Reservation made and paid for in advance, then check in, no smoking room, no king bed available,Was put in a double bed room. Room was clean!! Although faucet dripped & toilet ran after flushing, smoke detector was covered by a bag & taped to ceiling & beeped every so often. Went to desk multiple times for clerk, no one there. Called number & no answer. The next day I found someone, complained we had 1 wash cloth & 1 hand towel for 2 people in our room. We was given 1 washcloth. No comp breakfast or coffee in the morning during our entire stay. Pool was not in service & hadn’t been for quite some time. Received No housekeeping our entire stay. Had to hunt down an employee for toilet paper, tissue, or cups. Property outside was not maintained at all, weeds & trash everywhere. A broken down car with window busted out, looked to have been there for quite a while. And we was charged a $50 incidental fee upon check in, and we never received a refund back after check out. If I could have cancelled & received my money back I would have. Was completely disappointed with receiving nothing I paid for!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of staff availability. It was often difficult to find anyone at the front desk, and I called the front desk number seven times without anyone answering or returning my call.

The property itself appeared to be poorly maintained. The front entrance doors did not function properly and had to be pulled apart to open. Several fire extinguisher cabinets had broken glass, and at least one smoke detector was missing batteries, which raised serious safety concerns.

The pool was closed, and when we asked about it, we were told it was “too expensive to fill.” Our room also had mouse droppings around the bed and on the windowsill, which was unacceptable.

The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of bananas, a jug of milk, butter, bread, and two cereal options.

During our stay, police and an ambulance responded to the property twice. While I understand that emergencies can happen anywhere, combined with the other issues it contributed to an overall uncomfortable experience.

I cannot recommend staying here until the property addresses its maintenance, cleanliness, staffing, and safety concerns.

Do not recommend at all. The property looks abandoned, the inside is dirty, water stained, badly patched holes in the walls, the pool is closed. We went to the room and it was extremely small, stains and cigarette burns on the linens, and more of the same from the rest of the property. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

Everything about the hotel was off. No vehicles in the parking lot, the sign was broken, only one staff member, a random \"guest\" that sat in the lobby while the attendant loudly says our room number so that \"guest\" could hear it. We went to the room. The toilet had feces in it. Thed spread had stains all over it. We left not even 10 minutes after getting our room. Turned the keys in and left.

Hot tub handles was broken but hot tub worked. I had to call multiple times because the automatic doors would not open. Then a call hotel’s.com representative and they was able get ahold of staff. The automatic doors have to be pulled open and closed by hand. Was not able to check in due to staff said I had to have cash deposit and can’t take debit card or credit card for deposit. Property needs to be fixed and updated; however, the room was very clean and comfortable bed.

When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal.

The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed.
I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial.
In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel)
The sheets were dirty.
I asked for new sheets on bed.
On the 2nd day the guy handed me clean sheets at the front desk for me to make the bed myself. Lobby floor was so dirty it made my shoes stick to floor and carpet. Parking lot had cars with windows broken out.
Some of the people seemed very sketchy.
I travel all over the country for work and i don't believe I have stayed in a hotel this bad for 20 plus years.

I did not even stay there. I tried calling several times and did not get a response before I arrived. When I pulled up the big Quality Inn Sign was not even there. I had to open both of the sliding doors to enter. Nobody was even at the front desk. There was a number to call so I called and it was for the phone at the front desk which nobody was there. They charged me for my room last month and I would like my money back. I went across the street to a Holiday Inn Express. I feel as if I was scammed.

They didn’t have the room type we booked. Likely because half the room’s are not acceptable to the incredibly low standards. The room we did get was not clean, the bed was not clean (mystery crusted white stains, grass in the sheets, human or dog hair on the pillows), the toilet was gross, the shower sprayed all over the room. The front desk guy just wasn’t there - he did arrive relatively quickly after calling. The front doors don’t work. The water temp is not adjustable. The whole place smells like smoke. On the website this hotel looks clean and new but when you get there you can tell they altered their pictures online. Our room smelled like cat pee and needed a really good cleaning. We only stayed one night of a three night stay. The first thing we saw when we got there was the Quality Inn sign was torn and hanging. There were broken windows, the first room we were put into wasn't clean. The second room was clean, but not restocked. It only had decaf coffee, the towels were stained and had holes. We stayed in the king suite, it was everything but sweet. The tv in the \"living space\" did not work the water pressure for the Jacuzzi took 45min to fill past the jets. The lighting in the living space was dingy and one lamp wouldnt even turn on. The couch that was the 2nd \"bed\" as a pull out was dirty and way over used. The ac only cooled the bed room and the ONLY comfortable place to be was on the bed. Breakfast was crap no hot options aside from a waffle. No milk for the 1 option of stale cereal, and \"orange juice\" was tampico. The \"all day coffee bar\" was out of creamer. To top it if you get a room that is on the 2nd floor there's no elevator.

