Elizabeth
Gorgeous hotel in Old Town near excellent dining and museums. Workout equipment needs updating, but otherwise a superi stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

John
Wonderful location. Molly the bartender is the best we have experienced.
Matt

Greg
Beautiful hotel and room. Will definitely stay there again. Staff was super friendly as well.
Cassidy
Very clean hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, smooth check in/out, free parking garage right next to the hotel, and solid air conditioner in the room. Noise was a little loud on a Saturday night from the nearby bars but the A/C fan blocks most of it. We didn’t use any amenities and they have breakfast for $15. We love staying here when we need a hotel in Wichita!
Earnest
Upon my arrival the staff was on point the ends and outs of the hotel, where everything was and where to find good food near by. Really nice time and would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a top 10 place to stay. Only issue was the parking for the hotel was next to the hotel, you don't have access to the hotel from the parking deck. Which was not a problem at all just a few extra steps.
Erinn
Staff is friendly. The air conditioning was broken my room and they were able to move me to a new room. Breakfast was delicious. My go to stay whenever I come in town.
Kelly
This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Wichita. The location is ideal for us, parking is convenient and free, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure a great stay. Mike, the Front Office Manager, and Molly, front desk and bartender, are welcoming and remember us from stay to stay, which is always a nice feeling. Bartender Megan is fun to talk to, and everyone we've encountered in housekeeping is friendly and professional. Staying at Hotel in Old Town in a no-brainer for us and we always enjoy our stay!

This was an incredible hotel: great location, great amenities, clean, and very quiet.
Craig
Wonderful stay. Would stay here again anytime. Within walking distance to food and many other choices; theater, museums, etc.
Russ
Love the hotel, the location, and time of year. Wife and I had a blast visiting many venues around. Great little base, to visit sights in surrounding area.
Bar was great, had a good selection of local bier. Along with bars and breweries within 0.1 miles. Staff very helpful, the breakfast was mid level. I'd enjoy going to breakfast restaurants near hotel more.

Wonderful property in the heart of a great entertainment district. Great staff, wonderful property.
Richard
Location was excellent. Easy walking to other shopping restaurants and museums. Helpful staff with good recommendations. Valet parking would be a nice option. Price was good value for money.
Robert
We had a very good stay there.
Carl
It would be nice to have a lighter blanket. One must turn the AC way down to use the exiszing one which, I feel, is an excessive use of energy.
Karen
I liked how beautiful the hotel was being a restored historic building. The studio room was very comfortable and accommodating, with the kitchen included.
Angela
Wonderful!
William
Very nice place at a reasonable price. Free parking. You can use your room key for free perks at local establishments.
Damber
We love Hotel Old Town! It is so beautiful, so comfortable and so inviting! It is the best hotel to stay at in Wichita!!!
Christopher
Loved the old style hotel. Really felt homey
Rafael
The hotel was wonderful. The staff and bar was great. We really enjoyed our stay
Jay
We have stayed here a couple times and are pleased with the Hotel and its staff. It’s also nice that the hotel is right in the middle a lot of things to do. We will be back.
Craig
the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both.
Cheryl
My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus.
Jennifer

This was such a perfect stay for me and just what I needed. I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day. They took care of it for me quickly and didn’t make me feel stupid about it. The bartender was AMAZING. The room was beautiful. Walking distance to everything. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic location in Old Town. The farmers market was across the street on Saturday. Restaurants, bars and local music spots were all within walking distance. The hotel is really nice in a cool historic building, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Wichita.
Amy
Comfy beds. Great location. Friendly staff.
Bonnie
Great place to stay. Quiet. If you are there on a Saturday morning, take time for the farmer's market across the street.
Jared
Very nice hotel and there’s a lot to do in the area. The bar in the hotel is very good too, drinks were great and fairly priced. Staff were all very friendly and make you feel welcomed.
Graciela

John
This is a terrific hotel in old town Wichita, KS. Highly recommended!
Jason
I spent a quick night in the hotel while passing through town. It was a little difficult figuring out where to park and where to enter the hotel but outside that everything was great.
Brenda
Old charm with modern comforts.
Taylor
We had an excellent stay in Hotel at Old Town. The room and the overall building were beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Monisola
The hotel was beautiful and had so much character. It is within walking distance to so many different bars and restaurants. My room was so comfortable. One bonus is that it comes with a full kitchen. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I’m not sure if I’ll ever visit Wichita again, but if il do, I’ll definitely stay here.
Kimberly
This is a fantastic hotel - so conveniently located and I LOVE all the historic memorabilia that they have on display!
Tod
great location, attentive staff, appealing outside and inside.
Diane
The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. The young man on the desk was very personable. Stephanie went beyond her job description and helped me with a “wardrobe problem”— she was super!
Erinn
Clean room, comfortable full fridge, amazing staff, cool location. One of my go to stops to stay when in town and if it stays the way it is now, will be for a long time to come
Kent
The room was clean and comfy.
Vanessa
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.
Emily
Hotel was well-maintained, clean, and with modern feel even though in an old historic building. Staff was friendly and hotel located in good location, walkable to restaurants and shopping.
Jackie
Very nice property, public parking is good, staff is super friendly, it has very nice bars, restaurants, and venues in the area! The bedrooms are also super nice, big fridge, stove, microwave, they even have dinnerware that you can use. Beds are comfortable after a busy day. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be coming back.
David
Beautifully updated hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms., very clean. The $15 breakfast was poor and not at all worth it. But other than the breakfast, it was great!
Brian
This was an excellent place in Old Town Wichita from which I could explore various parts of the city. My room had a great view of the city, plus all the decor which highlights some of the history was well received. The free parking in the adjacent structure helped as well.
DOUGLAS
Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in, but be advised if this is a concern. Request a room on the opposite side of the building.
Victoria
I loved the vintage look this hotel still
Portrayed . The staff was super friendly and helpful as well .

