Janet
Our room was on third floor. They knew we were coming and it was over 100 degrees the day of our arrival. The a/c was off to save them money and it took a very long time to get our room comfortable. There were broken items in our bathroom and there are hazards if you have an handicapped guest with. Mine came very close to falling when the grip handle on the wall came off the wall. It was not properly mounted. We have a service animal and they said there wasn’t any replacement room because we had a service animal. There was some kind of dust on the pillows.
The morning staff was apologetic, however we did Not have a restful stay.

Staff were amazing! Everyone we encountered were super nice and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good too. The only thing is the hotel is a bit dated but nothing terrible. Would still stay here again. I was here with my mother and young son and felt safe.
Maxx
place was great bruh. no joke.
Tim
Centrally located and in a decent area. The property is old, but well kept for the most part. The bed was excruciatingly hard and incredibly uncomfortable for me. The couch bed wasn’t very good either. The noise of the highway was incredibly loud so made sleep difficult at times.
Overall the furniture was just bad and incredibly uncomfortable need of being refreshed. The carpet in the hallways felt like I was walking on sticks or something because it made a crunching sound when I walked on it or rolled my luggage. The pool is indoor and not heated so it’s the temp of the room which I estimate in the mid 70’s.
Staff was great, they took care of the one room issue I had. The housekeepers don’t speak English so that was a little frustrating trying to get some soap for the shower without them coming in. They did do a fair job of dressing up the room (only once in four days though) and brought fresh towels daily.
Overall, this is a budget friendly hotel. Don’t expect luxury when you get there. If you need a place to lay your head at night, this could work. If you need comfort over convenience then find somewhere else.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast better than most.
Jessica
Easy check-in, room clean and breakfast was great
Javier
Very clean! After a long way driving from Colorado my husband and I wanted a good night of sleep to continue driving in the morning to East Texas but the guests next door were too loud. A lot of loud music as well from the same room.
Breakfast was wonderful!
Breakfast was wonderful!

Stayed for 2 nights and had to get 3 different key cards because they would stop working after one use. The wifi would disconnect every few minutes and then have to reconnect. I had to tighten the toilet seat down because it was about to fall off. The refrigerator was barely colder than the room with the AC running. I expected a much better experience for 195.00 a night. I do not recommend staying at a best western at all.
Shawn
The breakfast was great. Our room did not have any body wash or handsoap in it.
Cindy
It was very clean, The breakfast was good.
Charee
Our room was clean. Judy was very helpful and even helped us with other ideas for our trip. The pool was not able to be accessed right before we checked in. They offered to give a refund, but we declined. When we returned from dinner, the pool was fixed!
Mary

Great experience with lots of amenities.
David
BED BUGS! The front desk guy offered me a different room, which was right next door to the first room. When I ask for a refund the front desk guy said he couldn't give one but to call the manager the next day. I called and left a message three times and got no response. BED BUGS!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and there was plenty of room. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was okay..
Judy
The highway noise on the 3rd floor was horrible. I won’t select this location again. The breakfast food was only warm; I had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and link sausage. I was disappointed that the room didn’t have USB receptacles to charge my electronics.
Jacob
The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because \"housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding.\" We received several calls due to their own desks confusion while we were at our event the first day. Then when we returned from the event, the TV wasn't working and the front desk tried to make us fix it ourselves. The breakfast was great, but that's it. And the owner, three weeks later STILL hasn't responded to my email. We should have just packed up our stuff and went somewhere else. Will NEVER stay here again!
Mary
Room was excellent, staff was great
Marion
The room was clean and the staff were very courteous and answered any questions we had. Judy at the front desk was very pleasant and was easy to talk to. She was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection. We thought it would be very noisy at night being right off the highway, but it wasn't. Would stay here again. Very dog friendly.
Liubov

Clean room, easy check in and check out for a quick travel stop. Tv didn’t seem to work but we were only there for one night so it didn’t impact us. Overall a good basic place to stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A little noisy. Breakfast was adequate and about average for most hotelsl
Emily
I’d only stay here again if there was no where else to go.
We arrived late in a cold evening. When we checked in and got to our room the HVAC system was off, so the heating wasn’t on. The room was absolutely freezing. Furniture was damaged and bathroom door was damaged.
Luckily, we only had to stay here for one night.
Two positives, the staff were kind and location is right on side of highway so easy to quickly get back on road for a long road trip.

