Best part was the Mineral salt bath! Thr bedrooms are small and very narrow stairs. Food very pricey and just ok, but staff was great and people very nice! Beautiful Mountain Views and the park for kids is wonderful

Clean but there is no fridge in room. My room has a little carpeted play area in 2nd floor from by Climbing the ladder. Beautiful views from room window.Nice spa with natural mineral worm water. Breakfast included. 50 steps waiting distance from train station.

The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful setting, and the star feature of the hotel is the access to the mineral baths / spa facility. The hotel rooms themselves are rather small and spare; the bathrooms are small and somewhat dated. But everything is clean, and the hotel restaurant staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained.

Awesome hotel on mount Rigi.
Pool & spa very nice with view.
Nice breakfast , friendly staff
Good restaurant. If you stay with hotel also get discount for the train to mount Rigi.

Somewhat disappointing

Decent but missing the mark. The spa closes too early. I go to a hotel spa at the end of a day to relax and sleep, not to necessarily spend the whole day.
Our room view was obstructed by scaffoldings. Not what I was expecting.

Everything was excellent except for the service (receptionist). We have enjoyed every minute of our stay except when we checked out. We inquired if it is possible to extend even for an hour and would understand if we were denied. The way she responded to our query however was a big disappointment. With a very serious face, with no questions asked and explanation given, she simply said one word - \"no\". There was not even a thank you nor a smile from her as we settled the account. This is the first time I have encountered such \"arrogant - stern looking\" person manning the front desk of a hotel.

Stunning setting, lovely accommodation

The hotel is a lovely mix of old chalet style and new spa finishes. All the benefits of a fantastic spa, in a grand space with amazing views. End the day in a homely chalet environment. The restaurant service was excellent and really looked after us, especially with gluten free requirements. I was still able to have a burger and chips all GF :) In the morning the breakfast buffet was adequate with a continental selection aswell as a small hot buffet of eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and always took time to talk and share any good travel tips. This is our second time and i’m sure not the last.

The service could have been better - it was almost like we were staying at faulty towers. The check-in person was the worst - couldn’t care less about getting you your room.
The spa is just ok - pretty crowded and lukewarm/tepid water. It’s not one I’d go to again.
The restaurant at the place across the other side of the rail line is great though - I’d eat there if you’re in this area.

Everything was pretty good, but the service in a restaurant is a bit strange. From unknown reason, we have waited pretty long on the enterance although tables snd staff were available. But staff was friendly once we got hoit table. Meal was OK.
By the breakfast they start to make clean up half an hour before breakfast ends. But we were pretty happy with this stay.

Stay on the Rigi in Style

Amazing views, fantastic place to get away for some peace and quiet, beautiful walking paths steps away from the hotel, and a very nice bar with huge fire place. The hotel also has a thoughtfully stocked store, with locally made items, wine, bakery, etc. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the hotel restaurant as well; I had beautifully prepared lamb and my husband a perfectly prepared veal dish.

Hotel in the clouds...or with fantastic views...

one night stay only. Hotel was expensive for what it was, although of course there is always a premium for location. room was rather hot and as it was on top floor (in the roof) there was no adjustable are con. Getting to hotel via excellent cable car was half price as we had pre booked as guests - but still expensive. the adjacent cog railway may have been cheaper. cars are not allowed at hotel. Restaurant choice a bit limited - although breakfast included was excellent - and all staff were great!

Stayed during our honeymoon. The free entry to the Spa was a great plus. There are walking trails around the hotel that provide incredible views of Lake Lucerne. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the beds could be more comfortable. A great stay overall.

The rooms are very stark but clean. You stay here for the view and the spa. Hotel guests are allowed to use the spa for free. The breakfast buffet is good. My only complaint is that I could not access the internet, otherwise all was good.

Great Alps Experience

I am so glad that I got to stay at this hotel. Sure it is not the five star luxurious hotel but it has characters. I loved the view from the bar. I loved that I get to go to the spa in robe. It is right by the cable car station and the train station so it was easy to access also.

Designer hotel which does not hit the mark.

Nice exterior. Cold utilitarian bedrooms which are not relaxing at all.
Receptionist at night of check-in not very friendly & tried to palm me off with a room without lake view which had been paid for. To top it off, another receptionist the next morning was unwilling to answer a query because it involves a matter which she claim was \"not my job\".
The only redeeming factor is the wonderful spa of which hotel guests have exclusive use of from 9-11am.

Die angeschlossene Therme ist sehr schön und modern und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur leider gab es in der Therme das falsche Getränk und abends im Restaurant das falsche Gericht, nach gut einer Stunde Wartezeit. Und die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr klein.
Übermässig teuer ist die Fahrt mit der Rigibahn. Aber bei Hotelübernachtung spart man sich wenigstens die Hälfte der Kosten.

ich habe eine auszeit benötiget auch zum die hitze zu entziehen..aber das badewasser war mir zu warm deswegen empfehle ich nur die kälte temperaturen zum das wellness bereich benützen..und kann sein das der klima anlagen im hotel nicht funktionierte?
sost alles gut..gerne wörde ich mal wiederkommen in zusammenhang mit wanderung.

신혼여행으로 방문~ 2박 했어요. 스파도, 룸 컨디션도, 주변환경도 모두 만족스러웠어요. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 문의사항에 확실하게 답변 해주셨어요!!
그리고 조식이 기대이상이었어요~!!
다만, 시내에 나갔다가 저녁에 숙소 돌아올때 산악열차 시간이 조금 뜨는부분이 불편했어요. 하지만 그부분을 고려해도 충분히 만족할만한 호텔이었습니다!!

