Max
The hotel/rooms had unpleasant odors, had to go buy air fresheners to make the smell manageable. The bathroom door stuck and was very hard to open and close. The air conditioner was rusted and very dirty. Stains on the floors and the carpet in the bathroom was sticky. Had to ask for pool towels every time we went to the pool area. Because the towels were missing people would walk on the tile dripping wet to ask for towels and then no one would clean up the water creating a slipping hazard. Trash bags piled up at doors and the view from our room was of stacked up trash behind the dumpster.
Heather
The hotel was not worth what we paid. The room was dirty, carpets sticky, and there was mold in the shower. The continental breakfast was not worth free-the waffle batter had a weird taste and the yogurt was expired. The manager was extremely rude and made rules up on the spot. We ordered pizza and was told we couldn’t eat out by the pool so we brought it inside the lobby where breakfast is held and were told we weren’t allowed to eat there either-it seemed like he was being difficult just to be difficult.
Melissa
Fantastic room for families, close to lots of great places to shop & eat. The room was clean.
Casey
As soon as we walked into our room it smelt musty/moldy. The shower didn't work. The bed sheets was dirty and mattress hard as a rock. breakfast was cold and very small selection.

Horrible noise in the wall that kept thumping all night long. Probably water pipes, but it would seem like they would only make noise when the water was running. This noise occurred systematically every 20 to 60 seconds ALL night long.
Carpet was gross. I had to wear shoes everywhere in room.

Dan
Room smelled like damp mold. Not very clean at all.
Teresa
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn't flush all the way
Monserrath
Everything was good, some small details in regards with the door locks from rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast and pool well cleaned.
Brandon
There was foil on the stove, mice traps, ac not working on one side, wake maker wasnt working
Rosanne
Was a nice bed I was tired.. the bathroom needed repairs from shower handle to towel bars. The staff was great.. the complex was a little tired with updated. No coffee in room and dog food pellets weee under the chair. I was expecting better since this was my first Baymont stay..
Tim
Every thing was great... Room was very spacious!
Joe
Needs a deep cleaning. Shower curtain hanging by a loose screw, dirty coffee pot, shower water handle was stripped and wouldn’t stay in place so very hot or very cold, one air conditioning unit was total rust, pool lining was coming loose, white tub was patched with ivory and the other shower floor had weak spots that made you feel like it was going to give out. No action taken for loud guests above us. Never again!

Clean
Joann
Staff was great, rooms were awesome! This is our second time staying there and we love baymount.
Clarence
The refrigerator wasn't working, and they had put towels inside to catch the water and smell really bad. The toilet was in disrepair and the floor needed to be cleaned
Libby
Paint in the room was peeling, walls cracked, thermostat on the wall held up with scotch tape, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.
Leashie
The TV in the main room didn't come in because it was raining. The one in the bedroom did not having a working remote. The room wasn't the cleanest and outdated. Waited 10 minutes for the staff to check me in.
Michelle
Great hotel!
Esmeralda
Everything was great clean and comfortable
Autum
The pool was nice! The room was decent, cabinets need to be cleaned better on the inside! Hotel staff were friendly except the first night! He was rude and didn’t want to let our dog stay when the hotel said pet friendly and there were other dogs there. The air conditioner also didn’t work very well in one room and the living room area! All in all we had a good experience!
Belinda
Rooms were so nice and spacious and the pool was great! Breakfast was a big disappointment!
Suzette
Great experience for the time I stayed. It’s in a nice part of Wichita. I’ll star there again.
Matthew
The facilities were not kept up at all. Floors were dirty, walls were dusty, doors had dirty handprints on them. The breakfast was marginal, shower diverter didn’t work properly. The business center had one antiquated computer that I finally gave up on. It rained while we were there and the gutters were overflowing, siding was broken and mildewed, grass was overgrown around the building, and the decorative areas were a mess. Wouldn't stay there again unless there was no where else.
Jose
Nice room, great staff, budget friendly.
Roderick
Spacious room but Wi-Fi so weak( on & off). Wi-Fi was gone in the morning
Jerry
Room was excellent and inviting. Loved the room and arrangement. Pool and patio was so inviting and a place of comfort. Breakfast was very good, though I personally like scrambled eggs and would have enjoyed some but know you can not provide for everyone's liking. Would definitely stay again.
Jessica
The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice to have. The hotel and room (bathroom) were not the cleanest. Upon walking into the room, I noticed there was debris on the toilet seat and around the back of it. As in debris from people wiping and little pieces of paper and whatnot being left behind. That made me very uncomfortable to touch anything else. I ended up wiping everything down with Clorox wipes. The ice machine in the common area had visible fungus of some kind dripping down into the ice reservoir. It looks like it’s never cleaned. That made me feel sick to see. We ended up buying ice from a grocery store.
Darcy
Breakfast was very late on the first morning, coffee machine not working. Staff not very accommodating and were borderline rude when I wanted to add a second night. Will not stay here again
Dana
Rooms were clean & staff very friendly. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from & tastes great. Will return next time I’m in Kansas
Anita
Loved that we had small kitchen. Just need to fix some leaky bathroom floor wall and shower head was spraying the top ceiling so had to cover it. Would have like towels for the pool area .
Marsha
The room was wonderful. ❤️
Monica