The room was below average but I expected that because of the price, the service for the most part was excellent. This is because of the young man who is at the front desk almost 24/7, I didn't get his name, sorry to say. But there is one issue I had, the last day I was there I had to work early and was going to book the room for another night. I tried several times on the site I had booked with but the hotel wouldn't take just one night. I called the property to fix this and I spoke to a woman, the manager, Pinky is what she goes by, that is all the info about this person that I could find out.
When I spoke to this woman I explained my situation to her. Told her I had to leave early for work and I wanted to book another night, told her I tried the website and failed to book, I told her I was at work and couldn't get there before checkout to give her the cash but they I had a friend in the room who would gladly pay it for me. However my friend had lost his phone the night before and was unreachable to me, this lady agreed to go to the room and explain this to him and have him call me so I could keep the room. I didn't want to lose my 50 dollar deposit because I had borrowed it and was to return it at checkout. I was under the assumption that she had spoke to him and the room was paid. This was not the case, she had lied to me and as a result I lost the 50$.
Bottom line is do not trust this woman if you stay at this motel. She is not there for the good of the client

This hotel charges--not authorizes--a damage deposit for your stay. This means you don't see your money for ten days or more and you have to continually check to make sure that it actually is refunded. Any reputable hotel I've ever stayed in will authorize charges like this and not charge them unless there's actual damage. They're not at any more financial risk by doing this.

While everything else was acceptable (not great but acceptable), I would not stay here again. There are other hotels in Wichita in same price range that don't reach into your wallet like this.

Where to begin with this place? From the crumbling infrastructure, The pool completely not taken care of so they completely just said forget about it, To the little stuff, not being able to get toilet paper in a timely manner from not being able to get soap and conditioner and not have access to simple things like coffee inside of a room. The employees are able to do what they can but what they’re allowed to do is very little if anything at all. I was told I can check in early and ended up waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, and the owners realize I was there and tell me to pick up my room key underneath an item on their desk? Unprofessional To say the least. When walking around the hotel to check surroundings and where things are, there is a huge leak in the ceiling and it looks like it has been there for weeks if not months and it continued to get worse during my stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which you would understand being a two star, but the pillows were just as worse as the bed. Breakfast wasn’t even worth your time. And with breakfast being there, very few items were available if at all. The room service lady was extremely rude to fellow guests. This by far was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I understand there are star levels to hotels, and I wasn’t expecting much, but this was beyond worse than two stars. An absolute abysmal stay.

When I pulled in there were six police squad cars in the parking lot. Smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway where my room(non smoking) was and also could smell cigarette smoke in my room at times. Heard doors slamming around 11:45pm, 12:30am, 2:30am, and 4:30am(It sounded like someone was pushing a cart and was cleaning rooms at 2:30am and 4:30am). Pictures on website not even close to what room looked like.

Some good things, mostly an average stay.

The most important positive is that the room was clean. However the state of repair was lacking and detracted from my overall impression. The provided desk chair had one armrest which was detached and just left hanging. There was part of maybe a lamp(?) lying on the desk , and multiple patched places on the walls and in the tub/shower. TV was older, but worked fine. The electric outlets seemed functional, microwave and refrigerator worked. Bathroom was functional and clean, although the toilet flushed very slowly. Basic toiletries that were provided were adequate. Provided breakfast was standard for this class of hotel... Muffins, waffle machine, cereal, yogurt, etc. I did like that the yogurts offered were a variety of flavors rather than all being a single flavor. Staff were exceedingly friendly. The pool was still closed, so I can't rate it. The location is okay... A gas station is adjacent to the property , so very convenient to fill up. There are several restaurants nearby within .5 mile. Although not a huge selection of food choices, and the quality of some is perhaps \"iffy\", at least it's more convenient than needing to drive several minutes down the road to find something to eat.

