Check in info wasn’t provided until 2 hours after check in. Street Parking was 1km from the hotel. Washroom smelled strongly of cauliflower. TV remote didn’t work

Check-in was easy and self-service. The staff were accessible through WhatsApp and fairly responsive.

Kitchen had some basic items but not enough to cook. No cooking utensils and no dish towels.

No parking, but some nearby paid street options that can fill up quick, especially on weekends.

The shower head didn’t stay put.

The location and price is the biggest plus. It’s right across from the square in Brasov with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Parking situation is very bad it says in description five euro but for five euro you pay for one hour I pay for entire night €25 so at least advertise right for parking and needs to be checked. One bed in the bedroom is very bad and the door other than that it’s OK for the money.

Great Location, good value.

I would stay here again.

I ended up renting the family suite even though I was only travelling solo, and honestly it just felt like a big room it would be perfect for a single traveller or a couple, it came with a sink, a microwave a kettle and a coffee maker. However, I found it quite strange that the place left a coffee maker, but no coffee though. There is a small market next door where I found what I needed though. Apart from a little smell in the bathroom, I found things good at this place,

The apartment is right across from the main square which is the best location for tourists in my humble opinion.

Overall again, I would stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and a unique concept but the experience was ruined by poor plumbing in the bathroom. We had to keep the windows open all the time because of this strong moldy/sewage stench. Also the bathroom door doesn’t close properly. It’s too bad because the property has a lot of potential.

Overall our experience there was very good. The buildings are older (not a shock) but very well remodeled on the inside. A little odd with the online check in, but that’s on me not them. The unit was very clean and very well kept and I was totally pleased and would come there again without hesitations

Did not look anything like the photos. No AC and walls were paper thin. Even had someone try to get into our place. Left early and also will charge you 30 euros if you don’t do your own dishes. Terrible room and shower didn’t even work. Will not book again. Would of refunded the first day if I could.

So... Location is good is right in a city centre, check in was easy.
Property wasn't that great.. i felt like walls was made from paper i could hear everything what the other neighbours was talking or even they was using toilet.. do i stay again, probably not:)

Convenient but basic with no a/c.

The apartment is right on the old main square, so perfect location. Our apartment looked out over the square. The apartment was very spacious. The reasons we didn’t live this apartment are 1- absolutely no a/c. We left the windows open and at night it cooled a bit, but the sun rose early and as we were facing east, the room heated quickly. 2- The property did not proactively reach out regarding checkin. Only after reaching out did I get the links containing registration and key codes. 3- The sofa bed was not premade for us. We had reserved for 4 people. All the previous properties had the beds made. 4- there were signs telling us to take care of our trash or get fined, but no signs welcoming us or giving WiFi info or local info.

Overall, the location is great but don’t expect bells or whistles.

Wouldn't recommend the attic

Location is 10 out of 10 but the Attic apartment did not live up to expectations. It really needs some work down and a new bathroom.

The shower is mouldy, covered in limescale and smells really bad. Was very uncomfortable.

The fridge needs replacing, it stinks and is not clean.

We got 1 toilet roll for a 3 day trip and ended up buying our own.

We got 1 bath towel and a few hand towels for a 2 people. It wasn't enough and the towels were incredibly itchy and poor quality.

There is no air con and a tiny fan.

The whole apartment was very dusty and lacks attention to detail. There are lots of rules you have to follow.

The apartment is large but unfunctionable. Only 1 lamp upstairs is able to plug in.

The beds downstairs are uncomfortable and would be awful for more than 1 night.

Parking is available at the end of the street but is very busy.

We were pretty disappointed with this stay and would expect the basics to be met.

Is on the edge of the Old Town square and was great location for the cost. nothing fancy but solid and comfortable. the one issue is the door is hard to close. not sure if thats simply b/c of the age of the buildings or a maintenance thing

The floors and beds are creaking, the apartment is clod even with the heater on. The house if full of rules and warning fines.
You can't expect a guest to take down the trash after leaving, otherwise we get a 30 euro fine. This is not how to run a hotel.

I loved this apartment. It’s just in front of the main square. 3-5 mins walk from the best restaurants and nightlife. A super market just next to it. PERFECT location. If I go back to Brasov I will stay at this place again.

Bien situé mais piteux état

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville, mais en piteux état, le mobilier est très bas de gamme et endommagé. Le rapport qualité prix est toutefois correct vu le prix défiant toute concurrence.

Il n'y a pas de parking et il est interdit de s'arrêter dans la rue. Si vous êtes en voiture, vous devrez donc marcher avec vos bagages, le parking le plus proche est situé au nord est, à quelques minutes à pied en longeant la petite rivière. Il s'appelle Dupa Ziduri.

