A hotel that I called 12 times to get the shuttle and not once did anyone pick up the phone.

They stated in the reservation that they have an airport shuttle which is the main reason I booked it out of the dozens of hotels in the area. Turns out their shuttle doesn't run at 8PM when the flight arrived, which I only found out when I arrived at the property after taking a shared ride.

How does a business function this way? I let the phone ring over 20 times on several occasions not a machine, AI or human to answer a telephone?

Unacceptable and we will not stay there again, there are other options.

Otherwise the place is clean and convenient.

very noisy, cannot sleep at all, i stayed on this place for two separate occasion, one on weekend, another one on week day. First time, i thought it was just one off, then it happened again on the second stay. i don't know what's going on there. Some people stay up ALL NIGHT, loud music, loud talking, loud laughing, door slam. Reporting to the front desk staff only helped for about one hour. around 6am in the morning, those people seem to finally start to sleep with outside \"do not disturb\" sign. the only reason to stay there is that it is close to airport, but there are other hotels nearby.

Can’t imagine a brand name hotel like Wyndham would put their name on this place. So old and run down. Dirty, grungy, air conditioning window unit was so loud and only had one speed- high. Although it did drown out the noise as the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. It smelled awful as well. Pillows were as old as the hotel. And only a sheet on the bed- no blanket. Airport shuttle was broken down and not in use. Worst hotel stay ever.

I have had bigger rooms at a motel 6. The bathroom on an interior cabin on a cruise ship is bigger and laid out better. Unfortunately when sitting on the toilet the door hits you across the knees. No place to put soap in the shower. The staff was very helpful and made up for some of the other deficiencies.

When I booked the room I was told cash payment accepted. When checking in cash refused and was made to use credit card. The room we got did not look anything like the one shown online when booking. It was much smaller and barely furnished. There were three of us and we were not provided enough towels or washcloths. There was reconstruction going on so the place was disorderly.

Hotel has a smell to it - a lot of chemicals are being used for cleaning.

Unit doors have a tremendous amount id hallway light that comes through.

Rooms were adequately clean, but in all honesty, did not feel clean enough to shower without water shoes. Bathroom is incredibly tiny - difficult to close the door unless standing in a particular position in the tiny space.

The specific highlights for me were:
1. Inclusive breakfast had several options
2. Tooth brush and paste were offered without any costs as we had late luggage arrival

The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. She worked very hard to accommodate the many people checking in. I have stayed at many Wyndham hotels in and out of the US, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at under their name. No elevator, sinks clogged. Room is the size of closet. My granddaughter and I did not sleep under the sheets because cleanliness was questionable. It look like a seedy hotel from the 1950’s. The breakfast was so questionable. They served cold eggs, they brought in on a glass dish covered with a napkin. I transferred to the Miami Hilton the next day for 50 more it was beyond worth it. You couldn’t pay me to ever stay there again.

This was a place we chose because their reviews said it was clean and it was incredibly close to the airport. We just needed a place literally to shower and sleep for about five hours. The room was very clean. Very small but perfect for two people with two queen beds the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. We didn’t notice any smells in our room, but we did notice the hotel had a very overly powerful smell of some kind of fragrance or cleaning product when we came in. I have asthma so I just kind of held my breath through this process and ran to our room and our room was OK. The only thing that was weird was the lights in our bathroom were broken. It seemed like some kind of electrical issue they were going on and off like a strobe so it was hard to take a Shower but other than that everything was fine decent price great location. Check-in was easy my only recommendation for the hotel would be to address the strong smells when you come in. It’s a bit offputting and hard for people with breathing issues but other than that the room was great. Just might want to check on those bathroom lights. ! :)

I called for over 30 minutes when I arrived for the shuttle to get us and no one answered. I even called the 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer. Finally got a call back only to be told the shuttle only runs on the hour so we would have to wait another 20 minutes before the shuttle would even leave to head to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi. Then on departure we were told the shuttle will be ready at 7 AM. We arrived at the desk at 6:50 AM. Only to be told the shuttle would be departing at 7:10 AM at 7:20 AM. I went in only to be told that the shuttle driver was still seven minutes away. This is unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would like to be reimbursed for my taxi

Cons: Rooms are outdated. No elevators. Staff can be more friendly. Not a whole lot of contact. Almost like did not want to be bothered. Are flight was early, would have been nice to have coffee before heading to the airport at 5 am. Unfortunately, will not be staying at your hotel again. Pros: Great location, comfortable bed.

No elevator, had to carry all the bags up the stairs. Staff answered questions but weren’t very friendly, room was very basic, Bathoom was dirty, had mold in the shower. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows either flat or hard as a rock. AC unit did not keep the room cold and was very noisy. Room was not advertised accurately. I expected more out of the Wyndham name. I specifically booked this room for the airport shuttle and the pictures. Wasn’t able to use the shuttle because it didn’t arrive early enough. Very disappointed.