The great: No issues with my 95 lbs. GSD service dog! The Good: Our bed was was comfortable, King bed, was comfortable with enough pillows for my wife and I. The TV, Microwave and refrigerator all worked. The Bad: Older two story hotel with no elevator. The main sign outside is torn in half and there is garbage everywhere outside. The Ugly: Maintenance. When checking in, we were assigned a room that had NOT been made up for occupancy, which the staff corrected immediately. In the newly assigned room, the lamp power socket one side did not work causing me to have to install my health device power cable to be strung clear cross the room, causing a safety hazard. The bathroom stool seat was loose and the stool flush valve did work correctly, the flapper valve had to be messed with several times for it to stop running. The shower curtain would not stay closed during showering due to IMPROPER installation thus allowing water to go all over when showering. The outside area was littered with whiskey bottles, oil bottles and a syringe. The personnel made an attempt to clean up the mess but overall, with all the issues a lot was overlooked.
Would not accept a room there from Quality Inn there again.

The carpets really needed to be cleaned better, towels washed to remove mascara stain from previous customers, and bed topper needed to have been washed. Needs updated and repaired. Heater/ air conditioner didn’t work in room, all the outlets on the side didn’t work. Outlets were missing covers. No screen on the window.

Reconsider booking to the hotels across the street

Only one staff member when we checked in, so probably understaffed. However the first room we were given was dirty and had dead bugs along the sides of the mattress. The second room was okay, but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling by a cord and there was trash left in the hallway overnight so it smelled pretty bad. The toilet was leaking out of the top and the shower curtains were moldy. Didn't expect a Quality Inn to be this rundown, but I hope it's just the location.

The person who runs the desk needs to speak up so people can hear him! I am not deaf, and I could barely hear him!
Also the hideabed couch in the room was terrible.... when you sat on it, it went clear to the springs, had to double up the bottom cushions!!! LOL. But the room was nice and clean and was great for the affordable price for what I wanted to stay for just one night!! Have used a lot of Quality Inns!!!

Horrible condition

I would not recommend this hotel if I had not booked it in non-refundable I would have walked out. It was filthy, no desk clerk the maintenance man was painting some where on the property and a sticky note on desk with number to call for check in, he was dirty and had no clue as to what was going on. Then the room was a total disaster the drapes were falling off the wall. The bath tub faucet was hanging loose and the tub had some blue stains in the bottom and dirty. I put a towel in the bottom to stand on to shower.. The carpet was filthy dirty and we didn’t even want your feet to touch it. The couch/hide a bed was stain and total crap. I personally wouldn’t recommend it to for anyone. It should be taken off your website as it is horrible.we even considered sleeping in our car. Also the paint fumes just about knocked you out, horrible.

I have a daughter taking a shower I was grabbing her a biscuit to take it to our room bc we need to get out at 9 am and it’s 7:45 the front desk person yelled at me no make my daughter to come down and eat, I explained she was in the shower and we have 15 mins and need to get out! We wish we could just leave and move out and get another hotel but we won’t be back till after 9pm and I have now time and I already paid for this! We didn’t have extra

We chose the hotel due to its close proximity to a Tesla charge station. The night manager was friendly but the hotel seemed run down, dirty, shower was broken, mold in the shower.Had I been traveling solo I would not have stayed
Only good thing I could saw was the bed was comfortable.

No a good time.

The breakfast was so bad dried it old biscuits. Attended acted like to much effort to make coffee. Only 1 kind of waffle should have been plain ended up with something purple. No toast or bagels or cream cheese. Really could have done better for a quick breakfast. No ice bucket in room hallway smells of cigarettes smoke.

The place was not all kept up, the pool area was dirty furniture thrown, breasfast was terrible, cold cheap juice. No fruit not much variety at all
The room walls were dirty and bathroom area in room, pee and hair aroynd toilet, hair in tub drain. Roaches in bathroom, a/c and heater did not work. The curtians were old and not clean nor hung up right..i would not go back again, i was charged taxes on line and also when checkef out of hotel..i was not happy..