Das Zimmer war sehr kahl und kalt eingerichtet. Keine Bilder keine Accessoires.
Es war eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Ist eher unnötig. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Minibar wäre vorteilhafter. Die Schränke waren alt und verzogen.

Das Restaurant war super.
Gutes Essen, frendluches aufmerksames Personal.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel, auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert

Alles in allem ein sehr guten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren perfekt sauber, das Bett war bequem und die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Das Spa war der Höhepunkt der Reise, es ist wirklich entspannend und sehr woltuhend. Einziger Kritikpunkt, wir haben zwei Mal ein anderes Kissen bestellt und nie eines erhalten.

SPA & Essen TOP -> Zimmer FLOP !!!

Super freundlicher Service, Essen Top (!) -> Zimmer Flop (!).
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit top zuvorkommendem Personal, Abendessen war auch sehr gut.
Der SPA Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert und man kann als Hotelgast 2 Stunden vor den regulären Öffnungszeiten ins Thermalbad.
Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Hatten auf mehreren Tüchern Haare von den vorherigen Gästen, an der Reception gemeldet und dann wurde lediglich ein Waschlappen ausgetauscht.
Das Badezimmer war voll mit fremden Haaren und Staub sowie das Fenstersims...
Schade, dass auf die Sauberkeit nicht mehr Wert gelegt wird, ist ja doch ein *** Hotel.
Wie gesagt: Essen / SPA Top -> Zimmer Flop!

루체른에서의 접근성은 떨어지지만 숙박할 가치가 있습니다 전망이 너무좋고 주변 산책로도 좋고 호텔에 편의점도 있습니다(다만 일찍 문을 닫습니다) 온천도 크고 물도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 객실에서 수영복 갈아입고 가세요
방 상태도 깨끗하고 커피포트 빼고 다 갖추고 있습니다 특히 드라이어가 큰걸로 옷장에 있습니다
2박을 여기서 했는데 정말 잘했다는 생각이 드네요
산악열차를 적극 이용하면 취리히 공항까지도 편안하게 갈 수 있어요

Sehr entspannendes Mineralbad mit Spa. Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Winter fast noch schöner dank Aussenverbindung durchs Mineralbad. Einfach genial. Innendesign könnte man verbessern, modernisieren. Personal an und für sich nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wie schon so oft.

Ok aber ungenügende Gastfreundlichkeit

Das Spa war wirklich wunderschön (sehr modern) mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick über alle Berge. Das Zimmer war ganz ok, der Ausblick hat mir gut gefallen. Die Vorspeise des Abendessens war leider nicht besonders gut, die Hauptspeise war dann aber lecker und die Inneneinrichtung des Restaurants gefiel mir gut. Das Frühstück war leider eher enttäuschend, alles etwas lieblos und das Brot sowie die Gipfeli nicht frisch. Einen grossen Minuspunkt muss ich dem Personal geben. Die Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter bis auf jene an der Rezeption und ein Kellner waren eher unfreundlich und man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie keine grosse Lust haben einem zu bedienen bzw. mit einem zu kommunizieren. Die Kommunikation war teilweise sehr seltsam. Eine Personalschulung in Punkto Kundenfreundlichkeit bzw. Kundenkommunikation wäre sicherlich sehr hilfreich und würde den Gesamteindruck deutlich verbessern. Am Abreisetag durfte man nochmals ins Spa (sehr nett) aber es war umständlich, dass man den ganzen nassen Haufen an Bademänteln und Tüchern wieder zur Hotelrezeption nach oben zurückschleppen musste (ein Behälter für Hotelwäsche an der Sparezeption wäre sinnvoll). Weiter war die Bemerkung der Spa Mitarbeiterin auf die Frage meines Freundes ob man die Tücher abgeben kann mit: \"haha vielleicht in einem anderen Leben\" sehr seltsam und ist nicht gerade eine geeignete Umgangsform mit Gästen. Insgesamt also ok aber klares Manko in Punkto Gastfreundschaft.

Tolles Hotel für pure Entspannung. Die Spa-Anlage mit Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön und richtige Temperaturen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen. Schade ist im Restaurant, dass es keine vegetarischen Hauptspeisen gibt. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass der Spa lediglich bis 18:30 offen ist. Gerade in einem Hotel, das in der Umgebung keine Ausgehmöglichkeiten hat, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Spa-Anlage für Hotelgäste länger offen bleiben könnte.

Es war eine schöne Zeit.
Beim Morgenbuffet war der Käse nicht hygienisch bereit gestellt, besser alle Käse auf ein grosses Schneidebrett, so muss nicht jeder Gast den Käse mit der Hand berühren. Buffet war super.

Booked this hotel as directly connected to the baths. Central location right by the cable car.

Rooms are relatively basic and the walls thin - you can hear you neighbours well. Menu that was posted outside hotel was outdated and certain dishes not available - when mentioning this to staff on check-out they did not seem too bothered.

The baths are in a super location with stunning views - ticked off the list, but not a hotel I'd rush to return to

가격에 대비해서는 실망스러운 시설. 냉장고도 없고, 커피포트도 없었음. 커피포트를 달라고 프론트에 연락하니 스탠다드 객실엔 줄 게 없다고 했음. 수영장 이용을 위한 가운, 수건을 주었는데 낡고 뻣뻣하여 퀄리티가 로이커바트에서 묵었던 호텔과 많이 차이남. 온천도 온천이라기엔 물이 너무 미지근하여, 수영장이란 느낌이 훨씬 강했음. 수영장의 뷰는 좋았지만, 전체적인 비용에 비해서는 만족도가 낮음.