KELLY

Julianna
We loved our stay the room wa a big and amazing!
Dwayne
Staff was amazing especially the housekeeps!
Cathy
Upon entering the property, it looked like a well-maintained apartment complex. The lobby and hallways were spotless with no wear and tear like one sees in many hotels.
The room also was spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. Without requesting we got a suite with a kitchen, and I could have easily stayed there a couple of weeks! I did not check out the breakfast or request anything from the staff, so I can't comment on that. Highly recommend

Staff, kitchen, clean room.
Paul
I really like the rooms here, they're apartment type with a full kitchen and furniture. It was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The property grounds were in nice shape and all amenities were in good order.
Alice
Rooom was only partially cleaned 2 out of 5 days & I had to request that, other days not cleaned even when requested! Breakfast never hot only lukewarm. Towels not replaced or only towels but not wash cloths. Always had to ask for something. Only 2 hangers when I first arrived and drawers had dirt in them. Staff not always at desk and phone didn’t work on arrival. On plus side Kelly was extremely helpful and bed was very comfortable.
Torrance
The kitchen was fully equipped.

Smelled bad, first room didn't have a locking door. Thankful for second room with locking door. Booked because this hotel had good reviews. Hate to see what the other hotels are like.
Ingrid
Nice big clean rooms.
Lidia Karina
The room was not clean, lots of dead bugs around the room. Carpet was dirty.
The control was missing the back of it and we found it in the back of the bed. The thermostat has tape holding it… The wall seem to have blood. The light feature did not work.

Was not expecting the room to be as big as it was, that was a plus! Comfortable beds, spacious room, lovely customer service made my stay amazing!
Tina
Everything was great
Brent
Room was clean and comfortable bed.
James
Amazing room setup we didn't know existed! King with bath, living/kitchen area and two more queens with another bath! Perfect for our family. Property is showing its age. Needs paint, carpet, updated fixtures and mowing. Beautiful property in a quiet residential area. Rooms clean, just not a pretty penny anymore.
Regan
Overall, the hotel was decent for a one-night stay, but I don’t think we would choose to stay there again. While the staff was friendly and the overall environment was okay, the cleanliness of our room was concerning.
There were several spots on the comforter that appeared to be blood, along with similar splatters on the bathroom floor and shower curtain. Additionally, I unrolled what appeared to be a clean washcloth, but it had dark stains on it—possibly makeup.
These issues made the room feel unsanitary, and it raised concerns about the overall laundry and cleaning standards. Unfortunately, that overshadowed an otherwise average stay.

Clean just need a little update
Brent
Attacked by management upon returning day 2 when side door was locked and was forced to entry main door literally was screamed at and practically forcefully stopped while takimg 2 dogs 150+lbs. Each back to the room trying to cause an issue before I could safely return my animals to my room the grown man wants to scream at me through the lobby across the hallway to turn around and deal with him immediately even though I am a paying guest who checked in previously. Scumbag Management/ownership.
Patricia
Nice rooms, laundry facilities, and a small gym. Average breakfast and good customer service.