I booked online and received an email detailing how to check in (mainly time office was open). When I arrived there was a sign on the front door saying the office was closed permanently due to covid. No information how to get to my room. I borrowed a phone from a local person and called the number on the notice. The response was brusque and the person answering would not give me any information on the phone but offered to send me an email, which turned out to be the same as the previous uninformative one. I was never able to check in and had to go to a different hotel. I believe I was cheated out of my payment by indifferent, surly, and uninformative employees. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.

The staff was kind and helpful and responsive to requests (I am more sensitive to differences in temperature, so I needed more heat during the nigth, so the staff took care so that the heater in my room worked on maximum heat through the entire night). Even though the hotel is placed in the heart of the old town, the building is remote, being protected from the noise by the interior yard. I stayed in the attic, which was quiet and intimate.
One tiny bit of annoying thing was that the light outside my room (in the hallway) would repeatedly on and off by itself during the night (without any movement), and some light came in my room through the small glass in the door. But surely the sensor can be easily fixed.
I appreciated that the room was fresh and smelled nice, it had good light, and I admired the design and the decoration.
Also, there was endless hot water in the shower and I was happy that the bathroom was super-clean. I would personally add a mop, because at some point I wanted to clean the excess water off the bathroom floor. :)
My experience here was great and I will definitely come back with other occasions. The very good comfort, backed by an excellent price absolutely recommend this place.

2bedroom apartment had Spacious rooms. Not a big deal, but had to request more towels as not enough provided for number of people. Fixed shower head ourselves. Water did not drain away properly from shower, so had to turn shower off, let water drain, then turn it on again & repeat!

It's a \"NO\" for me!

The apartment is located right in the Old Center of Brasov which is one of the nicest parts of the city, however, there's a caveat: it can be noisy. I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and they were having a concert in the square which ended before 10 PM but before it ended it was pretty uncomfortable. The moment we entered the apartment we realized there was an unpleasant smell which of course you can't tell by looking at pics. The carpet needed to be changed a long time ago: it had holes, rips, spots and was coming apart in some areas creating a hazard for tripping. We sat on the beds to check out the mattresses: they were OK. We addressed these issues with their office and they shrugged it off. We decided to not stay there and got another place for less, 0.5 miles from there, which was actually excellent. We were not offered an alternative or a refund so we lost almost $400 since we pre-paid. It seems to me that they are only counting on the very nice location to rent this apartment. Hopefully, after reviews like this one they will reconsider and renovate the apartment. Additionally, they have no parking or arrangements for parking so if you travel by car you're out of luck since it may be very difficult to find a spot on the street.

Pros:Location is ideal. Front desk guy was nice. Steps away from the main square and the action. We had a view of everything from our window. It fit our needs for a quick overnight stay. Cons: The showers were clogged and the sliding doors wouldn't close. The apartments around us were under construction.

What a fantastic location. Walk outside and you are at the main square. The place is nice - especially when considering the price. Our room had a washing machine, which was an extra bonus to us after traveling a week. These are not luxury apartments, though comfortable, tons of hot water, and did we mention location? Great home base for a week in the area.

Cute place. Disappointing service.

We had a very hard time finding the place. No easy parking and had to park at the near by garage which was quite expensive. The entrance looked very odd and my kids were scared. The staff were inexperienced. No elevators and had to carry luggage three floors. No towels or dish washing liquid in the kitchen and the shower had quite a lot of mold around it. Stained sheets and only three blankets and sheets for four people.
With all that said, The place was adorable and absolutely amazing. Wish they had a better sign outside and better service, so I️ could leave better review.

Apartment was huge with beds in the loft. Bathroom was mostly functional, but not as good as the rest of the place: bidet did not work, bathtub fixtures were super leaky, there was no shampoo, overall condition of the bathroom was kinda rundown. Parking is not as easy to find as implied, and is not guaranteed. However, location overrides all the things that could be better, as it is literally on the main square. If you're not super picky- it's great and recommended.

Nice, but very thin walls

Many great things about the place but one very big drawback. Great location, great people at reception, very clean, coffee in room. Interesting that we were on top floor and the ceiling sloped so much that standing near toilet could not be done. All good especially for the price, but the walls were so thin that we could hear the person next door even turn over in bed. It was unnerving and felt like we had to be very quiet.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the main square. The parking was a little difficult to find a place. Found one by the hospital, but is quite a walk with suitcases. The apartment was clean, but the beds were not too comfortable, especially the sofa bed which did not fold out straight. If you are in the middle, the end comes up in the air, hard to sleep. There was also no air conditioning, which made it quite warm in 35 to 40 degree temperatures.

