. This place it worth every penny! super clean! super friendly! I posted about this place on social media as well.

It takes just two stops from Incheon Airport by train. If you take your flight in the early morning, you can take one night here and go to the airport. It's a cheap and clean residence.

Best hostel near the airport.

This was a FANTASTIC stay. The place looked great and was very clean. It's a 12 minute walk from a station which is about 25 minutes away from Incheon. And the area around the hostel has several restaurants and even a small department store.

The hosts are what made the stay. Neither of us could speak Korean, but both the husband and wife speak English well. They lent us free umbrellas to use and responded quickly to our emails when we needed help getting around while we were out. When they learned we planned to take the first train out, they made sure to tell us that the next train after wouldn't be for another hour and thus too late for our flight. And when the wife learned that one of us is a vegetarian, she volunteered and walked with us to find a restaurant that had a vegetarian option. She even ordered for us to ensure there that there were no misunderstandings with the chef.

By far the best hostel I've ever been at.

If you're looking for a hostel near Incheon airport, I can't recommend this place enough.

I really cannot say enough positive things about Rainboots Guest House and the staff. Even for a four-person dorm, it was clean and spacious. While I did spend the majority of my stay in the dorm, I was lucky enough to secure a single room for two nights. With that said, I have yet to find a better single room for the price I paid. The bed was huge, the room was spotless (even had somewhat of a balcony) and it was quiet.

Part of the charm of Rainboots is it has a nice touch, regarding the inside. The staff took great care and pride in the layout and charming decorations...and having an elevator is always nice.

Unless they are all booked up, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Situated just a hop and a skip from Incheon International Airport, Rainboots Guest House stands out from the competition by offering a spacious room supplied with a comfortable bed, fined tuned A/C, a soft lobby to relax in, REAL coffee to along with complimentary toast (butter and jam provided) as a light breakfast, finely tuned and characteristic decorations providing a gentle yet modern persona, cleanliness that is hard to come by, and, a staff that is eager to please and provide a genuinely comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Great lodging near Incheon Airport!

Highly recommend this place! I really enjoyed staying at this guesthouse. It was very clean, well-furnished and the couple who run it are very warm and friendly. The only issue was being told that we had a 10:30am check out time (by the owner) but on our email confirmation, it stated 11am. Not a big deal but something I wanted to mention.

Good value for money

Nice, new and clean guesthouse with friendly owners. The room was clean, but the bed was very hard to sleep on. Also nothing in the room to put your clothes on (such as a chair or so), only a few coat hangers.
Good breakfast with great coffee.
Did not want to pick us up from airport because we told them we had no luggage, we should use the train instead as it was easier. It was easy but cost us extra twice, although this should have been included in the price.
Otherwise good place in boring new neighbourhood, yet not far from restaurants and train station.

I booked this property due to the price, lift facility and the nearest by walking from airport railway station. When I reached the property at around 11.45pm & want to check-in, the owner told me that there is overbooked issue. I have made full payment via Expedia few months ago & I felt totally shocked.

They offered me alternative to stay at another property nearby & sent us there by car. The guy who sent us helped us to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor (the alternative property do not have lift). The alternative property is decorated lovely and warm but we need to figure out ourselves where to find the kitchen, breakfast choice, hair dryer by our own as there is no staff there since we checked in until we checked out the next day.

Since the location is also more further to the airport railway station, I requested them to send me to the station the next morning. Luckily, they are punctual on the agreed pick up time, helped to carry the luggage and send us safely to the station.

It is not a very good experience after spent few hours on flight and dragging my luggage to the property in the midnight but being told it is overbooked. However, they did their best to make up for their mistake.

Comfortable, Reliable and Joyful

I admit, I had a slightly rough start when I first checked in. It was HOT, I was sweaty and tired and I simply wanted to sit down and cool off. However, they staff had just started cleaning so I was not able to do so. So, I was a bit upset because there are times when nothing is easy, especially in Korea. I sort of came of like the child throwing his toys around in the play pen.