This is certainly not any more than a two star hotel as it is old, even though they’re trying to update it. The best thing about the hotel was the guy at the front desk. He was awesome, but the rooms were not very clean and the bathroom had dirt behind the door and kind of disgusting. We will not stay there again.

We waited for the hotel shuttle for 2 hours at 8pm. Their vehicles are not marked. We arrived at the hotel which was extremely “ghetto” we walked in and it smelled moldy and some kind of perfume was being sprayed each time the door opened. We were waiting in line, and someone came back down and said that their room had poop in the sheets. I was to exhausted to change hotels, I went and checked in. The lady was fine, we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to our room. The walls were just painted and the smell was horrible. We got in to our room and there were dead bugs on the floor. We did not even use the bed, I slept in the chair. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. The coffee was cold. When you looked out the windows it was a sketchy parking lot. I think a drug deal was going on.
We were really upset that the pictures were deceiving.
We won’t be going through Wyndham ever again.

No elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage upstairs, the male desk clerk didn’t even offer to help carry it. The toilet was under the towel rack so if you stood straight up you would bang your head. The continental breakfast was offered in a hot tiny room where you had to take your plate outside to eat on the veranda.

Do NOT stay here. When my husband and I arrived at this hotel we immediately left the premises. This hotel is NOT represented correctly on the Expedia site. The hotel filthy, stinks and the rooms have actual window units that you would put in a window (not a standard AC that all hotels have) which is placed in a hole they cut out in the wall with tape and paint around it. The property does not feel safe. The bathroom doors and trim were rotten and they just painted over it. If you want to have a nice vacation, make a reservation somewhere else. This place is nasty and to top it off - no manger was on site to talk with us about the condition of the room/hotel.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel that seems more like a motel. The room had a nasty moldy smell with mold on the AC. It also smelled like the Ac had mold in it blowing into the room. There were stains on the sheets and headboards. The part of the hotel that was okay was the entrance and veranda. I definitely feel swindled based off of ratings they have on Expedia. Breakfast was a waffle and premade eggs you warm up, imagine McDonald's eggs. If my flight hadnt landed at 1am in the morning I would have requested a refund and went someplace else.

This hotel is an insult to Wydham. Cheap mattress, worthy of a hostel, dirty, Goodwill bedding, broken down shuttle, sad \"breakfast\". Would be understandable if it was $69./ night. Pathetic. I stayed the night before in a lovely Marriott in Naples for less money. I will re-consider ever staying in a property with the Wyndham nane on it.

Thanks for the breakfast…though basic, it kept me until I was able to purchase a more substantial meal.

The pick-up shuttle was a great help. I was quite surprised to find out (by enquiring if the shuttle was on schedule) that it was not operational. I asked when or if I would have been notified but received no answer.

The taxi which was called was initially 2, then 4, 5,…up to 17 minutes late.

The room, not the most up to date on its upkeep, was fairly clean.

For a one-night stay, I’m happy. Some repairs to the bathroom will surely help. No toilet paper holder.

The price was reasonable.

I’ll stay there, short-term, in the future.

The worst experience.
The shuttle took an hour to pick us from the airport, (it looks like the La Qunita shuttle picks up more than one hotel guests including the Atrium)
The lobby area is clean but be aware there are NO elevators, guests have to carry their luggage up the 2nd floor. We had 3 heavy ones (not fun).
The bedsheets looked like they were slept on, they probably only fixed the bed and never changed the bed sheets come to find out, they only flipped the bedsheets inside out. The shower looked like someone shaved and put their hair on the wall. They definitely didn’t do any cleaning in that room. The floors felt dirty and you can still see hair on the bathroom floor. I recommend packing wipes to wipe down things if you choose to stay here. I packed a small Clorox wipes. There was only one person on the front desk. She had to help guests with answering the phone, front guests and also if anyone needed help at their room

This airport hotel is everything you need it to be for a lobg, but not long enough layover. It provides a shuttle from the airport, which is definitely why we chose it, it has a few fast food restaurants walking distance. It's clean, beds and pillows are comfortable.
And even though we didn't get to use it, it has a nice patio area.

There's no elevator, I had to pull my 2 suitcases up the stairs. The rooms and bathroom are really small, there's not much space to twist and put your items. I went to my room, came down immediately and requested a refund as there was a bug & hair in the bed when I pulled down the covers. Pictures were nothing like the actual place. I was told by the very friendly staff that she would issue an immediate refund but when I look at my credit card it has not been refunded yet. It was on Monday April 6, 2026. Front Desk Staff was very nice with easy check-in. The airport shuttle runs every hour. I didnt eat breakfast. The room had a handful of dead mosquitos on the bathroom floor and bugs crawling on my towels and in the sink. I took videos and showed the african american girl at the counter during checkout and she said she'll let her manager know.

dead cockroach under ac unit, no elevator and we had four bags to bring up steep stairs. The staff never even offered to help and was a very cold reception. Lights and plugs not working by bed. Had to reach under the bed to turn the power bar on. No shelves in the shower . Definitely not senior friendly
Best thing was that it was close to the airport.