LOVED this place! Stayed for 1 night with 3 friends. This was the second time we stayed here. Location is great, the suite is massive, and for the price, this place really can't be beat. Well appointed, with comfy beds, good wifi, wonderful view of the old town square, and easy access to pretty much anything you'd need in the city. Bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest, but the rest of the space was. One of the best finds on our trip!

Very strict on check in & check out time. We were only allowed to check in after 1400 hours and by 1110 hours the receptionist came knocking at our door reminding us to check out. Despite being stringent with their check in and check out times, they lack in ensuring the quality of the room in terms of cleanliness and standards. When we checked in, the floor was dirty with sands, the refrigerator permeates a musty smell (due long inoperative duration, I presume) and the toilet stank if you leave the toilet door shut. Overall, it was a spacious studio room with commendable amnesties.

Perfect location on the main square of Brasov. Room itself was small but good enough when you don't spend much time in the room but are off adventuring. No complaints, excellent price, friendly service. But most of all, the location cannot get more central than this.

Perfect location for somewhere to sleep

The apartments are in an amazing location a stones throw from the main square. It's not hotel standard which is reflected in the price. There is a small reception where check in is quick and easy. You are then shown your room which is via a seperate door. I was in a room at the top (theres no lifts just to let you know). It was a double room but was two single beds pushed together. Quite cramped room, I'm small, had a small bag and still found it cramped.

Bathroom was nice, towels supplied. Shower powerful.

No housekeeping in the rooms but thats ok.

The location can't be more central. I really appreciated that. However, the room was on the top floor under the roof which means that I had to bend down to stand in half of the room. I could hear everything happening in the next room. The comfort was minimum but for the price I can't complain.

Lush city, lush apartments!!

We arrived after 10pm, but warmly welcomed to our room. The accommodation was simply lovely and perfectly located in the centre of a small city that was a real pleasure to stroll around, finding great bars and restaurants. A place to tell your friends about!!

This hotel is in a perfect location!

This hotel is located just across the street from the clock tower in the main square. It's actually the same building you see in their advertisements leading one to believe the clock tower building is the actual Main Square Apartments building. The apartments are actually down a seedy alley opposite the clock tower. This is a great hotel for backpackers or anyone who wouldn't mind taking home a few cockroaches or bed bugs. The showers in the top floor units (we booked 3 rooms) are terrible! You will get water on anything you take into the shower with you. So much water ends up on the bathroom floor that it flows into the main living space and my entryway had wood rot because of it, probably mold too. Oh the sky light! How nice, a lovely skylight with no way of keeping out the morning sunrise! Rise and shine! Have you ever wanted to eaves drop? This is the place to stay! You can hear every conversation in every room and the hall from the comfort of your rock solid bed!

massive apartment!!

we stayed in apartment 3. it was huge!!! a lot bigger than my apartment at home. 2 bedrooms. both ensuite with views of the city and the mountains. free WiFi which works great. tv's in each room. the square is directly opposite. takes about 10 strides from the front door to the square. free Street parking. staff are great and it's very very clean!!

Once found I received great service and they went out of the way to help. It needs better sign to locate it as taxi driver dropped of away from it.

The location was perfect even if a bigger sign would make it easier to find. Had everything about our room have worked as it should, the stay would have been great. Unfortunately the sewer gas was coming up the drain making the bathroom unbearable, the shower head fell off when the water was turned on, there was not much hot water, no view and the wifi only worked in one corner of the room. The girl at reception when we checked in was unwelcoming and disinterested so we didn't feel as though mentioning the room issues would do any good. We were booked for 4 nights but left after 3.

nice hotel, close to brasov main square

the main attraction of the hotel, is being located in brasov main square. there are restaurants, shops, bank with in walking distance. you can sit by your room window, and watch musical shows from the square. very close to the black church. overall a great place to stay while touring the area.

Nice hotel next to the main square of Brașov.

it's ok. You can access every cornner of the city from here. It's right in the midle of the old city of brașov. It dosen't have parking spaces, but you will manage to find one free or with tax.

Great location, but few design faults.

The rooms on top floor are small and newly renovated but with some design faults. Shower has no screen and the floor has no drain. Consequently water runs out of bathroom and out room door into hall?? Front door has a nice pane of opaque glass in it, problem is that when anyone moves down the hall the automatic hall lights go on and shine in the room, creating disco effect. Very annoying at night. Nice helpful staff, great location and price.

Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse, sodass man keinerlei Straßenlärm hört. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders praktisch fand ich den kontaktlosen Check-In über einen zugesendeten Code, was sehr unkompliziert und flexibel war.
