The room was fine, BUT when I tried to take a shower on Wednesday morning, the faucet blew out of the wall fixture in the bath tub. I couldn't take a shower. I informed the manager.
This was very upsetting!!!

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast
Maria
There was a mouse in my room, a piece of plastic that was covering the wall fell off, it was not screwed on right, or glued on there. Having to see pipes and dirt was not pleasing.
Sandra
The hotel is clean, cose to everything we needed snd the staff is cery friendly
Jessica
Property was clean staff that welcome dress it check-in was very friendly and personal bowl. The hallway to our bedroom was a bit dingy and dated, but the bedroom itself was clean. There was a slight smell of food but not terrible. Complementary breakfast left a little to be desired. However, overall, it was good for one night stay and I’d recommend for a one night stay.

The room we got when we checked in was gross, they moved us to another room but I got the “ick” from the first room and had a hard time getting over it. The hotel is old and you definitely get what you pay for. My kids enjoyed the pool and the walk way around it was slick so that was a positive thing.
Rae
The property was clean. The rooms are well insulated from airplanes flying over. The continental breakfast staff in particular was super friendly and accommodating! Our stay was pleasant.

The room and hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable but there were a few issues. In our room, the toilet tank fill valve tended to get stuck, the lavatory water flow was weak, and the shower diverter didn't work quite right. It was an okay hotel room except for the plumbing problems.
Sandeep
Breakfast is really good. Parking is free.

My husband and me travel to Wichita since AR every 3 months and always use that hotel. The room is clean and neat, the bathroom is immaculate, The location is A+ because Walmart, Sam’s Club, Ross, TjMaxx, Burlington, Dollar Tree, Kohls and more stores are less than 2 miles. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy balanced every day. The parking lot is huge and debris free. And the staff is the best; Felipe and Farías in the front desk always have an smile and are ready to help any time, Christina, the breakfast’s lady is awesome, I recommend this hotel 100%.

Customer service at breakfast outstanding. The food could have been hot and could have been not overcooked. Experience was good. Just fix the food areas stated above.

An overnight stay on our trip. We have stayed here in the past and appreciated the accommodations. Aaron, at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well kept
jonathan
My room had an open lotion bottle in my bed and I found a clear bag with what looked to be some kind of drugs. Absolutely disgusting. Front desk service was horrible as well. Felt like a horror movie. Do not go here
Molly
Very clean, but great accommodations. I was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised in the end.
Joe

We wanted to like this hotel, but our stay was disappointing and concerning.
We booked based on the photos and positive reviews, but upon arrival, the experience quickly changed. While the front desk staff were polite and welcoming, I noticed two large spiders in the pool area — one nearly the size of an adult’s hand. The cleaning staff removed them right away, but it left a bad first impression.
Our room (320) was spacious, but the floors were very dirty — within minutes, my children’s feet turned black just from walking barefoot. The bathrooms had what appeared to be fans, but none functioned, and electrical outlets were limited.
The next morning, my spouse found another spider by the door. Later that night (between 11 PM and 2 AM), a loud group kept slamming doors and laughing in the halls. We and other guests called the front desk to complain.
The most serious issue occurred when a family member woke up with a severe allergic reaction and swelling under her arm. When we reported it to the supervisor, we were told to “just take Benadryl” and dismissed without care or concern. She later required medical treatment and antibiotics — a visit that will likely cost over $600.
Overall, cleanliness, noise control, and guest care were not up to standard. Families traveling with children or elderly loved ones should be cautious and trust their instincts.

Very close to the airport. Complimentary transportation to airport.

The room was great as was the breakfast!

I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk ... Then greeted by a very nice room.
If I had any disappointment, it was that the location was close to the intersection of two main traffic arteries in Wichita so traffic noise was evident throughout the night. This was a last moment reservation and I was aware of the location, does not represent anything bad about my stay.

Everything was great except for the electrical outlet in our room, the clock and my phone charger kept falling out of the plug in because it was broken.

