The room was clean when we checked in. We ate breakfast most of our stay. It was nice being able to have a hot breakfast after working all night. Everyone was friendly. It does get noisy in the hallways, but for the most part I was able to sleep through all of the extra sounds. The only con is the dryer. They have one dryer that is not working or turned on. The middle dryer doesn't dry clothes. It feels like the heating element doesn't work. I had to pay extra to get my clothes to dry.

This was clearly an older hotel that was poorly renovated. The hallways were not climate controlled very well! Once in the room u could crank up the ac unit and get your room comfortable. Room was clean, but lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom, taking a shower water liked to get past the poorly designed shower curtain making floor wet. Thus was starting to ruin the flooring in bathroom. We slept in till 10 so missed the breakfast, but found a wonderful spot down the road from hotel. I wouldn’t stay again at this hotel. For what I paid I could’ve stayed at a much nicer boutique hotel for a date night were we are from. But had to have somewhere to stay since we were in town for State track meet. But I was not impressed with this property!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of parking available.
Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast.
Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided.
Shower was very nice and enjoyable.
There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance.
My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it.

Lobby was beautiful, loved the king sized beds but having a stove in the room next to the bed without an air vent was troubling. Couldn’t cook something without the room getting Smokey. The shower head was terrible in the tub. The water barely came out and I didn’t feel as clean as I should when getting out. There was only one working elevator that everyone shared and it was very out dated. The buttons showing the floors wouldn’t light up so you didn’t know if you were going up or down. Staff were friendly and the parking was good. Did not get the chance to eat breakfast so couldn’t really put a review on that.

Not to bad. Housekeeping didn't understand English. Had to go up front to request towels and cleaning my room. Breakfast could have better varieties for hot items.
Gravy and differant meats plus eggs could be better. Noticed when walking my dog. Alot of shady stuff going on behind hotel.
That makes you feel a little worried.
Staff needs to pay alot more attention to that. I'm a 24 year Veteran and I know what was going on. Staff should to.

The parking lot is roung including the entrances/exits the elevator at the end of the hall way is broken so you have to go back up to the front of the hallway and get on a small elevator unless you're wanting to take the stairs

Wonderful stay at a very clean and welcoming hotel! The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was amazing—we slept great. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. While we needed to stop by the front desk to pick up extra pillows and toilet paper, it was handled smoothly. Breakfast was available and convenient, though the sausage and eggs could be improved a bit. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Breakfast was good, hot coffee, fresh egg omelettes, Hôtel is spacious & neat. The upper floor, 5th, gets blasted with summer heat & it took a long time for the room to cool down. We closed the shades, & would not let housekeeping in, to keep the heat out. Ask for a lower floor, opposite side of the street.

Everything in this hotel was beautiful. However, the elevator, doors, and the bathroom were extremely narrow. The impression I had while reading the description was that there was a stove top and dishes for use in the hotel room. Those items such as a hot plate, or dishes had to be checked out at the front deak. The dishes I was given were paper plates and the combos of plastic silverware that you get at a truck stop. No bowls to cook or glassware to microwave food. When I went breakfast the next AM, the table I sat at had ants from the chair to the table. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. As a solo travel at this point, this was not an ideal spot.

Pics are very deceptive

The pictures make this look like a great place to stay. We stayed two nights and paid $350. It’s not worth it. The building is old and worn. It has some updates. The elevator lights do not work. It was very dirty inside of it. Sofa had stains. Housekeeping came and took the towels, washcloths and floor towel. When I asked the front desk about getting more, he showed me a sign about they only clean on certain days. I tried to explain to him that they took everything and didn’t give us anything back. The parking lot lights are very bright and shine in. Some tv channels didn’t work. We didn’t even go to breakfast. I’ll stay elsewhere next visit.

I got what I paid for

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The guys in the afternoon were chatty while they checked me in and accommodated my request for a higher floor. Shelby upgraded my room when we returned late at night and found our air conditioner was not working.

The hotel is older and has gone through an upgrade however, the upgrade was a bit shabby. I pushed my shoes out of the way and a floorboard fell off. The curtains were not wide enough to blackout the light and there is a floodlight above each window on the upper floor so my room was still light up when the lights were off in the room. One of two elevators was out of order and the functioning elevator didn't feel taken care of. The lights didn't work above the door or on the wall panel so you didn't know which floor you were going to or moving towards.

Breakfast was blah. There were scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage along with a waffle maker, some mini muffins and bread and two cereals. The flavor wasn't great for the hot items, and I don't eat gluten, so we grabbed breakfast elsewhere.

We had to place tape over the peep hole since it was gone. The toilet needed adjusted after every 3rd flush. We had an accident and needed clean bedding. It seemed to be an inconvenience, we had to go to the front desk to get the comforter after it was washed bc they had no extras. The food was meh, sauage and potatoes cold. All and all, we were hugely disappointed in our experience. The night attendant was the BEST!! He was helpful and kind.

The staff have been very kind. Water pressure is great in the shower. We were in an accessible room with walk in shower which was great for my elderly mother but there were no shelves in the shower for shampoo, soap, etc so we ended up needing to tip a trash can over for a shelf. Also there were no comfortable chairs to sit in. There kitchen stools that were too high for my mom to get into. So to visit or relax we had to sit or lay on the bed.
