Every thing was excellent! The thing I didn’t like was outside of staff's control. I was awaken @ 9:00am by some loud machine. It was so annoying.😩I ended my sleep-in and got ready for the road. Thanks you’ll were great.

Beautiful New Hotel in an excellent location on North Rock Road. Inside was beautiful, quiet, and clean. My problem was that I was put on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working properly, I had to push to go up in order to go down. It's such a new hotel made me wonder #1 why isn't the elevator working properly? & #2 why would you put people on this floor if your hotel was not 100% full? I was supposed to get food credit in the amenity, yet the front desk person was very vague about the procedure and amount, therefore I did not use my credits for fear of unexpected costs.

Brandon was very helpful and kind at check in.
We booked this room primarily for use of the washer/dryer - this is a great amenity for travelers.
There was a LOT of activity in the parking lot, it seems as though people were using the retention pond across the street for fishing and using the hotel parking lot to park their vehicles. We did not feel good about our vehicle in the lot overnight. We watched people hauling coolers across the street, drinking alcoholic beverages in the parking lot, smoking in the parking lot, and walking their dogs around the property. They were not hotel guests.

The mattress was very firm to hard. Ok if you like it that way. It was ok for the price, quiet and safe.

Major negative is that the floors were dirty…don’t walk barefoot. Also, the room was very damp….if you hang up a bath towel, it will still be damp the next day as will your clothes even when they are dry when you come in the room.

The first time I stayed there I said that if I came back this way I would stay there again. I did and I did. A great suite hotel in north central Wichita that ticks all the boxes. Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds and very reasonable pricing. This is my go-to stay in Wichita.

Everhome is definitely the best hotel for the price range it’s in. It’s clean, it smells nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, they answer the phone at the front desk when you call down, the place is cleaned daily.

I will not stay anywhere else if I ever find myself in Wichita again. They have definitely set the bar for any hotel I stay in from now on.

First room we were given mistakenly had missed housekeeping. No problem, moved us to a spotless room! Great until trying to shower the tub spout came off. Maintenance was not on site yet so it couldn’t be fixed. Front desk said sorry but that was about it. No offer of another room to shower in. Zero

Don't extend your stay here - just book new rooms.

Pros:
This is a brand-new hotel, so everything is modern, clean, and in great condition. The suites are nicely laid out with a small kitchen and easy-to-clean hard flooring (no carpets).

Cons:
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service completely ruined my experience. Because of the kitchen, the hard floors get dirty quickly and need regular upkeep. The hotel policy is to clean once a week, but since I was extending my stay, I needed more frequent cleaning.

I requested room cleaning for three days in a row. I even offered to pay extra for it, but front desk staff assured me it was complimentary. Despite this, housekeeping never showed up.

Day 1: No one came (I assumed it was an honest mistake).

Day 2: Still no cleaning. I left a message for the manager to resolve this.

Day 3: Still absolutely no service.

Out of frustration, I finally approached a housekeeper directly to ask for help with the bed. Instead of changing the linens, she simply remade the bed using the dirty, used sheets. She wiped down the counters but did nothing else, completely ignoring my repeated requests to have the floors cleaned.

Tip for future guests: If you need to stay here long-term, do not bother extending your stay in the same room and expecting housekeeping to help. It is much easier to book short, separate stays and just change rooms to get a clean one.

Room 237 didn’t have cold water in the shower. I had to take a scalding hot shower, or no shower at all. The hotel was too booked to move me to a new room.
Also, the room above us sounded like they were playing a soccer match in their room until midnight. We told the desk 3 times and nothing happened.
It was miserable.

The lady who checked me in was awesome, but that was as far as the experience went. My room was incredibly dirty, and I was shocked to see how filthy the stairwells the carpets and especially the elevator were for hotel That’s only 5 months old.
There’s a good reason why this place is inexpensive, I will not be staying there again.

I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use. Otherwise, the staff was incredible and accomodating. The place was very clean, the laundry facilities have multiple washers and dryers, etc. Highly recommend. I definitely will stay there again. Price was fantastic!

The only thing I have to say about the room was the bed was to firm for us. We like our beds softer than what they had. I originally signed up for a room with a tub as well but ended up with only a shower which was fine but I do like to sit & soak my aches and pains before bed time. All in all it is a good clean place to stay.

I thought it was too good to be true getting this amazing rate on a new hotel. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me check in. My room was clean and spacious, and the extra things you could obtain from the front (if needed) was a big perk, even if I didn’t ultimately need them during my stay. Every time I walked in or out of the hotel, the staff would greet me and spark up conversation. You could tell they really cared about their guests and the kind of stay they were having. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it was clear they took pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. I could seriously go on and on about how wonderful my stay was, but all of this to say - it’s not too good to be true. Book it and know it’ll be well worth it! It’s so close to lots of great eating places, fun places to hang, and good coffee. You won’t be disappointed. I think this might be one of the first reviews I’ve ever left in all my years of using Expedia to book hotels, but this one deserved it. I’m just a mom from Arkansas who is chasing her kids around watching them play sports; and good, inexpensive hotels are hard to come by. I look forward to coming back to Wichita and staying again. Okay byeeeee.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and ended up staying at the Everhome Suites. I was hesitant to book at first because of how much cheaper it was than the surrounding hotels but I am so glad I did. This hotel was so clean and well kept. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The hotel gym is big and has nice equipment. Outside terrace area was nice to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we had while we were in town. From the front desk to housekeeping throughout the building, ALL of the staff at this location went above and beyond in service and friendliness!
This new facility was very clean, well supplied kitchen, spacious rooms, ample parking, and had comfortable beds. One drawback at times was having only one elevator, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying again. We occasionally heard steps in the room above us, but nothing out of the ordinary. For the great price of our room, the value was very good!
