We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Tyler
Great stay! Very clean and accommodating!
Felisha
From check-in to check out the staff and stay were amazing!!! Clean, well maintained, spacious room, wonderful breakfast every morning!!! The pool is pretty small but still it was clean and well taken care of!
Nadine
Prompt airport shuttle going and coming. Very economical parking while we flew. Professional and personable staff. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one that actually bubbles.
Nadine
Very comfortable bed. Room immaculate. The only thing I would have liked a tub and a kingsize bed, Not one or the other. I also would have liked a hand held shower head. Neither indoor pool or hot tub were hot enough, not even very warm. Excellent buffet breakfast. We really appreciated the opportunity to leave our car for $5 a day and airport shuttle to and from. After flying back to Wichita we’ll stay 2 more nights while visiting family in Wichita.
Amanda
Nice breakfast. Clean spacious room.
Steven R
fast and courteous check-in. nice room, quiet
Valerie
Front desk staff was a bit off putting. The room was very clean and beautiful. Property is kind of confusing to get to via GPS..
Ron
The hot tub was actually in working order with bubbles! It wasn't very \"hot\". It's out of the hotel's ability to manage parents, the number of children in the hot tub was insane! Ages 3-11.
Kerah
Great rooms, ample space, large assortment of complimentary breakfast items. Would recommend and stay again.
Lane
Clean big rooms. Tv didn’t work so they moved to room next door
Hope
Room layout was nice and breakfast very good.
However, we were in a king bed with trundle bed. The trundle mattress was very hard, very uncomfortable.
The hot tub is very small, not impressive.

Snow was packed in entry way doors very slick and they had an adult party in lobby while the kids were upstairs playing soccer in hallways the thumping and running continued thru late evening. If I were to say I got a total of two hours sleep I’d be stretching it
Regina
The room was great, breakfast was fabulous. The only thing is our room wasn't cleaned when we left for the day.
Cindee
A lot of road noise. Hairdryer didn’t work.

Sara
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was small and overcrowded, but maybe due to the hotel being pretty full. The snacks in the lobby were a nice touch.
It would be great if the pool was open later than 9. It was too crowded to enjoy.

Okay place to stay
The first room we were in the whole floor around the window was soaking wet. When i went down to talk to the staff, he said so you're just letting us know or did you want to change rooms. To assume we'd want to stay in a room with the floor soaking wet is ridiculous. Also they promote having a fire pit but when we asked about it they didnt have a propane tank to run it and just said well sorry. The room and beds were decent however we were in a suite and there's only one tv and you can only see it from one bed, not from the bed closest to the window or from the sitting area.
Harry
Clean property. Nice breakfast.
Dorcas
Pleasant place to stay for a great price
Andrew
Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast, market
Emily
Hot tub was not hot at all. First room we were in the carpet was very wet (maybe an air conditioner leak?)- switched us to another room that room the tile was all busted up in bathroom and was lifted making walking in bathroom hard. Shower head was broke.
Staff didnt seem to care.

Belinda
Rooms and Breakfast were wonderful! Pool was another story, it was cold and the hot tub didn’t work.
Ron
they take you through a maze of parking lots. Very Disappointed that the hot tub was broken. Don't use it as an amenity if you're not going to maintain it! Nice hotel! Great rooms! Shower door leaked, but that just required an extra towel. Incredible breakfast! Good fitness room. Staff was very friendly!
Stacey
Great Hotel
Great rooms and nice lobby. The team was very quick to get me checked in.
James Evans
Its quiet and friendly
Rebecca
This was a beautiful hotel, the staff was friendly and everything seemed very clean. The shuttle was perfect and helpful, it allowed me to return my car rental a day early so I was able to get a refund from the rental place. The breakfast was wonderful, they even let me grab something a few minutes early so that I could catch the shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Heather
Hotel is wonderful! Area around it is not very pretty, a lot of concrete and gravel.
Dakota

