The room we booked and paid for prior to check in was not available when we did arrive. We had booked a 2 queen and sofa couch but was given a 1 queen bed and sofa couch. We have two teenagers (1 boy and 1 girl) who were looking forward to separate beds. We were told that hotels.com was to contact us but we received nothing. When asked for a refund, since the rooms are two different prices we were told we could not get one. Then we had to go get the bedding for the couch once we got to the room. We only stayed one night but will not be using your location again.

This place wasn’t dirty, but it was only OK. The room we had was very large and set up for accessibility. There was no carpet and the bed would slide around if you even leaned on it. Also, very uncomfortable to sleep. The refrigerator froze Anything we put inside. We were lucky our sodas didn’t explode. The laminate floors felt grimy. we went down for. “ breakfast.” And we were lucky if we got a prepackaged muffin. I guess they expect you to cook your own breakfast since you’ve have a tiny kitchen.

I booked this for our family weekend thinking it was a good deal on a nice hotel. I was wrong. There were stains on the beds, the fridge was disgusting, the sink leaked and dripped all night, there was hair all over the bathroom, the tv remote was nowhere to be found, and the office chair was disgusting. Not to mention, when we got to our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that lingered.

Bathroom fan was extremely loud and on its last leg, the kitchen only came with a towel, if you wanted anything like dishes, utensils etc, you had to go and ask front desk for it. Even street noise was loud, I like the laminate floor in the room but kitchen and bath need revamping. Grab and go breakfast is nothing special but the coffee was good.

the “free breakfast” included consisted of little cereal and random things, nothing like eggs, sausage, or actual breakfast foods. I got this room for my mother and grandmother and they had to literally leave to get an actual real breakfast. what they offer is just snacks, don’t be fooled. the website says they are pet-friendly and never mentions ANYWHERE that there is a fee for each pet for each day. the doors and walls are extremely thin, I could hear everything from the rooms around them. even a lady talking to her children. when I got inside the room, the floors were disgusting. there were literally bugs on the floor. the beds are rock hard. the TV is tiny and the remote hardly worked. I don’t mean to be rude but this place is a dump. I reserved this room for my mother and grandmother for 2 days and they literally only stayed for 1. do not be fooled by photos making this property appear nicer than it is. I’d do anything for a refund considering this place was not clean, unsafe, and we only used the room for 1 night. Just awful.

Unfortunately, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again due to very poor customer service. We booked through a third party, which is relevant later. We arrive from a cross country flight at 12:00 AM, and multiple unanswered calls to management from the service desk and probably 30 minutes later, the grumpy service desk employee tells me I can't check in because their Internet is down so they can't process my card. We had to go to 4 other hotels before anyone had availability and I paid an additional $120 to stay at a different hotel at 2:00 AM (2 hours after trying to check in at my scheduled hotel). When we phoned management and asked if they could take an ID, a photo copy of the ID and debit/credit card, or literally anything we own to be held at the desk so we could stay in the hotel and pay when internet was back up, the manager told us no and didn't offer even an apology or a discount on our stay a few days away (due to the extra $ we paid to the first hotel since Extended Stay America's Internet was the reason we had to change hotels), and the reasoning was because we booked through a third party.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention, 2 of the 4 desk employees to assist us had an awful attitude to start, before we even had any issues!

The room itself was fine, nothing spectacular.

Smell the marijuana smell as soon as you walk in the door. i was very uncomfortable being there by myself. I ended staying with my husband at the hospital. So I had paid for my stay and was out $194.00 for 2 nights, but being at the hospital in a recliner was safer. I will the think twice before scheduling ahead of time for a room with a 3rd party.

This hotel is truly the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived at 1:30a to a room that had blood on our pillow, dog hair all over the floor, dried food stuck to the walls, counters and furniture, mud and dog hair in the blankets and sheets as well as a bathtub faucet that could not be turned off. We spend an hour changing the mattress cover and bed linens as well as trying to clean up dog hair and stuck on dried food. After all of that the hotel would not refund our money. Avoid this hotel!

I expected average...i got less. Check in at 3..we were not there until 8pm. No room available as advertised. Staff did try to accommodate differently which was appreciated. 2 single rooms instead of suite. However. Ac not working, bed hard as concrete floor., i have back issues, so this was bad... floor was dusty and dead bugs on floor by end tables. Loud banging noises thru the night... overall not a good experience given that there was a marriott and comfort inn in walking distance.. stayed because close to ks heart hospital. My car was broken into. I'm highly upset about that. There were no cameras. We had to go to the next hotel to ask for footage. Everything else was decent. There was one particular staff, an African American woman she made the stay worthwhile with her great service. Everyone else's service was average. Hotel was clean by the looks of it but there was food left in the fridge, room smelled a little musty but was still breathable. I LOVED THE SPACE! Beds were comfortable. Stay would've been better if our vehicle had not been broken into.

This is a place for temp workers, not personal overnight stays. There is no ice machine and the refrigerators do not have ice trays. They did not have a replacement bulb for the lamp. The bathroom light and fan are wired together so not one without the other and the fan was very loud. The bed was soft with no support and no additional pillows or blankets were available.

I know they make it clear that there is no early check in - not even 30 minutes. But I tried anyway as we needed to have my daughter change for a softball tournament. They stuck to their policy and said no. But we arrived at check in time at 3:00 to find out their internet was down. While several of us stood around, another guest helped the clerk log into his hotspot and we got checked in by 3:30.

The room we had was very clean and spacious. If I was there with spending any length of time - ie there for work - I would have felt right at home. The full size fridge was welcomed as we brought a lot of drinks and food with us since the breakfast is just grab and go. The one thing missing was an ice machine but extended stay people probably don’t need one.

The exterior was rough in a couple places with large holes and yellow plastics around them that look like they had been there a while. We got back late one night and found a side door that would normally be secured by room key standing propped open.
