The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was disappointing by 8am. They had cold sausage, the waffle batter was very low and the bread/pastries and yogurt were about gone. We over heard a lady ask the kitchen aide when did everything run out and she walked into the kitchen and then disappeared. She came back like 20 minutes later and just sat on her phone. When you have a full house of guests the breakfast should be watched and refilled when getting low.

The room was not cleaned properly. We found an old plate of food w utensils. Dried n crusty, inside the microwave. Tells me the microwave was not touched. We also found an unknown pill on the air conditioner. On day 2 we asked for 2 clean towels to shower and they eventually got us some but the interaction was not very positive.

I was standing there waiting to check out and the lady said \"hang on, I'm putting in my coffee order real quick that my boyfriend is bringing me.\" If you're constantly busy like we were and just need a place to sleep, it's do-able but I wouldn't stay here again if it were my choice.

We arrived at 7 pm and our room wasn't ready. They were short staffed and couldn't clean and turnover the rooms quickly, which I understand can be out of their control. We returned two hours later and the room wasn't ready and that couldn't give an estimate of availability. We booked our room over a month ago. Someone called the front desk and asked for towels; they didn't have any clean ones. They obliged us with canceling our reservation, but the next compatible hotel was $50 more than this one.

First, the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. I spoke to the General Manager about the refrigerator and he was not very friendly. The refrigerator is in a wooden cabinet, but it was not secured. It slipped about 1/3 of the way out when I pulled on the door. I pushed it back in and was careful about moving it after that. There is a chair that can be rolled around to wherever. When I leaned back in it, I almost fell out backwards. It is either purposely or by mistake set so the back is way too far back. First morning, I ate breakfast. I did not want to make a waffle, so I tried sausage and a biscuit. The sausage was revolting. This hotel is very attractive from the outside. Its interior is not kept up well. The problems I already listed made this one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I think some focus and a little money could bring this back up to a nice place.

Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. On our second day (after the first night) we come back late afternoon to find the room had not been serviced: beds unmade, used towels on the bathroom floor, garbage not emptied, etc. So I called down to the front desk and was told that because they were so busy I would have had to request housekeeping! This was never mentioned at check in or any other time. I then requested that they please at least send up clean towels, and was told they couldn’t do that but I could go downstairs and get them. I then requested housekeeping for the next day and was told it would be provided. Well, once again after being out all day we returned to NO housekeeping service. Upon calling the front desk again all they could say was that they were here busy. It was a busy weekend, and the increased room prices for our stay reflected that. But the service was way below par

Normally at this location I have had wonderful experiences. This one was not so. The AC would not allow constant fan, never made it to goal temp and would still stop and start. Also go to the breakfast at 7 and zero food besides cereal. Just not the quality I am used to at this facility. Yes it was a busy weekend for them but would have thought they would prepare better for that. Not sure if management changed or what but had me questioning using it anymore.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has worked great however this year we had several issues. In the past we have used this hotel partly because they provide a free shuttle to the airport. This year their shuttle has been out of commission for several weeks and so we had to pay for an Uber. We also stay here because they allow a Park and Fly benefit that allows us to leave our car there for 7 days while we are gone. They did allow it, but called and left us a message during our vacation saying they were considering calling the Police about our car in the lot. It worried me, but after a phone call they assured us it was fine - it was just alarming. I should have made it clear we were leaving our car in the lot. The other unfortunate issue was they didn't have hot water the night before we were flying out. We didn't have time to make other arrangements. It didn't cause us too much of a problem because we were just sleeping and waking early to catch our flight. But upon arrival 7 days later after our vacation and staying there again before driving home, the hot water was still out!! I will be doing some shopping around next year before our vacation.

When we arrived at check in we were informed the hotel had no hot water and they would not have any in the next week. The cll l etc asked if Expedia had gotten in touch with us to tell us. Expedia(hotels.com) did not email, text or call. Neither did the hotel. The clerk said they would give us a refund and we agreed. We had to scramble to find another hotel on the fly. It cost more than this booking.
We are very disappointed by both EXPEDIA and the hotel.

Excellent staff. Delta at the front desk was super Duper nice and welcoming. She accommodated me with the issue that we had at checking in and she made me feel comfortable as if I were family. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower had just the right amount of pressure. The housekeepers were very accommodating with offering me towels and toiletries. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was super delicious. The homemade biscuits was the cherry on top the waffle maker machine was a nice added touch. Overall, my entire day was excellent to say the least. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated, but that’s not really something that affects me in anyway I do wish they had a laundry room. They had a nice little gym and there’s a gasoline station right behind the hotel so if you need anything, it’s just a short walk away also inside the hotel they do have a mini snack bar so that’s super convenient . In conclusion, I rate it a 10 out of 10.

The front desk was friendly but it appeared they weren't trained well and kept struggling to do basic things like room keys and getting us an iron we waited 12 hours for, the lady at the front desk had been there for 17 hours that we could verify screaming that they were overworked and understaffed. With the exception of Mahogony, who was very helpful and friendly, the rest of the front desk staff could use some training in how to treat customers. At check-in, our room had no bath linens and there was no toilet paper holder mounted on the wall. Our room door did not securely close without slamming forcefully. Both mornings, when we went tried to grab a bite to eat, all the food items were gone/empty. There were guests walking out with 3-4 plates loaded with food and none left for others. The one lady trying to manage the breakfast area was overwhelmed and just couldn't keep up. Lastly the exterior West side door would not accept the key card swipe for access.
