My only problem was my sheets. One of my pillows looked like it had a dirty shoe print on it. I then looked at the sheets carefully after noticing the pillow and they did not look that clean. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was cool.
Francis
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Would stay there again!

That hotel needs work and some updates ceiling was coming down in

We were awakened at 6:30 AM by a call from the front desk saying that they needed a credit card for “incidentals”. I paid up front for the room with the same credit card. When we checked in at 11:30 PM the night before it apparently wasn’t an issue. The front desk clerk was oblivious to my concern.
Additionally, I noticed that a fire exit door was locked from the inside. Again, when I addressed the issue with the desk clerk I was met with a blank stare. Perhaps her marginal knowledge of English contributed her lack of concern. In any event a locked exit should be a no go in any circumstance.

I went to check in and found my room door was latched open. The first thing I noticed was the entry way to the room had a big carpet rip and patch area.
I did not want a mobility room and wnt and asked about it. The desk clerk said well it is a king size bed like you wanted so it’s fine.
The room was just kind of dark and the view out my ground floor room was of a red shipping container.
The bed was ok. The TV was small. The bathroom floor was slippery. Water pressure from the shower was good.
I went to the lobby for breakfast which was typical, but when I filled my bowl with Raisin Bran ants started crawling out of the cereal.
I brought it to the attention of the clerk. I saw her spay and clean around the buffet but she did not change the cereal. I thought I would just have a cup of coffee and found ants crawling on the creamer bottle.
That was it. I checked out and went to work. Wonder how clean my bed really was

The hotel itself was ok. Pretty clean. The room door was hard to shut. Had to slam it. The breakfast was really nice.
The worst part was that I had a late check out, that WAS on my confirmation, but the manager that morning refused to honor it. He was rude right off the bat. Even after showing him the confirmation, he still refused. He then told me that I only paid $58 for the room, which in fact, I paid $77 ($90 after taxes). He then tried to tell me that Expedia was wrong about the late check out AND what I paid! The manager was a jerk and I will not stay there again. Nothing was resolved and I had to hurry a shower and leave.

Wear your shoes in the room. Carpet is sticky. It will likely make your feet black.
Kerry
The evening front desk manager was very helpful. There had been some kind of leak in the room, possibly from the huge rain the day before & the carpet was still damp. The coffee pot & TV did not work. The evening of our last night, the manager finally was able to come fix both but by then our stay was about over. Our room was by the pool & was noisy at times. There was a standard breakfast available. The location was excellent for us.

First thing the staff was very kind and helpful but the room lacked a lot the floor was filthy. There were hairs in the bathtub the handicap bars in the shower area were rusted and the bed was leaning to one side. Next to the air conditioner there was puddles of water inside the room I don't normally give a bad review but the place needed a lot of attention

There was human hair in both of the queen bed sheets, even when we went down to get clean sheets there was a long human hair on the sheets. there was a big hair ball in the swimming pool. the floor in the room was wet in spaces. we did not sleep well at all. uncomfortable on the cleanliness of the beds which is a big no!
Larissa
Clean comfortable room. Bed was amazing!
Cheryl
Clean rooms and reasonably priced.
Amanda
The pool area looked like was having some work done & not towels available
Misti
Room was dirty upon arrival, crumbs in bed
Rachel
Room was clean, looks like building needs some upgrades though.
Something strange is going on in the pool room, with high heat and humidity and no ventilation, there is either mildew or mold because my nose started running within only 15 minutes in there. Pool was small, but clean.
Breakfast area was kept up nicely and food looked like typical hotel offerings: Belgian waffle irons, hot biscuits, sausage links, scrambled eggs, gravy, bagels, etc.
Hotel service was friendly, but we did have issues with the key card and had to visit the front desk on 3 different occasions.
We just stayed 1 night but I would not want to stay for multiple nights.

When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.
Linda
The room was very clean and quiet.
The BEST part of the stay was the staff:
The Manager; Front Desk; Housekeeping; and Maintenance (Tony 💞) ...
They were ALL friendly, and helpful!
I Loved them all! 💖

I love my stay nice and clean but only one thing was our room never got clean since we stay 2 nights. Room service came knock @our door early morning we told her come back later to clean but she never show up. We got back to our room late night and little disappointed when our bed never got change unfortunately.
Ann
Location was easy to get to.
Karen
Clean room bed was comfortable but the pillows need improvement. Most hotels give 2 different types but theses were all the same hard and small.
Tiffany
Bed was hard as a rock! There was long black hairs on bed when we checked in. Shower head had good pressure until halfway thru my shower and then I had no pressure. Had to finish with a trickle of water. Faucet handle had water gushing out of it.
Nazario
The staff was very helpful & cordial. And the place was very clean & gave a home feeling. Loved this place!
LuAnne
Great location and clean motel with good hot breakfast. Room was large and comfortable. Costco across the street for a quick gas fill before heading out.
Jonathan
Very pleased with the upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms.
Lily
The staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Room was clean. Only downside was the shower head leaked and the curtain didn't reach the walls so water was spraying. Otherwise it was a perfect and easy stay!
Deborah
We were passing thru to take some classes in Texas and stopped here for the night. Great stay.
Christopher

The room was really nice and very clean and in a good state of repair. It was great for the price, the staff were extremely friendly, and the hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage links, and tater tot hashed browns the morning I was there. I'm very satisfied with my stay and recommend it as a great value.
Gerald
Very nice!
Myron
Most good but window didn’t have a darking curtain so a bright street light shined brightly into our room. Hard to sleep in an room lit up so much!
Garry
Clean rooms and staff was great
Janet
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and well maintained. Nice pool, also a workout room and breakfast.

