Stayed here for a week. Room had everything i needed and was clean. Pool was nice. I liked the pool table in the lobby and the free coffee 24/7. Only negative is they dont clean the room or replenish towels. They did it 1x in the whole week.
Rosa
Great stay place clean and I will consider staying again!
Marlene
Everything except no breakfast
David
TV did not work in room and maintenance staff had already left. No solution and no offer for consideration or compensation for a major inconvenience.
Dustin
Couldn't get wifi until we became loyalty members, room wasn't cleaned great, hair in bath tub, and food crumbs on couch and even on the room phone. Staff was great and tried their best!!! But we didn't get the room we ordered and didn't get reimbursed for the mistake either.
Robert
Nice and clean hotel centrally located with easy access to KS 54-400. Would definitely stay in again.

Wonderful.... miss sunny is simply the best... she cares about the people who stay there
Clint
Loved the room and the front desk people were very nice and accomodating
Megan
Clean rooms and very comfortable bed!
Robert
We were in a 2 bedroom suite that had plenty of space and a nice layout. The beds were super comfy. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well-stocked. Love the free coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby. The a/c worked great. The pool table in the lobby was nice to have. We also liked the lending locker that had cards, and board games.
Bruce
Stay was fine.

Horrible smell to the property and it caused my allergies to flare up. I tried to check out and switch hotels and Expedia refused to refund them payment to cancel additional nights.
Elaine
The desk staff were unknowledgeable about check out procedures and could not provide a printed receipt. The sink apparently backed up while we were gone because we returned to nasty black stuff all in it. We were away all day and didn’t use it. Public men’s room stayed stopped up for three days. Husband even offered to plunge it himself. Dog poop was in the hall. Hall and room had cigarette smoke smell.
Elizabeth
I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand.
Scott P
The room was very spacious with a work/dining area and small kitchen. I was able to use their grill outside.
Misty
Parking on the back side was plentiful. The staff was very friendly. Will stay here again
Kathryn
I had to immediately checkout because I have a severe allergy to cigarettes and I started having a reaction before I even got in my room. Definitely not a smoke free facility.
Brandon
Nice hotel good for its price
Maria
Room was clean. Staff very nice. Free coffee, but snacks were way over priced.

Stayed a few nights. Great amenities to unwind with. Decent place. Both front desk gals I encountered were super nice. Ebony (overnight), front desk rep was so warm, welcoming, accompanying. You dont always get such great hospitality. Thanks for being kind to my daughters and I.
Robert
Clean, nice staff, easy access to highways.
Briana
The toom was very spacious, great for a family to stay in. The check in desk had the friendliest ladies. My only mark down was the quality of the room needing some more up keep.
Robin
Could hear the highway and bar next door but the room was set up perfect for our needs. Bedding was comfortable. Elevator stunk pretty bad like mildew. Bathroom door was dirty and had dog scratches. Shower head and water pressure were disappointing.
Clarence

Room was very clean. Staff was very responsive to our need for extra silverware

This is a great value for a really large hotel room. You can get a large room with multiple bedrooms and not break the bank.
Diane

The front staff were amazing. We needed a suit & dress pressed & steamed from traveling, for a wedding. They took care of it for us right at the hotel. Very impressive!
Courtney

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful
Check in staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Pool could use some chairs, we are older and it's not comfortable sitting on concrete.
We will defiantly stay here again when in the area.

Terrible customer service manager is unprofessiona
I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay, and I wanted to share my feedback in hopes of improvement. After a long drive with my family of seven, we arrived only to find that the room I had booked was not available. The customer service I encountered was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I felt that my requests for assistance were met with a lack of understanding. When I inquired about being credited for the difference in room rates because I booked through Hotels.com, I was informed that they couldn't assist me.
Additionally, when I asked to speak with the manager about my experience, I felt that the response was dismissive rather than empathetic. All I was looking for was guidance on how we could resolve the situation. After my husband had to step in to help, I was assured that I would receive a full refund, but as of now, I have not received it.
I believe that enhancing communication and customer service training could really benefit future guests. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff
Brad
Good value for the price
Jabulani
The front desk worker was very professional and friendly. The housekeeping staff were Betty friendly and hardworking.
I had no issues or complaints. I wish the hotel was more updated but other than that it was fine for the price.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms make this the best hotel in Wichita!
Michelle
The lobby is locked for security. The room wasn't cleaned.
Amanda
It was ok.
Room warm.
Pullout couch broken broken. Like feels like youre falling into couch. Difficult to put away during day. Stayed in family suite. On floor 3. It worked for a short term stay. Pool tiny. So was hot tub. Parking options was horrible.

