We were treated so terribly, we ended up checking out earlier. we had to find another accommodation. They made us feel like were asking for free accommodation. We were told we can't be in the room next to each other or same floor because they have ground booking coming. But we also booked to stay with them. There were no welcome water in our rooms. We asked for it, they gave us water with dirty bottles. It had lipstick on it. Thats how terrible we were treated. We had no other choice but to check before we could be poisoned. They promised to charged one night for canceling and refund the rest, but we are still waiting for the refund even today. As for me and my family we will never ever book with this hotel. Anyone can take their chances with them, maybe they will have a better experience.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My biggest concern is the amount of noise from other guests. Every morning we were woken up from people slamming their doors shut. I could hear conversations from people in the hallway and phones ringing/coughing from the rooms next to me.
Additionally, the area is far from the waterfront and it is not safe to walk around at night. There is limited dining options nearby but the hotel restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner. It is also very easy and safe to use uber.
All of the staff other than Miranda at the front desk were kind, helpful, and friendly. Miranda was very dismissive and disrespectful to my family and I when we kindly asked her to stay in our room when we booked an additional night. That was a very disappointing experience.

The only negative experience we had was a call from staff at 11pm on our first night to say they forgot to ask me to sign something, which wasn't a nice experience as we were already in bed about to fall asleep. But the staff were nice overall, specially the restaurant staff at dinner time!

A three night weekend I would care to forget. Firstly I had made the reservation with the option to pay at the property, more than six months ago. 5 days before arrival I was informed that if I didn’t pay immediately my booking would be released. The reason- they were very busy so they were able to sell the room to someone else if not paid in full. They advertise parking although be warned, there’s no security in place so parking is not necessarily reserved for guests. If the parking is full, park in the street with very little concern by staff other than to phone at 11;30 at night and advise you to move your vehicle closer to the hotel. Badly managed, badly run and not worth a second visit.

An unfortunate incident happened prior to my arrival. Somebody fraudulent obtained information about my booking details and attempted to extract payment. Since my visa card was compromisedI was advised to block it. This was the day before my departure so I could not receive replacement.
The Hotel did not make an exception for me to make payment in cash. I eventually got a good samaritan to accept my cash and pay by credit card. As a result of their refusal to accept cash I had to go out to dine all the times. I could not use any facility that required payment.

We stayed 2 nights pre cruise and 2 nights post cruise. Lovely place, not very convenient for those that can't or don't want to walk to the restaurants, shopping etc. Most are about a 20-minute walk away. V&A and cruise port is about a 30-minute walk. We did not like that there was no vanity to put cosmetics, etc.. No Microwave or Fridge. No washcloth. I always carry one with me at all times.

The room was small but very nice and welll equipped. Roof deck views are amazing with small pool and sveral trypes of seating up there (including shaded area). Nice equipped gym I used most days. Staff friendliness and location are reasons I choose this for two long stays in city. Gen Manager Rodney is excellent.

Good value modern accommodation in a good location for me - not in the middle of town and opposite a park. Greenpark restaurants five minutes walk away (towards city centre) and my favourite Butchers Shop steakhouse on the other side of the park. I use local bus services (to Camps Bay and Hout Bay) to save me hiring a car and a stop was outside the front door. Otherwise I use Uber which is excellent. About a 20-25 minutes walk to the Waterfront which is fine if it’s not too hot. The in-house restaurant is fine if you want a plate of something nice at the end of the day. My bedroom was on the Main Road side which would not be suitable for light sleepers. On two mornings I got down to breakfast after 9.00am when the buffet had some items missing and was not warm and fresh.

I was particularly frustrated with the hotel given that the rooftop pool, a key attraction and point of selection for me, had been closed for maintenance for a month and yet this was not noted on the booking site nor was any compensation offered.

Lovely position easy to walk into the centre or the waterfront. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything special, food wasn't too hot, and the cold selection was OK for the first couple of days afterwards the selection was poor. Also appeared that they were short of coffee sachets.

Some restaurants in the area around Main St. One night the fire alarm went off then afterwards a light on the fire alarm kept flashing, called the desk but no response until morning when they said it would get resolved. We stayed at ANEW Green point for 2 nights because we were attending a wedding in the area and playing golf at the Metropolitan GC. It was a perfect location for us within close proximity to the venue, hair salon, Jason Bakery and Golf course.
The rooms, though small, are ergonomically designed and cover all the basic needs; Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, comfortable bed with good quality linens, hair drier, clothes steamer and toiletries. We enjoyed the views from the roof terrace and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
Underground secure parking at an additional fee of R50/day was worth it for the convenience and safety.

Very disappointed as when we checked we were allocated the wrong room with guest in it already , the morning we came down for breakfast with absolute no structure at the place at all we had to ask for assistance all the time weren’t even offered coffee nothing. The location was excellent.The rooms was very small however efficient. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Little things were missing out the rooms that should be there like irons/steamers, coffee maker, tv remote and ironing boards. Our first room leaked from the shower and the second room air conditioner didn’t work.
We contacted the front desk several times. It seemed as they didn’t want to move our room the first time so we didn’t even bother to complain about the air conditioner the next time. Breakfast was good however for the price omelettes and waffles should be included.

The charged me money for meals that I did not consume. At the check-in my family requested to have a look at menu and they did not like it. We advise the staff to they my family was not going to eat and we were advised to take anythig in exchange and therefore we chose the wine. However, at check-out they refused.
