Great staff nice clean rooms!!!
Cindy
Such a clean, quiet, safe and convenient spot. The couple that owns the hotel are very friendly and accommodating and do a great job maintaining the older property quite well.
Great price! Quick refund of deposit!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable
Katherine
Breakfast minimal. Juice machine out of order. No toaster. Unattended. Coffee ok.
Morgan
Our room smelled wet. Breakfast was nonexistent. A jug of Sunny D with less than half a cup. No pancakes or waffles. Housekeeping only brought one washcloth for our second night. Beds are a bit on the thin side, can feel the under part of the bed.
Destiney
Good for the price. Rooms were clean and nice
Martha
Would stay again. Great location & price
Martin
Old motel at a good rate. Only downsides are super bright parking lot lighting even with the blinds closed and a little noisy from the highway.
Derrick
The first room we were given, the floor has not been swept. We were moved to a second room with the same issue. We then moved into our third room which still had pee in the toilet. We decided to just stick with that third room. The manager was helpful on getting us moved around. The property is updated and looks nice. The rooms are nicely painted and appointed. The exterior has bright lights in the parking lot to make you feel safe. The parking lot is tight because they also rent Uhaul out of it but we still found parking Definitely a budget friendly motel I would stay at again even with the minor issues.
Charity
Bed was old, had dip marks and was very uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean. The property was conveniently located and easy to access
Delaini
For the price, it was a good stay. Bed wasn’t terrible. Sirens kept going off at all hours of the night. For the most part, it was clean enough, but could use more of a deep cleaning in some areas. Breakfast was almost non existent.
Victoria
The breakfast was all calories and no nutrition. Except for the apple.

Nicholas
No breakfast but good stay for the price.
Laura
There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work.
Janet
Older hotel but mattress was new & comfortable, the flooring was new and the room was clean.
Sandra
Thin walls, heard barking dog in adjoining room.
Stacey
The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. What needed to be clean was clean. The top blanket had stains on them. The dresser drawers were not clean, and neither was the area by the refrigerator.
The rooms were non-smoking, which I appreciated. However there were people smoking in the walkway that you had to walk past. It would have been better if there was a designated smoking area.

Kimberly
Wonderful staff.. clean room. Comfy bed. Great water pressure in the shower.
Paula
Hotel was spotless!!! Staff were kind and helpful!! We were close to the highway so it was kinda loud but overall a good stay! Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at♥️
John
Room is clean. Friendly staff.
Karen
Smooth checkin, clean room, parked car right outside our room, simple breakfast with sufficient selections, brightly lit parking lot - belongings in car were safe overnight, convenient location set back a little from highway so not too noisy. Walmart nearby.
David
Decent low priced hotel. Fairly clean. For the price, it served the purpose.
Sara
Check in took too long. Said pet friendly, but no safe placr to ealk my dog
Candace
Bath tub was filthy. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Carpet was dirty. Bed blankets were clearly not washed. Tv needs instructions how to use

Clean room, very comfortable bed. I was driving a vehicle with a trailer and there was plenty of room to park in the parking lot.
Lynn
Convenient location and parking. Very clean. Very nice staff and housekeeping. Great price
Megan
The place was good except you could tell they hadn't mopped the floor very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty much what you'd expect in the price range except for the floor.
Iraida
The room was extremely dirty, bathroom smelled so bad we couldn’t even use it, the staff was very rude and made check in super difficult.
trevor
They were super nice
Kellyne
The staff was very friendly.
John
Very average for the price.
Twila
Clean rooms.
Room was clean and freshly updated. Bed was good. The breakfast was disappointing though. Staff was friendly enough. Would still stay here again.
Adrian
Very accommodable, felt like I was home going in and out as I please with no disturbance. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. Only thing is the towels, which I know are washed well, can be switched out for new ones for presentation purposes on arrival.
Thomas
The room had a smoke smell. The people were awesome and they fixed our toilet in 5 minutes due to the handle that was broken. Just the smell!
Tracy
Room was clean
Kevin
Clean rooms
Rooms were clean and spacious. It was basic. Nothing fancy but clean.
Erin
Consistently a good place to stay!
Joseph
Rude hotel clerk. Asked for room on first floor because my wife was coming and she is unable to walk stairs and she was quick to answer with a very stern no. I looked at room wasn’t impressed so I left and didn’t stay
Diana
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while traveling through. It is quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place!
Justin F
Arrived at the room at 9 pm Ac had probably been off all day and the room was over 100 degrees. The room didn't reach a comfortable temperature till after midnight with Ac on high and mini fridge open all night. I only saw cereal for breakfast after not sleeping much since room was so hot will definitely be choosing another hotel while working in the area.
Thomasine
The room smelt too much of cleaning supplies
Don
Comfordable & clean room on the ground floor. Great shower. Bed was a little soft for my taste, but acceptable. Had pancakes and apple juice in the morning. A good value!
Nita
The room was clean and its really quiet here and it served its purpose very well.
Sharon
Breakfast was good but no protein, except maybe a little in some yogurt. Make your own pancake machine was tasty but small. Coffee and juice were good. Had a washer and dryer to use ($3 for a complete load) so that was a plus. Excellent in the outlet department!!!
Verified traveler
Very nice, clean and great location. Great price. Nice workers.
Maria
Its an older hotel but it was clean and comfortable
Daniel
Frankly, I was surprised that this location got such high marks from Expedia users. This is really a budget stay. No coffee maker in the room. Thin, uncomfortable pillows and only three of them. Walls were thin, you can hear the slightest noise from adjoining rooms … and I did! Sweet ants in the bathroom. Finding anyone at the front desk is hit or miss, although someone always did show up eventually, and the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The shower had GREAT water pressure (increasingly rare at all sorts of hotels); other than the ants, the room was very clean, and the internet was very good, but I would NOT recommend you reserve here, even for a one-night stay. Great location in terms of quick access to the highway, but the neighborhood feels sketchy. “Free breakfast” was cereal, waffles, or yogurt. Nothing else. It’s a low rate to stay there, but you get what you pay for, which in this case was not all that much. I will look elsewhere next time I’m in Wichita.
Suzanne
Comfy bed, decent room, good shower. Very good value. Will turn in future!
Betty
The property is aging but our room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the very limited breakfast options.
Shelley
Checked in late after a very long drive day and had a nice clean room, comfortable bed, and a good night’s sleep. Perfectly perfect in every way.
Candice
Nice price
Clean, comfortable and economical.
Richard
The memory foam mattress was not very comfortable, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay
Debbie

