Booked a room but upon arrival no room was available. Refund wasent until 5 to 6 weeks or so later which left me without a place to stay and stranded in that area without funds to obtain a new place

If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court...

Friendly, hard-working manager/owner but . . .
The place is falling down. A hole in the bathroom door had duct tape over it. The room was filthy! We found an old toothbrush under one of the two filthy chairs. The sheets were clean but the mattresses were old and sagging. The refrigerator was clean inside and the sink was clean. The toilet didn't work. Manager got repairman in but late at night. He knocked our only roll of TP into the toilet on his way out. TP holder and shower curtain rod were falling down. Towels were stained and grayish yellow. AC unit had spots of something all over it. Room phone didn't work, so manager replaced it. We are disabled but were on the second floor, so all those trips up and down steps (that people were hanging out on) were difficult. Motorcycle noise all night. Manager is a very sweet lady, but she needs a miracle or a million $ to fix everything.

Comfortable bed and good for a one night stay. Bath mat was stained. No coffe pot, hair dryer or breakfast. Drug deals in the parking lot was a little concerning.

Rude staff. \"How did you get a reservation here\" was how i was greeted. I advised i booked it through expedia and he spoke in his native language (middle eastern i think) to some people in the back. He slammed the pen and check in sheet on the counter. Asked me \"How many people\" I said \"Just me\" he pointed to the car next to mines and said \"Your friends in that car arent staying with you\" I said \"I dont know those people\" He was not very welcoming. The room was okay. Nothing too fancy, very basic. Cant really complain about that.
