Do not stay here no matter how cheap! My ac in my original room was broke, I was sent to 3rd floor.comfy bed is why I returned for a second stay for work. When I got in my second night, someone broke into my room and stole my laptop, dirty pair and clean pair of socks, my chargers to phone laptop, backpack with electric razor. Once I talked about calling cops, the maintenance guy said he knew where to go ask and he found my laptop. Thankfully, but they had already started trying to reset it . The manager ROB (best I can understand) would not reimburse me nor move me rooms!! I felt so unsafe for the first time in a long time and I will never return! They lost their repeat customer in me!! You will get stolen from if you stay here! Pay the extra money for cleaner, nicer, safer piece of mind, I WILL!!

First time staying in Kansas. On Google maps and hotels.com the hotel looked great. This place was a dump. Dirty towels in the room found a used condom under the couch that I moved to secure thw door for me to sleep. Didn't even shower seeing how bad the shower was

Nice and friendly staff. The hotel was old and dingy, not well maintained. Lobby was hot and muggy. Our room's door lock was brock, I had to put the coffee table in front of our door for some security. The bathtub faucet came off the wall when the water was turned on. Won't be staying there ever again.

Check in was okay. Another guest interrupted things but you can't control that. Front desk agents were friendly. There was a man and woman working the desk and another employee/manager that was helping outside the front desk. Rooms need update. The light or light switch when we walked into the room didn't work. There was a lamp that the plug was broken, so couldn't use that. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Floor in the bathroom was a little slick. Like it had a coating on it. The bathroom needs help. Needed to be redone. The toilet paper wasn't in the holder. It was in top of the towel display. Pool, terrible. Might as well drain the emerald green water with a ton of debris out and fill it in. Make it a patio area and not a hazard. Checked out super early due to flight nd front desk closed overnight. I recommend a bigger and more secure box to drop off keys. I didn't feel safe leaving the keys that way and someone being able to get into the room after we left. Interesting people staying at the hotel... I didn't feel super comfortable. Will not be returning. It was basically a place to sleep before flying out at 6am.

I wish the beautiful (could be) pool was open and available for use. The grass needs cut more often. My small dog gets so many sticker balls in the taller grass. Allergies when the grass is allowed growth tall enough to seed. I have noticed that some leave trash in the stairwell (rocks too) that are hazardous on stairs. There has been a lock placed on the gate to the dog run. On parking lot side and back of property side which someone altered to be able to utilize the area. This is a huge inconvenience that most, if not all travelers with pets used. It's fenced with 2 gates and provides some security for them to sniff around a bit and do their business off of the leash. Mine loved it. This kept animal waste out of the common areas where guests walk. As a courtesy I would scoop up others dog poo along with my dogs poo once a week to help out and do my part since I am here longer term on business. Other than that.
The staff is super friendly. I always have clean sheets and towels. It is conveniently located in proximity to my business aviation clients. I love that my room is larger than most hotel rooms anywhere. The bed is comfy. Sofa is nice. I like the place.

I don’t like to give poor reviews, but sorry to say this place was not at all what I expected.
Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there.

I booked thru expedia. It said they had breakfast and a pool. They had neither. When we arrived a lady was asking for a refund. Our door wouldn't shut, no smoke detector in the room. Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the light. He offered to bring a lamp. I am not sure the room was safe and was told there wasn't another room available. Was told they own five hotels. I will not stay in any of their hotels again.

I didn't expect 5-star amenities for the rate I paid, but I DID expect what was listed on the website. There was NO breakfast of any kind. Room was musty smelling, stains on the carpet, broken plaster and furniture. The bathroom door had been broken at some time and never repaired.

We had to go to the front desk twice to get a TV remote that worked. There were no phones in the rooms, as \"the system didn't work\". I'm guessing that's why there also wasn't a smoke alarm in the room!

I fairness, the water was hot from the taps.

I'd seek a refund, but I doubt that Expedia would do that. The rate was very low. I would have, probably, had as good of an experience at one of the \"by the hour\" places in the red-light district of town.

I.was on the 1st floor as entering the room I noticed that the door didn't lock. The bathtub had mildew all around the baseboard. The bed fitted sheet had old blood stain that didn't come out
And there was a bed bug on top of the sheet. So then they moved me on the 2nd floor and the blank had cigarettes burns so I didn't care because it was late and I came there as an emergency. I didn't get my money back and I was not satisfied about the whole situation. There was people sleeping im the lobby as well as addicts there begging for a ride or anything else. I supposed to be out on the 4th of June 2026 around 11am but instead me and my family left at 5:50 am. Fire department was there police and paramedics
Commotion on the 1st floor. I left quicker than I arrived. I booked the room and the credit card machine didn't even work and they still asked for a security deposit on top of the I still had to pay. Only God knows that I Will not stay there again. They need to do better like seriously they do. I feel so disgusted while there.

The bed was the only comfortable part of the room and the sheets were still covered in stains so I slept on the flat sheet. The mirrors and walls were covered in splatters of multiple things. I don’t think the mirror close to the bed has been cleaned in a long time, the baseboards around the window and ac where molding and falling apart, there was a lot of white powder on the ottoman for the chair, which had me concerned so quickly washcloth, the lightening is real bad and I had to move a lamp to the kitchen area just so I could see what I was doing, the window had huge cut outs in the screen and the view of the pool that hasn’t been running in awhile was not something I wanted to look at! Since we were passing through, we stayed one night but this hotel is falling apart. It needs upgrading! More importantly it wasn’t clean. Our room door wasn’t secure. The entire door moved noticeably when juggling the handle even with the deadbolt engaged. They can’t do anything about the location, but it’s located in the parking lot of a closed mall. The area is sketchy. When checking out, the guy at the front desk told me that since we booked through a third party, the charge may be more. Excuse me? The charge shouldn’t be more than what we agreed to for the reservation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
