The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay.
I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.
I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance.

Disappointing! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (and only discovered when in the shower!), no water bottles in the room and only a single hanger in the wardrobe. The online check-in didn't work and the airport shuttle was never available.

The management staff did not want to turn the room heater on, the room was at around 50 degrees but their excuse was that I was the only room complaining, the they told me they had sent all the information to Travelocity for my reimbursement and the did not, staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, AVOID this one!

The hotel is located in the same property as a large shopping mall. The proximity to the mall was good for any shopping and dining that you need. Being on top of the mall led to lots of noise. The restaurants and clubs played loud music until midnight; even on the sixth floor, it was easily heard through the windows. This was on a Sunday evening.
The hallways smelled strongly of fried food. This was the same morning and night. The breakfast was limited, but there aren't any other nearby options since the mall-based restaurants aren't open for breakfast hours.
The hotel isn't conveniently located for anything except the shopping malls.
The price was decent, but there are similarly priced places in Monterrey with better locations.

The hotel is in a great location- no shortage of food and beverage options. The room is extremely comfortable! The mattresses are uncommonly comfortable. Very few hotels that I have stayed in have mattresses that you can actually rest comfortably on- but this hotel’s mattress was quite comfortable as well as the pillows. Over all, great experience!

The hotel is one of my favorites due to how luxurious it is while also being 100 ft from the mall. They have stores like H&M and American Eagle and a huge food court as well as other restaurants right at walking distance. You have to pay for parking time but if you just Uber around then it's amazing.

Tuve que dar 1 estrella por la comodidad de sus camas. Todo lo demás pésimo. Está situado en medio de una plaza comercial enorme. No hay acceso de vehículo para bajar equipaje. Tienes que caminar llevando tus maletas entre la gente que está haciendo compras para entrar al hotel. El estacionamiento es el mismo de la plaza.
Las personas en recepción no te informan absolutamente nada acerca de la tecnología de las habitaciones y nada funciona sino usas la tarjeta/llave de acceso. Cosa que tienes que figurar por ti mismo.
Durante mi estancia y de acuerdo a la recepción hubo una falla en el aire acondicionado y fue una pesadilla estar en ese cuarto. No hubo ni una disculpa cuando se les dijo de la incomodidad del calor y que no pudimos dormir.
El baño estaba súper sucio.

This is our second stay here. It’s a great hotel but finding your way into the mall where it is can be tricky, as can finding a parking space in the underground parking garage.

The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also pet friendly, one of the only ones in the area.

The hotel is beautiful but finding how to get to the entrance and where to park is horrendous! The hotel is in a big mall, and while you can see the hotel from the street, good luck with finding the entrance! There is NO SIGNAGE to guide you at all!! Once we got there by driving around the parking lot and entered the hotel we discovered there’s a parking garage below with elevator access. For a hotel this upscale it was pretty frustrating to have such difficulty.

The hotel was clean and it was convenient to have access to the shopping center thru the elevator and just a few.steps to get into the shopping center.
The only problem we had was that one of the days, there was no hot water and they couldn't tell us how long it would take to get it fixed. We ended up taking a cold shower. When we came back to the hotel at the end of the day (Around 9pm), i asked about the hot water issue and was informed that the water heaters were already working and heating up the water. We got to our room and the hot water was not clean. After a
long while, the hot water was hot and seemed clean.
As for the add-on breakfast, it was worth it for us. They had fresh seasonal cut up fruit, cheeses, breads, 4 different types of milk, 5 types of juice, cereal, small pancakes, scramble eggs, refried beans, several sauces, along other items. Great variety of foods to choose from. They were changing a few items on the daily basis and you can ask for eggs your way. The only thing I missed was tortillas. Other then that, it was pretty good.

the hotel is very new and in good shape, but the staff is NOT at the level of the hotel... as an example when I wanted to checkout I called from the room to the reception to check out and they obligated me to stop in the lobby room to give my key by hand to complete my checkout... very out of date policy that proof the staff doesn't understand electronic keys... and when I complain they disregard my comment and said I was wrong.

Esta muy difícil de encontrar la entrada, el estacionamiento se llena mucho y si traes carro tienes que cargar tus cosas desde lejos por toda la plaza. Le pregunte a la persona de recepción por la mejor opción para estacionarse y sólo dijo ahi busquen a dónde llega el elevador de en frente a ver si encuentran algo. Le comenté que teníamos que bajar varias cosas y en ningún momento ofreció ayuda o uno de los carritos para cargar maletas. Además, el estacionamiento no está incluido, tienes que pagar 75 pesos por estadía, sin embargo en la información del hotel dice que sí se incluye.
Antes de llegar me llegó un link para hacer el check in en línea y agilizar el proceso. Al llegar a front desk me dijeron que el codigo QR que me llego por el check in no servía de nada, entonces para que mandan el link? La habitación está limpia pero solo hay dos toallas super delgadas y no hay toallas de manos. No me volvería a quedar aqui.

Hotel is sitting in the middle of a very busy shopping and dining area. The problem was at night they have live bands playing music extremely loud. You can hear the music all the way up to my room. Another issue is parking is not complimentary. Overall I will not be staying at this hotel while on business trip. If you want to party then this hotel suits you.

Cool location but not very clean

Location is cool if you don’t mind noise or a busy area. It’s next to a ton of restaurants and loud music, mall. Really cool but it wasn’t clean. We had only towel in our room that had hair, a small towel about the floor mirror, dust and dirty floors.