The room seemed clean enough and the towels and sheets were clean, but the room had an odor like it had been closed up a long time. Since I was there three nights I bought some air freshener.
The door did not have a strike plate just a hole in the metal frame where it used to be. The door latched but didn’t seem very solid. The wall in the bathroom had been repaired but not painted yet so the room didn’t seem ready to be occupied. Plus the outside door at the end of the hall didn’t close all the way so seems like there is still work being done there as well.
I was on the first floor and every morning when it was time for breakfast, there were a lot of banging doors in the hall. Way too many to be guests so it seemed that some door the staff went back and forth through made a lot of noise whether I was ready for the day or not.
To be fair, I did not raise any of these concerns with the staff for them to try to fix, but not sure I would stay there again.

I was not happy. I did the \"Pay AT Property\", well several times throughout the day the property tried to charge my card. Very upset about that. Then when I called, no one would answer.
Cornelia
Needed more pillows. The people above us were very loud and noisy
Bradley
A great value on our trip! Nice, clean hotel!
Teresa
The room did smelled weird and qe had to tue. The AC down all the way to 65 degrees just to get to a comfortable temperature amd it finally got comfortable in the middle of the night. Every other hotel i stay at the room is comfortable at 73 degrees.

This Comfort Inn is always clean and neat. I have stayed here many times. The front desk is efficient and helpful. They have a beautiful indoor pool. And a nice breakfast is offered. They also continually offer great rates for this area.
Steve

Helicia
Clean room, breakfast wasn't the best but ok for the price.
Cornelia
I didn’t get in the pool
Alan
Our daughter is in ICU at Wesley. We were always in and out due to her condition. Breakfast was usually skimpy as last users. Eggs were dried out most of the time. One of the guests stole my Vietnam Veterans hat after I left it unattended for a few minutes. Other guests that used the pool were extremely noisy in the hallways.

Charles
Front desk seemed a little less than pleased that we asked for $ 10:00 in $1's for the vending machines, but when a small bag of chips are $2.50 and a bottle of pop is $ 3.50
........ well. Slept poorly on the foam mattress and lastly after we had gotten into bed we thought it would be a good idea to have a wakeup call so we wouldn't miss our scheduled 7:00 am appt. for a procedure at the hospital. When my wife brought the receiver of the phone to her ear it was silent . Upon further investigation it was discovered the phone was completely absent of wire connecting it to the wall. We were both tired from driving 100 miles to get so neither one of us bothered to go to the front desk that night. Just relied on and hoping my understanding of the alarm clock instructions were correct. More than likely won't be staying at a Comfort Inn again.

Clean room & great staff!
Christopher
The staff was great. Made the check in and check out process easy. No issues from the hotel itself, just from the kids who had a room above mine jumping up and down all night making it difficult to sleep.
Iesha
Clean room. Very friendly and respectful of my privacy. I enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back!
Robert
Clean, quiet, affordable. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean. However the sidewalk and parking lot was covered with frozen snow and ice. Highly recommend adhering to snow removal guidelines for safety precautions.

We were unable to eat the breakfast because we had to be at the surgery center at 6 AM.
The king-sized bed we slept on was so cozy and helped me relax before my procedure.
The man who checked us in was extremely friendly.

The stay was good for the class and served the purpose we needed. The problem was with the hotel and Expedia We used the Expedia app on the way down and as we hit book it just spun. After a couple minutes it told us it timed out and did not go thru so we did it again and it worked. When we got to the hotel nothing was said to us about having 2 reservations so we checked in and went to sleep. Breakfast was good and we headed south. On the way the boss was looking and saw 2 charges on the card so she called the hotel. They told us there was nothing they could do as it was non refundable rooms. We then called Expedia and they called the hotel. The hotel told them that one of the rooms was through Choice, which was a lie. We were told by Expedia that Choice would refund us. Problem was everything was billed through Expedia on our card. After 10 days and many more calls and e-mails we were told by Expedia there was nothing they could do. My wife went off and threatened to contest the charge with the card company. Finally a supervisor got on the call and told us nothing could be done but changed his mind. This shouldn’t have been so hard to deal with since it was obvious where the charges were billed. I still don’t understand why the hotel told them it was billed through Choice.

Overall easy location to get to, next to highway, near restaurants like Chipotle and other fast food. Located in hotel complex. Hotel is modern and contemporary in decor. All in good condition. Bathroom comes with two bars of soap, shampoo, shower cap, conditioner and body lotion in bottles. Comfortable mattress and 4 soft pillows. Fridge and microwave. Arm chair extremely comfortable and plush. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage links, diced hot potato’s, sweets and yogurt and drinks including apple juice. Friendly staff. Overall a great value. Much much better than 6 hotel or Red Roof. On another level.
Jacqueline
Clean and a good breakfast with protein choices.
Joseph
Our dog immediately sniffed out a corner that we suspect had dog peed based on her same reaction to fire hydrants and sign posts. The shower faucet leaked but had good pressure. There was a likely toilet leak based on water around it. The mattress was very comfy. We have stayed at this location a few times before without this issue.
Les
The breakfast was very good.
Earl
We booked this hotel for my parents when they came to town for a visit. Their stay was comfortable and clean, they just had a little bit of a hard time getting fresh towels. Breakfast did not have a huge variety.
Billy