The hotel is beautiful! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the parking garage was next door with easy parking. Next to the lobby is a large living space with chairs, tables, couches, fire place, fountain, and bar. If your room is on the interior section where you can view the lobby's living space, you can hear the bar patrons chatting and the Friday/ Saturday Jazz music playing. The music stopped and bar closed early, returning to a quiet hotel. I thought it all stopped rather early myself. I personally loved it, the music and activity. There was a very nice gathering there. I think it was a wedding reception, it was respectful and elegant; I was watching from my room. The made a quiet room filled with a little life. Not all rooms are face towards the lobby's living space. If the bar and gatherings are not for you, you can request a room away from the lobby area. The rooms are nice, large, and has wonderful kitchen. The are doors within the room, to allow interconnecting of rooms when booking more than 1 room. I am for sure going to come back! The area used to be an industrial district, many years ago, now refurbished to restaurants, shops and such. I loved the urban area and will be returning.
Laderica
This is our go-to hotel when we are in Wichita. It never disappoints... the staff is super friendly and they greet us like we live there! The hotel has its own style with live music and happenings downtown. The breakfast is awesome too (but its not free). Great hotel.
Mark
Nice place
Dallas
Old fashioned atmosphere but nice
JUSTIN
Great location, clean, really nice place! A little loud on a Saturday night, we could hear music from our 2nd floor room across the street from several bars. But it wasn’t a problem,
Enrique
excelent breakfast
Melinda
This is a charming hotel right in the midst of Old Town. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, there's a fun museum right across the street, and on Saturdays there is a farmers market across the street. The rooms appeared to be remodeled fairly recently - nicely done and very comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite. The bathroom was large and there was even a fairly large closet in addition to the kitchenette space with stovetop, sink and refrigerator. We only stayed one night, but it was nice. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but did enjoy the snacks and coffee in lobby/atrium area. Nice! BTW, it is also nice to have a free covered parking garage for your stay.
Charnetta
Personable and friendly employees; easy access to parking, clean rooms with an old-world charm
Katherine
I had a great stay. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Accommodating staff. Great location.
Nita
everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha.
Laurie
Very nice rooms
Elaine
Breakfasts was great
Claudia
If I didn’t have the lock from the inside of the room housekeeper would have walked in twice. She came at 8 am and then again at 10. Check out is at 12 I was trying to rest before my drive back and that bothered me.
Randall
Neat hotel. Very clean and convenient

Breakfast was great. Amenities were great. Close to bars and restaurants. Free parking. Only complaint is the loud crowd outside on the weekend. We were on the first floor and our window was right by the sidewalk where there were some very inebriated individuals yelling for what seemed like good hour at 1:30 am.
K. Dewayne
I was extremely pleased with every aspect of this hotel! Loved the location, loved the room and amenities and staff were wonderful! Definitely would stay if I ever visit Wichita again. Highly recommend!!
Quinn

Robert
Wonderful staff and very well kept, from the common areas to the rooms. Even the parking garage was spotless.
Kristen
The hotel was such a convenient location for the things we wanted to do in the Old Town area. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. No complaints. We’ll stay there again.
Ronald
Not sure what to say. There were not really any amenities to speak of. The staff is very nice. The rooms, clean and fairly nice. Our toilet was installed crooked. Not sure why. The shower water pressure was extremely weak--yet, the place seemed like it wasn't very busy. We had some problems with our tv, but the staff came up and \"reset\" it for us fairly quickly each time. We enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice hotel. It seemed very vacant. The area seems very secure and safe. The jazz music was very nice and relaxing. We did not eat breakfast there since it is $14 a person. The free parking is great and secure. Our room was very clean. Nice stay.
William
Great place!
Deborah J.
What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too.
Tracey
We loved the history of the hotel and the antiques that were on display! Very friendly staff and comfortable beds! Will definitely stay here again when in Wichita!
George
