Raddison blu, was everything I expected and more. Staff were so kind and helpful, they gave us some very good advice of where to go for New Years Eve. Breakfast was delicious and had variety for everyone, from cooked omelets to cereals. Smoothies, fresh fruit and not to forget the pancakes with chocolate for the children. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a prime location, wish we had more time there to explore. Would recommend and stay again.

Service in Lobby und car parking hervorragend.
Im Restaurant etwas übergriffig , aber ok.
Wenn der Gast anmerkt, der Weißwein ist zu warm, dann sollte man nicht erklären, er wäre kalt genug.
Zimmer super. Leider nachts von 12 bis 3 Uhr unglaublicher Lärm wegen Aufräum- und Partynachbereitungsarbeiten.
Reklamation ist verhallt.

Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Very convent easy walk to center square filled with restaurants. Very nice room friendly staff. Breakfast needs to be improved. Not like the breakfasts at other Radisson Blu hotels like in Bucharest.

High quality hotel in Brasov. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old city, with access to many bars and restaurants. The rooms are small-ish but very well kept. We were impressed with Petru who was doing housekeeping duties on our floor and maintained a high level of professionalism and cleanliness during our stay.

Had an amazing experiment. My room was immaculate, overlooking the park, staff were exteremly friendly and one staff member how had just finsished his shift offered a tour of the facility and taught me tons of things about the area when he heard it was my first time visiting. Would absolutely stay again!

We decided to base ourselves in Brasov to tour Transylvania. The Radisson is a well designed modern hotel in a terrific spot. When we checked in
the agent seemed confused as to why we had a suite with a pull out couch and a second room. Our 25-year-old daughter is traveling with us. He felt compelled to change our accommodations, but realized we booked through Expedia and that was not possible. We kept the suite and really enjoyed our extra space. Unfortunately, we never got to the roof top pool. Our beef with the Radisson is about the overpriced buffet breakfast for $150 Romanian Lei per person about $40 USD. There was plenty of selection, but only one coffee machine worked at a time. Also, with self-service we felt like we totally overpaid. We then returned to our room to find the head of Housekeeping training her staff and they did not immediately leave. Awkward! Another small confusion is that my returned laundry order was not left in a noticeable place. The Radisson is near Brasov’s historic square, while the room price is fairly reasonable. Do NOT fall for the breakfast buffet!

The rooms were spacious with the right levelnof amenities. It was set in a beautiful position opposite the park walk area. Ideal for the centre of town were you cpuld find any variety of shops to meet your needs. Wonderful roof top bar with cascading views to your hearts vontent. Darius of the roof top bar was exceptionally accommodating always with a smile. Lovely stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk everywhere, from historic sites and charming cafés to shops and restaurants.

The room offered a stunning view, and the same can be said for the rooftop, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was perfect for kids — not too crowded, and a great way to cool off while enjoying the city skyline.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they were delivered in under five minutes — great service!

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge.

Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again.

He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. He and his family are from Ukraine and their story is amazing. From Los Angeles to Ukraine, much love!!!!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Brașov for two nights and were initially very impressed. I was traveling with my brother, his wife, and my nephew, and we truly loved the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for exploring the city.

However, our experience was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the front desk staff, which left us extremely disappointed. Despite putting down a deposit for both rooms I rented, which was meant to cover any incidental charges for our group, the staff embarrassed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in front of other guests. After breakfast, they were rudely stopped and not allowed to leave the restaurant until they paid for their meal, even though I had clearly instructed the staff to charge any expenses for both rooms to my account.

To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to share my feedback about this incident, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in what I had to say, didn’t even attempt to apologize, and acted as though she didn’t care about the issue at all. Her attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that carries the prestigious Radisson Blu name.

This situation was completely unnecessary and humiliating. It not only caused discomfort for my family but also made us question the professionalism of the hotel. Such a poor experience, no communication.

Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Tried to eat at the restaurant but they had no room so we sat at the bar and ate. Reception came in clutch, getting us a ride from Brasov to Bucharest when the trains were sold out. Room was spacious and clean. Close to old town. I would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Radisson in Braşov! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with patience and professionalism. Special thumbs-up to Corina at the front-desk who assisted us with multiple questions!

The only cons is the parking, which can be a bit tricky if you prefer to park in the proximity of the hotel.

Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. We extended our original booking by 2 nights and am happy we were able to do so.
I know I purchased two premium rooms, am not sure why we were told we only got one ?? Also, I wish the pool area had its own umbrellas. Also, I’ve asked at the reception to have one of two rooms I had cleaned and by next day at noon we were still waiting. Otherwise the staff was super nice and professional. We absolutely loved the staff at the Sky Bar ! So so attentive
And accommodating.

Came for a wedding. Not a five star hotel, the lobby is small and reminds me of a motel 8, dirty dishes and glasses lying around all evening. No water or coffee in the lobby and staff that ignores you when your standing right at check in. Rooms are okay but the bathroom is awkward with the door opening into the toilet and the shower floods water everywhere. Room dusty and sticky remotes. Housekeepers keep walking in on our room before check out time. Lots of options in the area for hotel, chose something else. Location is great across from a beautiful park and right next to historic sites and old cobblestone streeets with lots food and dining options.

best place to stay in Brasov

We had an amazing stay At Raddison Blu Aurum. The staff were super friendly. The only thing i believe would have made things easier is to have precise information regarding car parking. I honestly struggled with this but I found that it was simply parking on the road opposite the hotel for 24 lei per day. unfortunately, the girl at reception desk did not tell us this.