The staff was not very polite when we called for an airport shuttle at 10:10pm stating the last shuttle had already left the airport, and hung up. I called the day before to ensure someone would be able to pick us up because our flight landed at 9:50pm was told to just call hotel when we got our luggage. Upon arrival at hotel the staff was pleasant. It was a shock to have to carry my luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. The floor in my room was dirty and sticky in places, the bathroom was not as clean as expected and shower head needs to be tightened or replaced. The bed and pillows were good for a one night stay. The Breakfast was a waffle and cold egg patties, horrible. This is a Wyndham hotel and I expected better but they definitely need to do better at this location or remove trademark because it's deceptive and not a good representation of the brand.

Wyndham property in Miami is a freaking joke! Why would Expedia put their name on this place for travelers? We requested our money back and Expedia would only offer $25 credit after we had to cancel 2 more nights we had reserved. . They definitely don't know what customer service is after a horrible experience! The room was horribly dirty with hairballs on the floor, sticky bedroom floor, construction work completely patched and not done correctly, no elevators after we had to request another room, looked like used condom stands on the side table next to the bed that we're not even cleaned up. How freaking gross can you be! Dealing with Expedia about this was horrible. They wouldn't call me back when I requested a manager and I was dealing with someone who could only offer me a $25 credit to my next stay. That will never happen. This place is a by-the-hour roach coach.. garbage under our windows on outside and complete mismanagement. Horrible horrible experience.👎

Upon walking into the hotel there was a strong ammonia or disinfectant cleaner. The towels had stains on them. The bed linen made me and my guest feel itchy. There’s a tall sliding window that someone from the outside could have access to which made me uncomfortable. It appeared that some one was video recording me from there second story floor room. I’m not sure what my neighbors were doing but I can hear loud raking and activity next door. If some one wanting to they see into the room via peep hole to the room. Parking was at your own risk. Overall it made me feel uneasy and the scenario a bit sketchy.

Shower didn’t have a spot for shampooo or bar of soap had to leave on floor. With an older woman it is hard to pick it up to use. Shower clogged the water went all over the floor. No safety lock on doors. Elevator doesn’t work. I think that is illegal.

The airport shuttle was a nightmare. We called 4 times.. two of which were not answered even after leaving a contact number. The shuttle had LaQuenta's name on the the side and on the hood in smal letters Had Atri. who looks at the hood even if you are at the right angle yo see it. There was a second person waiting with us that had the same experience. Windom can't make up its mind on what to call this hotel. The staff will called it garden this was also the experience of our fellow lodger. Additional there is another Windom garden hotel. We tried to get on it foolishly thinking it was or hotel shuttle after waiting an hour. The driver did not speak English well the others passengers told us it was a different hotel. All the driver did was shout LaQuenta which at the time was of little value. When we got to the Atrium the room was a bed a mini refrigerator and a built in desk and a chair. The bed only had a sheet on it. We did find a thin blanket on the shelves of the bult in desk. The were not any bed side tables we had to us our suitcases as tables. The was no clock we had to move the mini fridge to get a plug in to change our phones. The room was clean and the bathroom small and well used but adequate. Breakfast was ok it has a waffle maker, fruit, bread, bagles, cooked link sausage, coffee, orange juice . It weas a small area the 8 of us in there at that time were cosiey. If will never stay at a windom hotel again. $30 and I can stay at a holiday inn or Marriott.

Messages I sent the hotel before arrival about the free shuttle were not answered. The shuttle only runs hourly and is hard to pick up from the airport (but easier from hotel to airport) - some people gave up and paid for taxis. The room was pretty basic with tired decor. But bed was comfortable and there was a decent hot shower.

Breakfast was not great. Hotel is not great. I would not recommend staying here for more than 1 night or with a family. I would not stay here again. Others staying in the hotel had the same opinion. Place is clean but very low on my scale of places to stay. Did not love it. It's an older bulding that was obviously updated.

Stayed for 1 night because of traveling with family. Free parking but the hotel needs a serious cleaning.. has a old smell might be old carpets but we rested and showered

Parking was easy access and we found good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a shuttle service 10 past every hour. Just feels cramped in the bathroom/shower.

Main problem was the shuttle from the airport. Waited 2.5 hours...was told \"Atrium\" would be written on side of LaQinta shuttle bus which would come every hour.

2 LaQinta buses passed but no Atrium. Finally stopped next Laqinta driver and said do you go to Atrium? He said yes. \"Where's the sign\"..\"It's on the hood.\" I would have had to have been 8 ft. tall to look down at the hood!

Very poor handling of that because I called and they wouldn't answer my call after I missed the first bus and waited another 1/2 hour. Imagine calling a hotel and they never call back and don't pick up while you're standing at the airport!!!
