Kim
I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful
Jeffrey
The only problem was the TV in my room didn’t work. Otherwise a very nice room. Great breakfast buffet, close to I-35.
TANYA
We came to town for a wedding and track meet. This hotel was about midway for both events and thats why we chose it. The front staff was excellent, very efficient and so friendly. We didn't have time for using the pool or fitness room, but they looked adequate from our quick peek. We didn't try the breakfast because the hotel was busy and there wasn't a lot of room in the dining area, but there was a good variety and it smelled great. There was only one entrance door and the amount of parking was a little less than desirable, but all in all it was exactly what we needed at an affordable price.
Nicole
Great property. Super friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast options. Clean and safe pool area.
Krystal
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable… the treadmill needed to be serviced… staff was amazing.
Rebecca
Loved the breakfast, small refrigerator (plus for us), pool was nice and clean. Cable tv worked until the last night. Overall we had a great experience will definitely stay again when visiting family again.
Scott
The front staff was outstanding and very helpful. This place is convenient to all major rroads and easy to navigate. Hotel price was under $100 but everything was great. Hot breakfast in morning was very good. Will stay here again.
Jacqueline
Room was spacious and very clean, property was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!

Clean room
Lee
Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned and the Internet didn’t work in our room and then they switched us to another room that did work.
Jazell
Best place to get a room with Jacuzzi
Jessica
Not what we expected.
Thomas
Would definitely stay here again!!
Joy
The beds were amazing, breakfast was okay. The tub wasn't installed correctly and creaked when you stepped it, but the water pressure was great! Leann was absolutely lovely and helpful!
Jimmy
Facility was typical 2-3 star hotel geared to both working roadies and travelers. Dated but clean with attentive staff week days as well as weekends. We experienced a faulty A/C, reported same, and was switched to new room when we returned from daytime events--all with a smile and desire to accommodate! Will book this hotel again when in Wichita.

We stayed here on our wedding night as a little staycation before the honeymoon and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the in room hot tub was clean & hot
Thomas
Old hotel that's noisy. Thin walls. Doubtful to stay again.
Athena
Great room! Clean, spacious, renovated. Staff was great!
Laken
Got the hot tube room and loved it. Room was very clean staff was awesome
Holly
Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh.
Eva
On our second night we called down to the front desk become a couole of families were screaming and slammind doors. They said that they would ensure it stops by 9pm, that's late for some of us. It continued and started again by 5 am the next morning so we got up and left, way too early. Then I got a text that they were charging me $15 extra dollars for make-up stained hand towels. How could they know they were stained, they hadn't been washed? Just not a good experience along with zero sleep in 2 days
Linda
Nice staff. Breakfast good
Neal
Nice people. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel HVAC a little noisy through the night but easy to ignore once we understood what it was.
Christopher
Room was very clean. Staff very courteous.
The hotel had an aroma of sewer gas in the hallways.

Breakfast was fantastic! Shower head needed to be fixed but had great water pressure.
christine
Everything was fine except there was no hot water in the bathroom sink
Megan
I was charged for 2 towels that were NEVER in the room--basically saying I stole 2 towels. If you choose this hotel make sure to take inventory of all the items with photo evidence. RIDICULOUS!
Thomas
Older but clean and decently refurbished. Many dining options nearby. Biggest negative is thin walls and noise.
Jennifer
Clean and comfy rooms.
Travis
I can't think of anything wrong. I haven't relaxed like that in a while.
Danae
The room was wonderful. Love the jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was great as well.
Sandra
We had to change rooms because it smelled so musty and old. Second room had a broken window that was taped up. They had to come up and replace the surge protector because it had the TV, microwave, and fridge all plugged in together. It was flashing red and the fridge was whining very loudly. Breakfast was the same every day...a little too spicy for me but they did their best. The people working were very nice and helpful. We've been going there for over 20 years but next time, we'll find a newer updated place. On a good plus side, everything you need is located right there, food, grocery, freeway, etc. A great location..easy in and easy out. And they are nice folks.
SuzAnne
Very clean and well kept. Great staff. Nice breakfast.
Aloysius
Great warm and sincere welcome greeting by the receptionist. It feels like home! Very clean rooms!
I usually stay for a week 4-5 times a year and it’s always a great experience.
Thank you, AL

Claudia
Enjoyed staying there..

Not a terrible place, the jet tub was dark green which was weird and just looked gross, didn’t use. Staff informed us they’ve had 7 floodings in the past 2 weeks because of the tubs, water damage was apparent. Had a couple stained towels, stained mattress, the shower head leaked and poured water everywhere, drain couldn’t keep up so I was standing in a pool. Staff was nice, breakfast was good for a hotel, as most Best Westerns are. However, this is probably the Worst Western I’ve ever stayed at, and honestly put me off to the name a little in the future.
Bradley
Very convenient.
Nataly
Nice staff and clean building.
Debra
we would definitely stay there again. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was very pleasant.
Alois
It’s like coming home…great access, clean, comfortable rooms, quiet, friendly reception.
Roberto
the smell of cigarettes in the room was terrible
Amy
Did not feel at all safe. Left before reservation ended and found another hotel. Algorithms wont allow me to say why but trust me

Overview
It was very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that I had forgotten my makeup bag so went to the front desk in the morning to see about toothpaste/toothbrush…some basic toiletries and the only thing they had was bar soap which was already in the room.
Dustin
Everything was good as far as hotel goes. But there was some unruly kids up and running the halls all hours of the night. Couldn't sleep
Doug
go to breakfast early
Charlotte
It's wonderful every time I stay here
Benjamin Bravo
Food was not very good!
Aloysius
They treat you like family!