Didn't feel safe at all ,the area doesn't look trustworthy
Elizabeth
parking was convenient and safe' Jeff was very friendly and helpful,
Jose
Overall the stay was great, the breakfast was ok. Our only issue really was that there were things that had maintenance problems that had not been repaired adequately or that weren’t repaired. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that had not been repaired, there was floor trim that has become unglued and was just a sore sight to look at. Overall customer experience was great and I would stay here again but I would just let the maintenance crew know to look at every room and fix what is obvious and makes the room look bad.
Rose

The hotel is not what you see in the website the breakfast is horrible the rooms is not what I excepted
Kerri
The hotel's name differed from what was listed on Expedia, and the only way I could identify that I was in the correct place was the large airplane mural behind the desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows left a lot to be desired, but I usually bring my own and forgot this time. The shower in my room was nice, but the hot and cold water positions wet opposite from the indicators on the spigot. The air conditioning was nice and cold and it was nice and quiet when it was time to sleep.

Good Value - Clean and Comfortable
Front desk gentleman was outstanding - friendly, helpful, efficient. The hotel is very convenient - close to restaurants and the airport. The hotel is a little dated but cosmetically nice. My king room was very spacious and comfortable. The fridge didn't work and the microwave came on occasionally on its own, so I just unplugged it. It did not affect my stay and since I didn't need either and was in only for a quick night so didn't bother with it. I am sure it would have been taken care of immediately if I had requested.

Good spot
Allen
Room was very comfortable and the swimming pool was great after a day of driving. Fantastic value.
Tod
Clean property, well lit parking lot, quiet, just far enough off the freeway to not get the traffic noise, the rooms didn’t have any funky smells even though it was hot in the room when I first got there. AC worked well. Beds were comfortable, not too hard, with clean sheets and abundant towels. Breakfast was the best budget hotel breakfast I’ve probably ever seen with several hot items like eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and the ever present waffle makers. Edible fresh fruit. The apples were honeycrisp, not the red skin covered mush normally served. It’s not a 5 start hotel, but I would absolutely stay again.

Kansas Rodeo trip
So we arrived and check in was a breeze and the room was clean and the shower was the best ever!! The water was nice and hot and the velocity was perfect and you were able to change the flow and enjoy the experience. The breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold items but the only criticism that lowered the score was the unhelpful gentleman at the reception desk our first morning when the breakfast area had just closed and my friend went to get something to eat as we did not realize it closed at 09:30 ( which should really be 1oam in my opinion) She asked if she could at least have any kind of breakfast but was told it was closed. It was the way the person stated this and showed no willingness to help. The lovely lady who worked in the kitchen saved the day and gave my hungry friend something to eat and thus saved a bigger dip in the overall score. The pool was great and the only thing with the gym was that you had to prop the door open as to got too hot, especially when there were a few people in the room and a stationary bike would have been nice. The weight machine seat was way too low and could not be adjusted

Very clean and well appointed hotel. Staff at front desk was very helpful and had a toothbrush for me since I forgot mine! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful from the person at check in, the cleaning staff who helped us use our key cards and the breakfast staff. The were kind, patient and helpful.
Tammi
It was great, quiet, clean and room was suoer nice. Will stay there again. And the uber was no charge to get to airport.
Verified traveler
The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again.
Joseph
This looked like a 1970 Motel remolded. We wanted a room with double beds. They worded the room as a \"double room king\" Never seen that wording on a room. Im not sure what the double room was because this was the smallest room we have ever seen. I've said in old motels before but this was crazy small. The shower didn't want to work. When we got it to work it would go super hot to super cold out of nowhere. The sink was outside the bathroom where you sleep. The room door would smash into it. You could hear everyone in the hallway due to gaps in the door. There was water leaking in the hallway from the 2nd floor. The hallway smelled like BO. The front desk person was rude and smelled like BO also. The pictures of the pool were BS old picture's. It had mold on the windows on the hallway in to the pool. The pool looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and run down. We should have know it was a bad deal soon as we got there we waited about 15 minutes before someone showed up to help. We saw people barb-b-que in the parking lot. Lots of red flags. We are not people that complain easy at all. Never staying again at this placed. Way over priced. If it was a $80 room or less maybe but not $180
Robin
Pool was not heated like promised
Owen
Simple and clean
Greg
This property was was somewhat rundown. A lot of small things that started to add up. There was a general sense of not being clean in some aspects. Beds weren't to bad. It was adequate, but not a place i would pick again.
Jessica
No regrets.. rooms were clean and good breakfast