However, after I found a cafe, sat down and cooled off, things progressed. Upon checking in, I was shown to my room which was very clean, with a shared bathroom (also, VERY clean and spacious). The A/C worked great, the beds were fine and it was nice and quiet.

Breakfast is simple...toast, jam and coffee. BUT...REAL COFFEE, which is not common in Korea, especially with a guesthouse (and free). The owners were very pleasing to be around went out of their way to make guests welcome. Mrs. Choi even too a couple of us to a very quaint spot to watch the Korean sunset fall upon the East Sea.

The location is fine, as it is located very close to the airport line, taking you directly to Incheon International Airport. In addition, there is a bustling mini-city just a 10 minute walk away.

What started out to be a frustrating introduction (my fault) morphed into a nice, relaxing stay. I very much look forward to going there again and I would highly recommend Rainboots.

The guesthouse is clean and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. There is plenty of shopping and food all within a short (1-10 minute) walk away. The Unseo station is also a quick walk if you would like to visit other cities. The airport is a quick 15 minute ride and transportation can be arranged with the guesthouse staff for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this guesthouse!

This place should be a 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they upgraded my room for free. WiFi was fast and the bed was comfy. The whole place had a memorable pleasant fresh smell and there were many great restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the metro and airport also. They even gave me a ride to the airport because I was running late and just charged me a fair taxi price.
Great place to stay for really cheap. You get more than you’re monies worth here.

By far the best guesthouse we stayed in Korea that we wish they have a branch in Seoul as well! Couple are very accommodating, best guesthouse owners I've met my whole travel history. When we arrived we skipped breakfast as my friend and I are both tired and just want to rest and sleep, but we woke up to a plateful of dumpling cooked by auntie herself. She speaks very good English, guided us on what to do, where to go and even lent us umbrella. Cute breakfast setup, very clean room, bathroom & kitchen. 10 mins walk to Unseo station. Indeed a perfect stay in Incheon... Even gave us cookies as thank you token when we left.

I wrote this review as travellers like me will find it hard not to love this kind of experience. Very thankful.. Thumbs up 👍❤

먼저 게스트하우스 특성상 민박이라고 생각하시면 오해 없으시구요. 방음이 안되기 때문에 숙박에 불편이 따르지만, 조용하고 단순히 취침용으로 하루 숙박하기에는 나쁘지 않습니다. 공항과 가까운점은 가장큰 매력입니다.

3인실 깨끗하고 꽤 넓어요. 엄청 조용햇어요.사장님도 친절하시고 거실과 주방이 잘 관리되고 있으며 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 시리얼, 우유, 토스트, 잼, 버터, 커피로 구성된 조식도 좋았어요. 다만 방이 예열도 안되어있고 난방 온도도 너무 조금씩 천천히 올라가 추웠어요.

深夜のチェックインでも良い対応でした。
ドアが薄くてリビングでの喋り声がうるさかった。
門限がない事は良かった。
タオルが雑巾の匂いで使用できなかった。
朝食の時間が遅く食べられなかった。

23:45に雲西駅について徒歩10分くらいの場所にあります。
今は、一階が空き店舗になっていた。
4人部屋でとてもきれいに掃除されていました。
朝食は8時くらいからでリーズナブルでした。
冷蔵庫もあるから、持ち込みしてもOKかも。
フライトが早遅ならお値段も手ごろだし次回も利用しようと思います。

空港鉄道ウンソ駅から徒歩10分程度ですが、大きな建物でとても分かりやすいです。
事前連絡もなく深夜に到着したのですが、オーナー様でしょうか、とても気持ちのいい接客をしていただけました。

今回は素泊まりだったので、部屋以外の施設は一切利用しませんでしたが、部屋は広く清潔で気持ちよかったです。
仁川空港で深夜、早朝便を利用する場合はぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。
