The property was advertised as having a pool however there is no pool there, which I was ok with. The ice machine was down and I w particular staff made it seem like it was the hardest thing to get done ice after another staff had given ice the previous day. The breakfast was good except for the over riped bananas! I stayed 3 days and still the bananas were brown!
The room was clean and decent. Had to have a new shower curtain replacement due to previous occupant must have had an animal scratch the curtain where it would be noticeable!
Alex Little and Mr Khan were very good at correcting any problems noticed!

Constantly waited for food to be brought out when it was empty. Having only 1 waffle maker made us wait 10+ minutes to get waffles. Room was set up wierd when u try to watch tv had to sit at the end of the beds to see it. Water in the shower took 5 mins to get Luke warm never was hot. Staff was friendly. Four guests listed on stay and one extra pillow. So one kid had to use a cushion for a pillow because they didn’t have any extras.

I have stayed at this property several times before and had no problems. However, I was very disappointed in my stay this time. In our first room the tv didn’t work so I called the front desk. 2 hours later they finally came and fixed it. My sheets on my bed had several holes in it. Then we went to get the sofa ready for bed there were crumbs all over the sofa (very obviously had not been cleaned). The cushion had some kind of white powder on it. I asked to be moved to a new room. We were moved. The next morning when my family went to take showers there was no hot water!! When I checked out I asked for a refund due to all of these problems and did not get a refund. And was informed they were very aware about the no hot water as they had been having hot water heater problems for several days. I should have been informed of this when I checked in and been offered to have my money returned so I could find a different hotel. Very disappointed in my stay and disappointed they didn’t return my money like they needed to!!

Staff was friendly and helpful! This hotel is a smaller one. Three levels. My room was a small suite with refrigerator, sink, 2 burner flat top stove. Perfect size room for 1 or 2 people. Easy access to get to the hotel. It is close to the hwy. Bring your sound machine. Also had breakfast in the morning, didn’t take advantage of. I would stay there again.

This turned out to be a nightmare. I woke up the morning of my travel to an email from the hotel saying their system messed up and double booked rooms for people booking through hotels.com or Expedia. So they had transferred me to another hotel that I did not want. I was traveling with a group and was separated as a result. Nightmare. If I can't rely on a reservation then why should I bother in the first place?

Every staff member we came across was very friendly! We were greeted every time we came in or left. The breakfasts were also hot, fresh, and delicious.

When we arrived, a couple hours after check in time began, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be finished being cleaned, which was not a big deal at all, either.

The room, though, did not feel very clean. Each door on the way to our room was dirty and scuffed. The tub had some soap scum in the corner, and the corners of the bathroom had dirt and hair caked into them. The toilet tank appeared to have been broken and glued back together. The microwave had cheese melted to the plate and the spoons in the cupboard had food on them. There was also what appeared to be a booger on the closet door.

Also, the water was very touch and go. It was luke warm in the morning and almost completely cold in the evening (definitely too cold to shower - we tried). In the middle of the night, though, it was scalding hot on the lowest setting.

If the rooms and water were better, we would definitely return, because the staff was over the top friendly, but we probably will not stay at this location again.

Ended up having to move at 8 o’clock at night to a different hotel because we would not have hot water for the rest of our stay which was two more nights. Incredibly inconvenient.!!!!

despite having a reservation and having driven 600 miles to get there, they DID NOT have a room for us. we needed sleep badly. they said the \"system\" over-booked the rooms. Their solution was to send us to a LA QUINTA hotel down the highway supposedly at their expense. I need whatever money Expedia charged and whatever deposit or charges the hotel took from me. I will never again stay at any Marriot hotel, and maybe, just maybe never use Expedia again. make it right and maybe I can come back to Expedia, but NEVER to Marriot.

I was charged twice, my credit card I held the room with & the card I paid with. This hotel was rated as excellent on Expedia- this hotel was absolutely gross. When we first got to the room, the floor was sticky, the table had something spilled all over & was not cleaned, there were crumbs on the couch. It was dirty, sink was broke, toilet leaked, only one remote worked, breakfast was gone by 9 am (Sunday should have been till 10) hot water didn’t last, this hotel needs a major deep clean, & remodel. When we went to report these issues, we were told that if we were “rewards members” the we could get some points. Pictures were taken, unreal that this place is charging the amount they are. I wouldn’t pay $25/ night to stay here. When checking out, we were not asked how our stay was, eye contact was not made, she just asked what our room number was. Do not recommend this hotel

The breakfast was fresh for what little they had. They serve from from 7-10am, and the eggs were gone by 7:30am which they never replenished. They kept bringing out servings of biscuits and sauage paddies, but never the eggs. There drink options were apple and orange juice, and 2 different infused waters. The infused waters were dilluted to plain water by the time we were done eating at 8am, and they never did anything about that either.

The room seemed clean, the daytime clerk was friendly and the area where it was located seemed nice. The biggest issue was that there's a 'sleeper' sofa but not enough room to pull it out. The sofa was a little small and built weird for someone to sleep on w/o pulling it out. Also, the hallway we had to walk through smelled like smoke several times. Why not put the smoking rooms at the end of a hallway? It's an ok hotel for the price.

The room had an odor when we entered but I thought it was because it had been closed up. Turns out the air conditioner was leaking water into the carpet and it wasn’t drying out. I did report the leak upon my checkout.
There was no syrup for the waffles. That’s a big disappointment for me because I like syrup on my waffles not peanut butter or jelly as was suggested by staff. The sausages were cold and when the staff was told she just shrugged it off instead of offering to make more. The gravy was running low and when the girl was told her response was to get her a plate and get the remainder and take it to the office. Also I had to ask for cups for the juice machine. I picked this hotel over the courtyard Marriott across the street BECAUSE of the free breakfast that’s why I’m so disappointed. The young lady on duty the night I checked in was very accommodating. The morning staff not do much.

In town for a Basketball tournament check in was quick and easy. Room was decent for the amount of time we were going to spend in there. Only negative was the shower. The water was either cold or extremely hot there was not in between. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast options.

Staff was accommodating for the most part. My house keys turned up missing and I called to see if housekeeping was able to check the room and Justin at the front desk was very unempathetic and definitely not will to go the extra mile to help. He told me I had to wait until Housekeeping came down for the day which would be 2 hours later. I called back at 2 hours for a follow up since I didnt hear from Justin and Brandon was able to contact housekeeping and have them check the room immediately for the keys.