Green hot tub
Internet was trash and the hot tub was green. Very disappointing!
Eric
They unlocked my door and woke me up in early morning and said oh sorry. Lost several hours sleep not happy
Erica
The beds were comfy and the place was spotless. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Will definitely stay again!!!
Pros: Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable bed, was nice to be able to sit on the comfortable couch or sit in bed to watch tv, the shower handle was on the opposite wall of the shower head so it was nice not to get blasted with cold water! Easy on and off of freeway.
Cons: None.
Cons: None.
Gracey
The room was nice and breakfast was good. However the pool was way too warm and the pool room was SO hot- to the point our kids asked to leave. Also, they’re in the process of renovating so the hallways were half done and kind of a mess. We had never been to this side of Wichita but it was pretty unsavory.
Verified traveler
I have stayed here at least five times; the staff have always been knowledgeable and ready to help. The rooms are clean and well laid out. They are dedicated to service
Lori
The location was ideal for being near airport. Very nice place to stay at.
Kara
We paid a little extra so we could hot tub, however the hot tub could only fit 4, was luke warm and no air flow or bubbles.. The pool was also small and there were no towels available for when we got out. Other than that, bed was comfy, nice linens, clean, and good hot breakfast. It was on the industrial and western side of Wichita, so no good views.
Verified traveler
Water all over bathroom because shower curtain was short
Tammy
The room was beautiful the beds comfortable. The only downfall was the hot tub was a little green.
Jered
Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and soft as were the pillows. Kept up well. Pool was the only downside. It was very cloudy and cold.
Dawn
We really enjoyed our stay! Not in the best area- make sure to keep valuables out of your car. We didn't have any problems, but it can be one.
Robin
Would stay again
Beds comfortable, staff nice enough. Pool was very cold, hot tub was green and jets didn't work. Sink in our room was cracked in half with an attempt at mending, but it didn't leak. Shower head was horrible but the pressure and temperature was good, and it was nice having shower amenities provided and plenty of towels.
Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot.

Anytime I am in wichita we stay at springhill suites always clean and friendly
Amanda
Stay somewhere else.
The bathroom door is see-through, doesn't lock, or close all the way. Terrible design.
The desk has moving glass doors that rattle every time someone moves in the room.

Shower did not work properly, tub would not drain. Spa dangerous no step for disabled persons, cold spa & pool.
George
Clean and easily accessible. Good breakfast.

The staff was amazingly friendly and professional… especially those taking care of the breakfast. The breakfast was great with variety. The only complaint I can say is that I loved the pool and wish the water could be changed and the hot tub hotter

We took grandkid’s overnight. They enjoyed the pool area and we all enjoyed the nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

Convenient airport location. Clean. A very nice room.

Tv wouldn’t turn off. Kept a blue screen all night. Light shining through glass bathroom door into bedroom shone right onto the bed waking me when anyone used the bathroom after bedtime.
Robert
Clean and convenient.
I am a member of the Marriott travel club, and this was the first time, they did not acknowledge that.

We had a great experience here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and quick, the room was clean and bed was cozy. Only heard a couple of airplanes. Very pleased and would stay again.

This may have been the worst Bonvoy Marriot I've ever visited. But the real issue was that the \"manager\" never even followed up with my request to discuss the problems (i.e., toilet handle fell off and shower head plugged with sediment)
The wifi was down the entire stay which made me have to work at a Starbucks. Even the staff at the front desk acknowledged the wifi being down.
This place is sad. Go elsewhere.

On Saturday took the family to the pool and it was filthy. There were bugs and hair floating in the pool along with a dirt film on the top of the pool. It wasn’t blue it was brown water. Towards the deep end it smelt like fish. During our short time at the pool there was another couple in the hot tub having sex I went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it so I had to take my eight-year-old and two year-old and 13 year-old out of the pool because it was inappropriate for them to see.