Safe area. Quiet. Clean. Large rooms. Would stay here again.
Sue
Good location for eating at Scotch & Sirloin or the Irish Pub. Pool had exactly three chairs, tiny towels and didn’t appear clean. There is no interior signage for pool or elevator location. Our AC was not working in July in Kansas.
Travis
Horrible Facility Nice Staff
Horrible showers, caulking around bar area and shower was unpleasant
Erlyn
The two beds room was surprisingly spacious, I wasn’t expecting two bedrooms with two bathrooms and two TVs.
Steve
Our second room was clean. The showrr pressure was terrible and the tub is slippery.
Jack

The hotel was Exceptional! Quiet, Clean and very friend staff and easy access.
ed
We booked 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Pet urine smell was terrible. We left after one night. Run down. Sketchy neighborhood. Hot tub looked rough, felt rough to my feet. Not what we expected.
Clint
At the moment there is no hot water cant take shower or wash clothes and there no wifi i understand it from storms but i wish i was informed of this situation before checking in
Randall
Fine location. Good value.
V
Clean property, sullen desk attendant, nice tv in room. Limited parking. Quite an active parking area as a pub and steakhouse share the area. It gets rowdy out there. People in back at the pool seem to be enjoying themselves although we didn’t partake.
Deb
Little water pressure and no hot water😩 room was so great though!
Rebekah

What I truly like was my suite was clean. The bed is truly comfortable for one thing I didn’t like about it. Is that the location surrounding the hotel
Kathy

Would recommend
Stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions while my Mother was in the hospital. Huge rooms, very comfortable beds with everything you need. I was solo and felt safe in the hotel as well. Front staff was wonderful.

Wichita Trip
Clean room, nice room, and easy check in and parking. Well priced
Sam
Very Impressive
One of the most impressive hotel suites we've ever stayed. This was an ACTUAL handicap accessible room with wide spaces for a power wheelchair, grab bars throughout the bathroom, and the room's door actually closed slowly (dampened). The only complaint I have is the the bed was too high (not-ADA compliant) to allow an easy transfer from a wheelchair.
Suraj
I love ambiance.
Clarice
The service was excellent, the one or two rhings that need to be done is whole room need to have the laminated flooring and carpet removed and reclining chair steamed cleaned. But if you are looking for a place with close food restaurants this is not the one for you.
Anthony
Our family consistently selects your Wichita location for our accommodations because of its convenient access to local dining and pubs.
During a recent stay, we witnessed an unsettling interaction at the front desk between a staff member and a teenager. The exchange was concerning, and the front desk personnel appeared uncertain on how to appropriately manage the situation. To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, it would be helpful to maintain transparent and well-communicated security protocols, especially when dealing with young adults.
Jamie
This was a nice place to stop in Wichita. Arie at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. I was given a suite and it was lovely. Lots of room though I didn’t spend much time there. Good restaurant next door with a connecting bridge. Overall, a convenient, quiet, safe and friendly stay. Everything you’d expect from Candlewood.
Justin
Great place.
Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and professional. Some of the furniture is worn a bit, but it would definitely not keep me from staying again. Excellent value for the cost.
Bob
Free parking and easy access to freeways.
Haydon
Good hotel for quick stay.
Geri
The kitchenette, bed was comfortable, dinning place right next door.
Scott
I always stay here when in Wichita. The only negative is not the hotel's fault -- the traffic pattern for getting there is rather awkward due to its location on a \"frontage\" road that is one way and hard to distinguish from the entrance to the freeway right next to it.
Charles A
It was very close to our venue.
Don
Staff were super, beds comfortable and rooms clean. Rooms were worn out and needed updating
Brandon
Desk staff was very slow getting us checked in and our room had no shower curtain
Stephanie
Hotel had an odd smell in the hallways. Hallway floors had not been vacuumed in a while. Room was very clean though, and bed was comfortable. No coffee for guests in the morning, unless you wanted to pay per cup from a machine.
Carmen
Good hotel
Douglas
The location was one of the nicer hotels located less than 2 miles from Via Christi St. Joe
Ricky
Someone who wasn’t even a hotel guest was sitting at the patio smoking when I pulled up to check in and when I finally got my room key I circled around the the building twice looking for a parking spot because people at the bar next door took almost all the parking but as we was circling the building the guy that was smoking was walking around the hotel parking lot looking very suspicious and made me feel unsafe.