Great hotel
Staff was great. The breakfast actually had a good continental breakfast.
Laurie
Clean, comfortable. Check in was easy (Shelly was great!). Breakfast area is TINY. Pool area is good. Perfect for overnight.
Holly
Clean and comfortable. Wonderful check in crew.
James
I could tell the bed had been made since last person booked the room, however, im confident the room hadnt been deep cleaned in a long time. The bedding looked stained to it and common areas smelled like MJ.
Elynna
Overall it was a good stay but our fridge was not cold as it should've been..We had to improvies and store ice inside just so our drinks could be cold. Also our sheets had stains on them... Overall the breakfast was good and the pool was clean and the hotel is placed in a great area. Lots of fastfood and grocery stores near by.

Need some attention put into this hotel
Check-in was good and friendly and accommodating to our first room that smelled terrible and had wet floors apparently due to being shampooed the day before. She gave us another room which was better smelling but a/c didn’t work right. The second room we rented was smelly and had to spray air freshener when arriving. Walls in bathroom were dirty in areas and toilet is very small. The bed had small pillows that are not comfortable into sleep on and the “blanket” was the thinnest blanket I’ve ever seen in a hotel for covers. A/c rattled every time it came on. Breakfast room was warm and very small. I don’t like giving bad reviews so please know this is my way of trying to get management to spend some effort into this hotel to make this a place people will return- because of our experience we will not be returning customers.

Ok
Lorraine
We were disappointed on first impressions with both the reception and room. Both not to standard of what we expect from Best Western
Having to queue for a table for breakfast and low quality food also disappointing, especially when we opened up a cream cheese and found mold. Off putting then for rest of breakfast

The king bed was not comfortable ro sleep on. One of my towels smelled like old cigarette smoke. Other than those two items it was clean.

Highly recommended
It was great in every way. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Yeah, you get what you pay for. I wasn't impressed, it's a bit dated and could use some updates. Not a memorable experience

The room, 210, was
Voldane
The entire reason we spent so extravagantly on this was because of the jacuzzi in the room. Sadly it was missing knobs and only partially functional. We were sold on a breakfast buffet which turned out to grey microwaved sausage patties, watery eggs and an antique waffle iron that was so slow we never get one for the line. I would not recommend this over priced motel to anyone. For the same prices or less stay somewhere nice with better breakfast and functional facilities.
Gregory
I guess I thought Best Western had gone downhill but we took a chance and were happily surprised as it was one of the nicest and cleanest places we stayed in 2 weeks.
We then stayed at another Best Western on our trip and it was equally delightful.
Good work Best Western

Hotel was okay
Front desk person was super great. Hotel was a little dated. Clean but not in a great part of town. There are restaurants and fast food nearby.
michael
The hotel is okay….adequate. The people that work there are nice. But the surrounding neighborhood is not a place where you would find a nice restaurant or take a walk.
Lalinda
This is where we have stayed the last few trips to visit my grandparents. Have had no issues, clean, hot breakfast, friendly staff.

Would Stay Again if in Wichita
Quick overnight stay. Great staff! Room was spacious & clean, quiet. Water was very soft (Feels like you can't get the soap off, but that's probably the condition of the water in the area.) but warm & plenty of water pressure. Bathroom had adequate counterspace, towels & functional lighting. Workout room was small, ceiling too low for equipment & spiders & their webs dropped on my head & equipment, but it worked. Breakfast was very good.
Lalinda
This was our 2nd time staying here from out of state 2mths apart. Like the first time it was clean, quiet, short walk from parking, friendly staff, and close to restaurants and stores. We would stay here again
Deborah
Tub was broken, toilet clogged, and no on-site recycling.
Ronda
OK
Everything was great except my mattress was pretty firm. I think I heard a spring creak when I got up.
Could use a new mattress, not the most comfortable sleep, but doable.
Also, I had to unplug the refrigerator because it made so much noise. But that’s just me.

Great property for the price
Robert
Extremely loud. Cars passing and revving their engines. The old mini fridge made a loud clunking sound that kept me up. They said there were out of pillows so we didn’t have enough. Breakfast was fine.
Vicki
Good location and staff pleasant

Nice and Honest
The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The only issue was their new booking system communicating to the \"cloud\" system, but she explained it all well and it all went just as she explained for the charge of my visit. The breakfast was good but small dining area.
Stephan