A good mid level hotel. The staff here was excellent. In particular the morning desk person was very helpful. I was in Wichita because my granddaughter was in the hospital, and Judy the day staff at the front desk was great with assistance in where to get flowers, restaurants etc. Excellent
Pam
It was a great nights sleep…super quiet
Peggy
Check in was flawless! Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. I slept very well.
Carla
Infant son managed to find a dried up lemon that was left by a previous guest, so rooms are not that clean. I appreciated the free breakfast though I wasn't pleased that the breakfast attendant told my son to be quite. He was being a typical 3 year old & as we were leaving he ran into the cafeteria i was right behind him to pick him up & take him outside. It was unecessary & un appreciated for the breakfast attendant to get involved. The room i was placed in was fairly quiet, & the location of hotel is covenient & safe.
Miguel

Cheers to Breakfast Lady!!
Such a clean friendly place to stay! Friendly check-in late at night! Most impressive was Sunday morning at breakfast. The lady taking care of the breakfast room had to deal with 3 girls who were not guests of the hotel. They had plates full of food & were arguing with her that they WERE going to eat! She handled it so well & would not let them leave with the food! They finally left but not before 1 of them threw a plate of food at her. She was very professional & made sure she apologized to the guests who were eating, even though she had nothing to be sorry about! I would of flipped out, yelled & probably cussed them out! LOL! It is absolutely the nicest place we have stayed in Wichita to visit family!
Holly
It was very clean, staff was friendly as well.
Jose
Inside pool and breakfast
Tanya
Front desk personnel, quite surprised me. Very judgmental. Owner did correct the problem and I assume it will no longer be a problem ,so other than that it was an excellent place to stay.
Charlene
Hotel was clean with all the amenities we were looking for. Also, convenient location for our trip
Gloria

The lady stocking up breakfast was great she was friendly and courteous
Sharon
The hotel itself was descent. The beds were not very comfortable. There was a dog in one of the rooms barking. Pot smell coming from a couple rooms.
If you want any breakfast you better have it on your plate before 9am. The lady was shutting the juice machine down while kids were still wanting juice and shutting down the waffle machine whether people were in line to make a waffle or not. Yelled at one guy for opening the potatoe container too hard and another for not using the appropriate bowl for yogurt. Seemed more like we were the pupils and she was the principal

Poor for the price point
Needs updated and noisy. Few stains on bedding. Bathroom was meh. Highway is close so traffic was very load.
Staff was meh maybe learn to smile a bit more.
Breakfast is 6-9am. Most hotels serve till 10

The beds were good. The room was clean and spacious enough. Shower head good.
We had arrived during a flash flood warning and could not get to the hotel readily. Luckily, the situation took care of itself and we were able to finish our arrival. Great place to stay.

The property has a terrible parking lot that is difficult to maneuver to start off with. Check-in went fine, but we needed a crib for our infant and the lady who checked us in literally looked at me with a what is a crib face. I had to actually explain it to her for her to only tell me they did not, even though the website said they did. It was the reason we chose this place, because our normal hotel was completely booked. Once in the room it looked good and normal, however the bathroom was not so great. The toilet and door are too close to each other and you literally scrape the door on the toilet to close the door, so the door has scrapes and chunks missing. Then the drywall by the tub was completely falling off the wall from water damage. The caulking and grout was cracking and falling due to the same issue. It was a mixed bag with this place. Get terrible this to good that. Normally a best Western is good, but I would not stay again at this specific hotel.
Ronald
Room was very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and walls were paper thin. You cpuld hear everything. Breakfast was hot and kept well stocked.