Sofa sleeper was in bad condition no blankets for it, breakfast was terrible, water pressure was very low and the fire alarm went off at 5am no curtesy call to let us know if it was false alarm or needing to evacuate. We had to call the desk to find out.
Sarah
Always a great stay! Friendly, quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!
Ashley
Dirty everything, smoke residue, dusty, thin walls/floors,
Joseph
Very Big beautiful room that was very clean. The staff also provided fast and respectful service when I checked in. The price was also very reasonable.
Matthew
Allows pets, has breakfast. Simple place, our room also had full kitchen. Could use some TLC on the carpets but good place to stay for a travel night. Close to freeway and only a mile to shopping & grocery.
Justin
I’m have a strong suspicion thatvm
Emilio
Friendly staff, when i went down for breakfast on sunday only warm options(not toasted ir pancackes) were eggs/biscuits but all gone. Towells were not white almost looked dirty(didn't use these). Stained bathroom door and bathroom carpet.
Elizabeth
Motel is ran down needing repair. Rooms need deeper cleaned hair in the sheets and even in the freezer? Dishes especially the drinking glasses had finger and mouth smudges. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the staff was really nice. I should have checked the reviews before I booked
Jara
Rooms are always clean. Staff pleasant. Good place for the price
Frances
The area felt safe. Staff was not very welcoming. Had a toilet flood!!! The soap dispenser was empty!! Will I come back?? not sure!!
Denny
Staff was great. Refrigerator didn't work. I had to throw out a handful of veggies, salad and salad dressing.
Abigail
Room was bigger than I thought! Was very clean. The shower spilled out onto the floor quite a bit but overall VERY happy with this room!
Keali
The room was great! This truly all came down to breakfast. The breakfast was scarce and limited.
George
The room was not very clean at all and found glass on the bathroom floor. People next door were very loud the first night and the second night there were other people playing loud music at 1:00am. The breakfast is terrible. They only had waffles and biscuits and gravy. Hotel is old and needs major improvements. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it.
Richard
Clean Rooms, helpful staff, king suite with 2 rooms is perfect for the price.. definitely will stay again

Loved the room, but didn’t understand why we could not bring food from breakfast to the room..since we had a full kitchen!
Carrie
Only stayed for one night, but room was clean, staff was courteous, and we received a complimentary late check out
Jesse
Fairly clean room with 2 queen beds, a couch, and a kitchenette.

Nice room/kitchenette.

We had to be at the hospital by 6, too early for breakfast. So the staff provided for my husband to get his breakfast at 5:30.
Mary J
The staff was great and so helpful!! Our room was spotless and so comfy! If we have any complaints, it would be that the beds were harder than we like. Our opinion only.

The hotel smelled like smoke, the carpet in our room had chunks missing out of it, but the real kicker was poop on the sheets when we turned them down. The area looked nice but unfortunately we can’t recommend.
Kassity
Bed was extremely firm & smelled like skunk drugs
Luke
Staff was pretty rude and did not communicate with us. Breakfast was awful... cold rubber eggs, burnt coffee, and everything else ran out. Staff did not care or try to help. Carpets were dirty everywhere, blinds and finishes were broken, bed was lumpy and uneven, various outlets and lamps did not work. They didn't refill the coffee/tea from day to day. Hallways smelled like smoke and there were stains on the floor all over. Place really isn't taken care of and we felt like they didn't care about us, either. Will not be back.
Eric
Awful. Checked out and went to another hotel down the street
Thanh
Very clean, good housekeeping.
jose
Room smelled like sewer from the restroom. Room was neglected a bit.
Gary
Very nice room. No shower curtain, hard to shower. Motel was close to our meeting place.
Zachary
Everything was perfect except for the $50 hidden deposit fee, you have to deposit $50 for a stopgap against breakage of stuff. You do get it back at the end of the stay if you don't break anything but it would have been nice to know that I needed to pay that before I actually paid for the room
Joe
Clean and courteous

Donna
Room clean and people friendly.
Erik
Great hotel, great location
Joe
I don't have anything
Anthony
Ok, inexpensive
Tommy
Great option for the price, large rooms and stove with big fridge so if you staying an extended period it’s worth it. I didn’t try it but they offer free breakfast, gym, pool. The rooms have cool AC units, only downside the WiFi isn’t the greatest and would cut in and out.
