The whole place was nasty! Mold in the bathrooms, paint peeling off the walls, a pool half filled with water and lined with green algae! We didn't even stay. We left and found a different room for the night.

We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower.
We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk.
The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.

The building is old and falling apart. The lobby stunk. The bedrooms were terribly dated with funky decor. Only bright side was the smiling attendant who checked us in. Also, breakfast had 2 cereals and waffles nothing else.

Elevator was very slow to operate and the light went out when the door closed. Pitch black. The room smelled misty and I had to keep fiddling with the AC to keep it on. The spigot in the tub was barely hanging on. Whole room was quite worn out.

This place was unclean. The building is not up to safety codes and is missing lightbulbs in the elevator. I requested a refund after leaving within 10 minutes of being there and was assured I would get a refund. They only provided half of the money I spent and I had to go find another room. After being on the road all day. I have called every day to ask for the other half of my refund and the phone is never answered. This place is disgusting. Do not waste your time. This hotel should seriously be looked at for safety codes.

They are rude and gave me a late checkout then in morning they said we had to leave at normal time. And breakfasts consisted of waffles but nothing not even syrup no drinks no sugar no peanut butter literally just waffles. There was not even a working vending machine and phone did not work and no remote for tv not to mention it was humid and hot and dead cat thay ess decomposing by the side door. The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe.

This was the second worst stay at a hotel/motel I have ever had in my life. I waited at the front step for over 25 minutes to check in. I called the phone number four times in order to get someone to respond to my presence with no luck. They have a wireless bell to ring and I rang it at least five times before a woman answered.
Once getting my room, I checked the working condition of the mini fridge and it didn't work. My wife asked that it be replaced with a working fridge and she was told they didn't have a replacement one available. We noticed that during our time at the hotel/motel there was only about 10-12 cars on the parking so it was not overflowing with customers. The staff didn't attempt to find a working mini fridge to replace our non functioning one. They claimed to have a breakfast for their customers. I would not classify what they had aa a fulfilling selection to choose from. The eggs were unpleasant to look at, no breakfast meat, not enough waffle mix to make a whole waffle, no fruits and no yogurt. The corporate office needs to go there and do a complete inspection of the facility. Also, no functioning vending machine(s) and the ice machine is being held together with a piece of string and leaks very badly. Skip this place customers.

Ok if on a budget

Room was adequate and a good location. But the room smelled terrible. Stunk of cheap cigarettes and had cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Also, very noisy. Recommend bringing a loud fan and air freshener if you stay.

I have stayed at a super 8 before but this one was not good at all . The room was not inviting. The bedspread had multiple holes in it. The lamp did not work , no remote for the Tv , the fridge kept making weird noises, and the bathroom had bugs in it this morning. As we were leaving they made an appearance. Staff was friendly but that alone does not make up for the lack of inadequacies in the room The potential is there someone needs to make it happen

Overall the stay was not great. We booked here because we could have our dogs and they had breakfast as we were stopping through town on a long drive. However, the room needed some desperate updates. Walls were cracking and damaged and the chairs were stained. When we turned the air on, it caused a musty/urine smell in the room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom for soaps and shampoos, not even hand soap for the sink. In the morning, the breakfast was super limited. It had the set up for a full continental breakfast but only had two basic cereals, maybe stuff for waffles and apples. Though it was super nice being able to stay here for only $20 extra for the dogs, we won’t be staying here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Motel is 95% smoke free. They say they only have 4 smoking rooms, but the entire building smells of cigarettes. Front desk charged me twice. Didn’t believe me when asked about the second charge. Wouldn’t even look it up until I showed him my banking app statement with the two charges. Really felt like the clerk was scamming me. The room doesn’t resemble the pictures. Cigarette burns on bed. Stains on the chairs. Towel hooks in the bathroom were hanging loose from the wall (screw threads exposed and dangling from Sheetrock). Carpet is super tired. Patch marks and scuffs in the walls are visible throughout. People appear to live here. In general didn’t feel safe for my family or for my vehicle. Not recommended!!!

I had a basketball tournament I was attending in town,the hotel looked nothing like what was advertised in the picture which should have been my first instinct.First room ,no running water.They switched me.Next room no air!! Walked into the room and a strong smell that was very unpleasant, blood stains on both of the sheets and pillows, bed bugs on the left bed, stains all over the ceiling, 5 dead cockroaches, mold on two of the sheets and in the corner walls along with dried blood on the sheets. Was also told the second night would not be charged because of the horrendous conditions, and let alone asking $130 a night for this dump I was charged for both nights.

Son and family had a room for last night but it was awful. No smoking room reared the whole floor stunk. AC broken, door lock broken could only be opened with master key. Pool closed on a 90+ day. When asked if could gave another room he was told no there isn’t any. They just packed up and left. I want my money that I paid for the room back. Totally disgusting

We were disappointed many times. The pool was closed due to skimmer broke. No plans to replace it. A hot tub was advertised but we didn’t see one. We were given a handicap room and did not request one. Electronics were unplugged. No working microwave. Toilet was slow to flush. Remote control for volume was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. Room was outdated and pictures did not represent the room that we rented. We’ve stay at many Wyndham properties and this did not represent the quality we’ve had previously.
The breakfast bard had no meat. Only egg and cheese was available. No juice either. We now know the importance of buying insurance to get a refund. We will never stay at any Super 8 again.

I paid with a credit card, so I don't understand the need for them to withdraw an extra $100 off my card for a deposit, telling I would get it back in 3-4 days.
If I paid cash I could understand, but they had my card information. They didn't need to actually take the money out.

Upon arrival at the Super 8, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was stronger in the hallway (non-smoking) leading to my room and the smell was in my room.

The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The room was shabby and repairs done were of a very average DIY. Things were half painted, caulk (or toothpaste?) Was smeared on the wall, tiling was poorly done.

The pool was also closed with no explanation.

The property obviously needs an update- and smoking rules enforced.

Worst hotel I've stayed in and I'm 69 years old.

First we encounter an elderly east Indian man who spoke no english. He called someone i believe to be his daughter to come downstairs and sign us in. She went through several key cards before she got one to work. The side entry doors weren't operational. The property has a lot of trash around it. The pictures on line are very deceiving and pretty close to false advertising.

Our bathroom door did not close all the way, not providing complete privacy. The light switch was loose in the bathroom and the outlet in the main room was loose from the wall, sticking out about 1/2 inch. The breakfast was very minimal. Ceiling tiles were missing on the main floor.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! I booked online because their website said they had heated inside pool as I was traveling with 2 grandchildren. Upon arrival I was informed their pool was closed in 2020 and they were not going to reopen it. They refused to refund me due to their false advertisement on their website, so I could stay elsewhere. The room smelled horrible, holes in the covers, refrigerator was dirty with stuff still in it, no way to use microwave/ coffee pot R/T no way to plug in, I do not believe the carpets have ever been cleaned, hair in shower & sink, ring in toilet. Due to my COPD I have to sleep in cool room & pillows keeping my head raised, I was refused an extra pillow & a cover for my grandchildren who were too cold, room was not cleaned, linen not changed or new towels for the second day. I will be taking photos I obtained and reporting to better business and Kansas Department of Agriculture. Checked out and went to stay at Holiday Inn right behind them which was wonderful!!!!!

There was hole in bedspreads. There was a chair that was real dirty and the shower had hair in it and toilet ring was yellow refrigerator door was broke had to move microwave to table to be able to use it. We will not stay there again. My husband talked to the guy he said that it’s because of it being a smoking room. I paid way to much to stay there. And it was not posted on line the pool was not working.