A perfect place to spend a night. Hosts were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I requested a ground floor room and it was honored. 5 stars for my budget! I recommend!
Julianna
Great stay for the price
Shower was one of the best I've seen at a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Great stay for the price, would stay again.
Joshua
The floors were dirty, and the sink kept backing up when we used it.
holly
a step down?
property was worn and stark, but clean. from prior experience, it appears that the average Rodeway in a step below La Quinta offerings. Regardless, it's a clean and safe place to sleep.

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The hot pancake machine at breakfast was great.
Diana M
Was easy to schedule, was welcomed, room was clean, parking was accessible. Pillows were soft and easy to sleep on.
Curtis
Excellent place to stay but limited parking.
Nice place to stay, but parking was limited. The breakfast was silver dollar hot pancake machine, juice, cereal, yogurt only. Room was nice and comfortable with tile floors.
Tori
The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The bed was comfortable enough, not much sleep though as the plumbing was very loud all night.
Henry
The room was roomy and clean. For the price it wasn't too bad.
Doanh
Good service.
Kevin
You get what you pay for.
Room was inexpensive, and no frills. Generally clean but had a stale odor. No hot water in the shower.
Sandra
Good value. Clean.
Comfortable bed.
Hard floor unusual, but clean.
Comfortable bed.
Hard floor unusual, but clean.
Rob
Not the greatest place. Totally smells like smoke in the room. I was in upstairs number 209. If you’re a guy traveling alone and need something cheap, this will work if you can put up with the smell and the traffic noise. I would not bring my wife here. It would not go well.
Stanley
Nice place. Good rates. I would recommend & use again.
DEBBIE D
Person who checked us in was friendly
Sue
This isn't a fancy hotel, but it's clean and quiet. There is a Subway next door, so that was convenient. Not far from Wichita and all it offers.
Linda
Excellent
Staff friendly helpful and respectful
Sherri
One night
Bed was amazingly comfortable especially after a long day of travel.
Tim
Not fancy but clean and just what we needed. Will stay every time we are in the area! Satisfied
Debi
A clean, quiet room at a fair price.
Charles
They take real pride in caring for their property and it shows
Carol
Nice stay
Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were flat. Other then that the room was nice, and well lite parking lot.
Robert
Basic cheap
TV didn't work, they did eventually get it going. Basic cheap hotel, free \"breakfast\" was cereal but they did have milk. You get what you pay for, the bed was clean and the shower worked.
Sean
Worth it
Stayed for 3 nights. The staff is great. The hotel is a 2 star, my room was clean and updated. 50 inch tv with cable. King size bed very comfortable. Huge parking lot. Next to a gas station, 2 coffee, subway, mcdonalds, taco bell and pizza hut. Good prices, will stay on my next trip.
Nicholas
Great stay for the price! Clean rooms nice staff the 1 and only complaint I’d have is the top lock wouldn’t latch on our door. But the bottom and chain will do the trick. I’d stay again
Diana
Fast and friendly check in. Clean and comfortable room. I highly recommend this place!
Linda
Check in was easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room way. They were very helpful when our television remote was wonky. The breakfast was a bit on the skimpy size but we weren't there for the food. We were there for a restful night. The mattress was comfy and we heard no highway noise.
John
Clean and basic hotel, no cups in room, but there was a mini fridge.Very limited selection for breakfast, but overall good value for the price.
