It was okay. Not like your usual Holiday Inn. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, and 2 other people waiting, because they needed towels. It took the guy 5 times, before he gave me a key to open a door to a room. I had to go down three times to the front desk, then the front desk guy had to go up 2x while I waited in the hall, until he final for a key to ooen a door. The guy gave me a suite for my troubles. The next morning the breakfast lady was very nice and the food was good.

We stayed here a couple of years ago. Was passing through the area and decided to stay here since they have an indoor pool and our Autistic son loves swimming. Unfortunately after getting there, we were told the pool was closed so that was a big let down. Still enjoyed the hotel, very clean and nice rooms.

We’ve stayed here 4 times now en route to FL for spring break. The staff is always very friendly and value is good. However this time the room was not cleaned well. Upon arrival there was tooth paste in bathroom sink, clumps of dirt on the floor, a piece of candy or gum on the floor and the worst of it was when my teenager noticed a “Zyn” nicotine pouch stuck to the wall above the TV😩. The room is always spacious but this time it was not cleaned well.

Location was good and safe. Checked in late evening and the night clerk was less than friendly. The room did not have bedding for the pullout and we had to go back to the front desk and request it. The room was good size even with our large family (6 occupants), the queen beds were clean and comfortable. The pullout was not clean or comfortable.

The morning staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Our room only had three towels and when we returned to the front desk to request additional towels we were told they didn't have any but would bring some to the room when they were available. The towels were delivered 30-45 mins later.

Overall it was a good safe stop on our way to Florida. We would stay again.

When arrived was given a key to a room that I didn't book. Explained that when booking thru Expedia, they can't guarantee that I will get what I booked and also run the risk of them cancelling the room. Also, was told they couldn't refund my money and just told me to pull at the sleeper soafer. Totally inappropriate and was told they were booked. After about an hour, I was given another room.

We were doubled booked by you!!!! The whole experience was a bad stay from the minute we stepped in the door. When I called for reservations the person on the other end of the phone told me it was going to be $250 to stay. I told him it was too much & wasn't paying that. so, he transferred me to comfort inn aroused the road. He called it his sister hotel. We shouldn't have been charged for both. When I went to the front desk to tell him something was not right that we should be at comfort inn, he said we would be charged by Expedia if we left. & we had to contact your company. The guy at the front desk said no problem I can call & cancel that reservation at comfort inn for you. Then we got the run around again. We would like a refund from you for double booking us. I hope this get resolved. we never made a reservation at Holiday Inn!!!!!!

This the worst H Inn Ex I have ever stayed at. Arrived at 4:00 and told room not ready, said I was going elseware, suddenly a room was available. Got to the room, NO GLASSES, called desk was told they must have run out??? Ice bucket had No top. HOT breakfast had NO EGGS, not scarmbled not hard boiled NONE. No one gave a crap.

When we first got there the room was not cleaned. Towels on bathroom floor, bed not made. The front desk called someone and they said they had to come back in and clean the room. This hotel was sold out. Then the next morning we went to get breakfast…. No eggs, bacon, or potatoes. When we asked about it the front desk said they had to call in the general manager and it would be another hour before food.

The room was very clean. Updated hotel. Staff was super friendly, especially the young man that checked me in the evening I got there. Breakfast had many options with omelets, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. Safe location with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Loved my stay!

Staff was great but you could hear every door shut all around you so if someone was in and out all night you would never sleep due to the noise. Didn’t get a chance to get from being up all night. Housekeeping was as loud as the guess when cleaning in the morning so forget sleeping in.

We arrived Friday evening. Our room was filthy. Black mildew in our shower with black all on bottom. Cleaning supplies left in room. Dried liquid on night stand that wasn’t cleaned. Notified staff that night, they said they had no other rooms available in the suites. We were fine with that as long as they cleaned the next day. The next day, I stopped by front desk to make sure they were going to clean it. They assured me they would. When we returned later that evening, they did not clean anything besides taking our dirty towels and leaving 2 towels. (There were four of us.) do not stay here, highly recommend finding elsewhere.

I loved the location of this hotel and it was very nice inside. I booked a handicapped room and the door to the outside and parking was right beside our room. It would’ve been perfect but the key card wouldn’t work on the door (not just my key card, all key cards). You could get out but not back inside. You had to walk around the building to enter in the front which defeats the purpose of the door being beside the handicap rooms. I mentioned it to the front desk employee on the first day and he said he would call maintenance to repair it. It was never repaired and we were there for 4 days. Frustrating
This is the only issue we had. Everything else was perfect! The breakfast was great, the hotel looked and smelled clean and my mother loved the roll in shower.

Check in and staff at desk great. Room was absolutely gross. Eye lashes (fake) in top drawers (used) DISGUSTING!! Floor not vacuumed: corn chips, bug casings, bugs, black curly hair all over rug. Bathroom had filth all over floors and baseboards, dried piss on side of floor, mold all over tub tile especially around the base of tub. PEOPLE, let me tell you and I’m not lying I have pictures!!! Ramen noodles cooked dried up on the sheets at the bottom of the bed under the comforter….swear!!!! Have pics too!! Blood stains on sheets also. Now we booked this particular hotel because of the outside pool. We also allotted time to enjoy the pool. People I’m telling you we would have been in the ER experiencing full blown MERSA if we had even placed a toe in that pool. Now mind you no one states any where on the website or IN PERSON when checking in that the pool is DISGUSTING!!! I myself even asked how to access the pool. It had a thin mucous film on top of the water and green. I thought the ocean has been brought in and placed in this chlorinated (no way) pool!!! Also, I don’t think I mentioned the stagnant smell that drifted off the pool. Staff at desk were quick to Remedi the floor by using a vacuum and changed sheets. However, I was so worried about the issues (being a nurse and germaphobe) i did not sleep! This place is the WORST OF THE WORST. Next morning we were so afraid to eat their because of the filth. We packed up placed everything in plastic bags and got out of dodge!

Check-in was easy, but the room was disgusting. There is no way the room had been cleaned before we checked it. The shower curtain had stains on it, there was pee all on the floor around the toilet. There were only 2 towels for a double bed plus pull out couch rooms when we asked for sheets for the pullout they couldn’t find any, but found 2 tops sheets. Also told us they’d bring us towels when they dried, we never got the towels. The soap & shampoo bottles were also empty. The mirrors were filthy with smudges, and there was old food left on top of the side tables and night stands. Staff were friendly but not willing to help or make our stay more comfortable. Never again will I stay at this location. So disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express!

When I tried to eat breakfast there was no food out. I inquired to a lady working in the dining area if more food was being prepared it’s 830am. Her response I don’t know I don’t work in the kitchen. I ask about coffee her response, one machine is broke and I don’t have filters for the other. Nothing was on the breakfast buffet but 3 or 4 people were there working it. Also the room was not properly cleaned . It appeared to either be spillage or vomit.

The staff was so friendly and nice! However we did not realize a large gathering would take place during our stay. There was a loud party in the rear parking lot that was still going on at 10:30 pm. The staff was gracious enough to allow us to change rooms, but the members of the large group were loud through out the property until at least 1:30 am. Not the fault of the staff, but perhaps some quiet hours could be established if another large group books this location.

All of the staff we encountered were nice and the area around the hotel is nice as well. Our room wasn't so great though. There were random pieces of hair in the bathroom, the toilet bowl was stained, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, the shower curtain had an wet, musty smell, and there was a large stain on one of the lamp shades. It wasn't the worst room I've ever stayed in, but for the price I definitely expected it to be better.
