This is clearly “the place to stay” in Stoos. Location is key and this place delivers in that regard. The rooms and very clean and have modern facilities. Nothing luxurious. Honestly, the rest of the place, for what you pay, is just ‘meh’. It may be one of the best places to stay in Stoos but it isn’t a place that will blow you away. The staff are wonderful. The restaurant complete with robot service (yes, literally robots bringing plates back to the kitchen!) doesn’t give off a luxurious vibe in the least. Maybe fun for the kids. My stay was perfectly adequate. Nothing really wrong with the place but again, for what you pay, it was just okay.

Such an incredible place. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel which was a beautiful 10 minute walk away. Literally right next to the funicular and a store where you can buy food essentials, souvenirs and hiking gear. The hotel is brand new and is impeccably clean. The restaurant is very good. Everything in Stoos is within walking distance—including the lifts to the tops of the mountain. If you stay here be prepared to love the tranquility and the sound of cowbells.

Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, kindest staff. They were able to support us with changing to hypoallergenic bedding quickly. Only suggestion that I have is some cleverly disguised fly tapes in the lobby. We had to sit waiting for the weather to clear and the house flies were a bit irritating. Probably the best decision we made during our 10-day Swiss trip to stay one night in the hotel on a whim. The lodge is modern, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet and the dinner we had in the hotel are excellent and not expensive. The room has the best view in the beautiful, tranquil car-free village of Stoos. It is such an idyllic experience. We will definitely come back for more hikes.

Without any air conditioning it was a hot night which was less than ideal for me after a long and strenous day of hiking (the hike is spectacular). There is no free coffee. There isn’t much to do in the town. Nice hotel but would recommend staying somewhere else and doing day trip for Stoos Ridge hike

Had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. It is a beautiful building and the views are amazing. I really enjoyed hearing the cowbell’s ring right from our room. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are big. Everything is new and modern. The bar service was excellent. We enjoyed our cocktails with an amazing view. I would recommend eating at a different restaurant as the service and food there was lacking. Our server was quite rude and impersonal, that’s all I will say. The hike was spectacular and overall Stoos lodge was outstanding.

Unable to store medicine required below 18 degrees, unable to store baby milk. Would not stay here again unless fridges are in hotel rooms. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer a fridge and I think this is a massive over site during design or simply done so they can make as much money as possible by people buying everything from the restaurant however this doesn’t solve the storing issue even for stuff not required to be eaten from a restaurant. Overall 3/5 is the best this hotel deserves and they need to think more about what is required in a hotel room.

We arrived and realized the air conditioner was not working in our room. At first the staffs told us there wasnt anything they could do and told us all we can do is to "keep the windows open" but shortly after they changed us to a different room. The hotel was super clean and safe. I travelled alone and I always felt comfortable. It is a bit of a trek to get to from Zurich airport if you have never been to the country before but it is easy to get to once you know how to take transport. The restaurant food was delicious. there are a few hiking trails in the area that are perfect to do if you don't want to travel too far on a certain day to get a gorgeous view

Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient.

Bref une tres mauvaise expérience avec la perte de 2 nuits pour un hôtel ou je ne pouvais meme pas allée mais bien facturé ! quelle manque d'honnêteté de la plateforme et de l'établissement ou seul le profit compte.
