Easy and fast check in. Friendly front desk folks. The employees were always willing to help, answer questions, and greeting us. The layout of the room was very user friendly. We liked that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower area. The work desk was nice, good lights and a lot of USB plug ins. The hotel overall and rooms seemed to be newer or recently remodeled. The 'always open' coffee and tea bar was awesome. The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was hot. We would definitely stay again when in Wichita area.

The broom be standing dust pan against the wall in site behind the counter. Not enough chairs at the high top dinning area. Only two 4 missing. First night we stayed the damages I’m the bathroom door and wall were not repaired with care. Wrong color paint splitter on the area where the door was deeply scratched. Second shift desk clerk was very lazy and spoke about himself instead of service with a smile not well kept. He has, “poor me”, syndrome. The a.m. clerk, blonde hair, sat behind the desk holding her little dog. She would let the dog roam in the breakfast area unleashed she was unkept. Seriously ridiculous. This was our experience on check in June 29th departure 30th. Our return trip July 5th and 6th was great. The breakfast host was great both visits. The check in clerk friendly and well kept on our arrival and another at our departure was very kind.

We checked in around 930 pm and asked for a late check out at noon. The front desk said no issue and wrote it down on a notepad. The next day house keeping knocked and barged right in at 11:15 am. We said we asked for a late check out and she said what time and that she did not know. Told her noon and she left. We checked out 11:45 and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Told me he had no idea. I told him that the night front desk wrote it down and he looked through the sticky notes like I was lying. I said do you need anything else and he said nope. I said thank you and he said nothing. Will not stay again at this hotel and we had just left a Holiday Inn Express in Arlington TX and headed to another in Abilene KS the next night.

i did not research this before booking as the holiday inn is usually fine. the location was sketchy. A gentleman that had been staying there let me know just a few days ago several cars were broke in to and releaved of their personal belonging. thisis un acceptable for the cost of a room at this establishment.

Staff and facility are nice, my dogs were welcomed with a small fee which we totally expect to pay a little extra. For a Saturday morning which was busy some of kitchen staff woukd have rather had social hour rather than making sure biscuits and gravy were stocked. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Didnt have queen suite available that I'd chosen so gave two queen rooms instead. Pubic hairs on toilet seat when we walked in and pee in toilet. Disgusting. Rooms smelled pretty bad. Tv huge and nice, next to no channel's though if you dont want to log into your service provider for the next guest. Had toothpaste at desk so that helped. Small breakfast, but better than nothing. Body wash was empty in shower and conditioner was almost gone. Seems like housekeeping is slacking or nonexistent. Hallway floors and elevator dirty, havent been vacuumed in a while. Decent, but need easy housekeeping to make better and nice for guests. Also room phone didnt work at all. And short a towel. Also all issues had to go to desk for so doesnt help if naked and showering and need things when empty because they didnt fill.

It was very clean. Sleeping next to the air conditioner was cold when it turned on, however still needed it on as it was to warm in the room otherwise. The comfort of the bed wasn’t too bad. The fridge was turned all the way up & could have actually needed some attention- we just wanted to have our drinks cold for the morning. Very nice updated room.

The bed where comfy with 4 pillows on each. The bathroom was small with the sink outside of the room, I don't like but everything was brand new & clean. The breakfast was really good. Had lots of hot items along with fruit, yogurt coffee & juice. Would highly reccomnd.

This hotel is either brand new or in renovation stage as everything is brand new and clean! Work is still being done but not an eyesore just things like saw dust and trim still being visible but the room itself spotless. Pull out couch still had the plastic on it, it is that new which is a perk! Beds were comfortable. Quick access to event center down the street (Park City). Room advertised in Hotels app showed 3 beds but they do but actually have that so they gave us 2 rooms). The hotel is way nicer inside than the pics show which is why I am confused if they are in middle of renovating or it’s a new hotel but either way I’d stay here again.
