Great breakfast options!
Love the renovations.
Staff was friendly.
Lots of noise from above.

Only disappointment was no soap at the sink for washing hands after using the restroom. I asked the man at the front desk & he couldn't find any.

This hotel came through for us in a pinch. We were staying in a Best Western in Wichita and needed to extend our stay, but there weren’t rooms available there. We booked this hotel since it was only about 15 minutes north. This ended up being a nicer hotel and the staff was excellent. We extended an additional night and my daughter was even able to shower after her soccer match at around 1 pm before we departed. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

Some how our stay was booked for one less day than we thought. The owner/manger jacked up the price for that last day. They said there were events going on in Wichita and they would be busy . The parking lot was half full. They lied to get around 2/3s more for that day. The food was cold. The gravy was just bad ( I love gravy) I was disappointed.
Our Rome smelled.

The place feels a bit run down, the room looked surface clean but was dingy and had build up dirt in the forgotten spots in the rooms. Bathroom had hair from previous occupant on shower walls. Shower had laughable water pressure, the stream gave up a few inches out and just dropped. Water never got quite hot enough. The bed was the main issue. Just a mattress on a metal frame, no box spring. Metal frame wasn't attached to anything so it moved around, made a horrid thunderclap noise every time you sat down or rolled over. Tried to change rooms, was told, no, every bed is the same, great. Pool was the main reason for our stay, the pics posted to sites must be from when it was brand new, it's now run down, missing paint, intake filter on bottom is missing cover, and the water had an oily film floating on top and was cloudy. Used two 50$ hotels.com gift cards and severely disappointed in our choice to use them on this hotel.

This hotel really caught me off guard. I would expect and encountered a clean room, in room coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. A swimming pool and weight room were free to use. My schedule prevented me from taking advantage of each of these. The free breakfast was the unexpected treat I was treated to. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, a pancake machine, muffins, a yogurt dispenser with a choice of toppings, three juices, a coffee / cappuccino machine, cereal and milk, and fresh fruit (apples and bananas). This breakfast kills any continental breakfast. And finally a superb, and caring staff ! This hotel gave me everything I wanted, and much more ! Thank You for a really nice experience ! Would of given it 5 stars but when my great aunt accidently booked one night instead of two , being her 3rd year in a row staying there , btw , once a room.became avaliable they wanted to charge her 400 for a room w only one bed even for one night? Wouldn't even budge on that price for a loyal customer. Leaving her and I having to sleep in her vehicle for the night because she is a photographer for thw state track meet 1A thru 3A school's and btw is 75 years old and myself having my 10th grade son competing we couldn't leave. I am very disappointed in the customer service of the manager.

Staff was courteous and efficient at check-in and facility generally clean. Our 1st floor room was apparently near a mechanical room where a compressor kicked on and off approximately every 20 minutes all night resulting in minimal sleep for me despite ear plugs. Facility has some miles on it. This was evident in bath area where modifications that had taken place over the years were evident including different paint colors in the bath/shower area. Tub and toilet were in a very small separate room from sink and mirror. After sampling breakfast near the end of the serving period we elected to get breakfast elsewhere as gravy was tepid and eggs without flavor.

Everything was very clean and the rooms were updated. The breakfast was good too. The location is so convenient to the arena where we attended a concert. There were 2 close restaurants very close by as well.
A couple of complaints we have is the water pressure in the shower was not very strong and we had an adjoining door to the next room that let in a lot of noise with a baby crying next door at bedtime.

Great place to stay - super clean, friendliest staff we've ever encountered, good location within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. Our only concern was some noise - could hear the interstate from within the room so turned on the fan and that took care of it. Also could hear neighbors in next room(throught connecting door) talking and coughing plus some hall noise through poor seal on door. These things are fixable. Otherwise this place was perfect for what we needed - clean as can be with excellent management up front.
