La limpieza de la habitación dejo mucho que desear. Al enceder el aire acondicionado, este despidio un olor muy desagradable. En el baño, una de las toallas tenia manchas negras y algunas rojas/rosas. Por la mañana, se abrio la habitación por parte del personal sin confirmar si había alguien en la habitación. Es la primera vez que me quedo en un Sleep Inn y de verdad no creo repetir.

Le falta remodelación y fumigar, la habitación es vieja, me desperté dos veces porque se me subieron bichos a la cara. En el baño no tienen jabón ni shampoo, se escuchan todos los ruidos del exterior y de otros cuartos. Las luces parpadeaban al prender. Cuando llegue el piso del baño estaba mojado. Solo lo recomendaría por la ubicación.

El clima no funcionaba por que los filtros estaban obstruidos polvo y mugre. También los jabones estaban rellenos de agua. Lamentablemente veníamos de un viaje largo y tuvimos que permanecer en el lugar por el cansancio. Pero al día siguiente de nuevo tuvo que llegar mantenimiento ya que al desconectar el secador se salió todo el cableado de electricidad. Al caer la noche y salir a buscar comida al regresar no había estacionamiento y me querían estacionar afuera del edifico en la avenida de un área extremadamente transitada. Sin responsabilizarse de algún modo por mi vehículo. El velador del lugar empezó a subir su tono a una manera muy irrespetuosa al no querer dejar mi auto afuera. El desayuno no es lo que muestran en la publicidad.la noche fue incómoda al saber que la puerta no cerraba bien. Cabe destacar que algunas mujeres del servicio fueron muy amables y atentas. Les recomiendo que busquen otras opciones por precio calidad. Ya que este no lo vale. Y es mejor evitarse este tipo problemas e inconvenientes.

Este hotel es realmente horrible. Es publicidad engañosa. Las habitaciones no lucen como en las imágenes. Desde el momento uno al llegar nos dieron una habitación en el tercer piso. Al cual preguntamos por el elevador ya que llevaba a mis padres de la tercera edad y todo el equipaje. Pero al ver las escaleras y mis padres no poder acceder por ahí pregunté por el elevador y este estaba fuera servicio. Por lo que pedí que nos cambiaran la habitación a una más accesible para mis padres y me ofrecieron una en el 2do piso esta fue la habitación 352.
Al momento de entrar olía a humedad, la habitación era diminuta ysin la puerta corrediza , las sábanas estaban desgastadas y sucias amarillentas, el teléfono no tenía servicio,las paredes estaban asquerosas. No había toallas y muy mala iluminación. Fui a recepción a hablar con el encargado y me trató de la manera más hostil y ruda , me ignoraba utilizando audífonos mientras le hablaba y ni siquiera levantaba la mirada. De mala manera y después de tener una discusión por su actitud nos trasladaron a otra habitación en la cual nuevamente había inconvenientes , la puerta no cerraba, tampoco había toallas y al pedirlas traían cabellos. El clima hacía ruido por lo cual pedímos que viniera mantenimiento de muy mala gana atendieron la petición. Very clean

Very clean hotel. Its a bit weird they have many men just hanging out on the sidewalk and by the lobby though.

Hey management, as travelers coming to a new place, even as a man, i dont want to see random men just hanging outside of the hotel. I can only imagine how a woman would feel.

Very clean and very nice staff though. Close to many restaurants and stores.

The staff was amazing, but this is not a tipical hotel. It does not habe the ammenities expected for the price. No microwave or freezer in the room. Rooms are small and linens need to be updated soon. No closets, only a pie e pf furniture to hang your clothes. It is good for a single person not enough room for a family of 4.

1. Initial assigned room had problem with the door lock. Door lock did not work. Had to notify the staff to program it. Went out and after I returned to the room the key did not open the door and the key had to be reprogrammed.
2. Toilet was clogged since day 1. Did not realize it until
Water came out from bottom part of toilet. Notify the staff, after returning to the room at night I discovered the room was exactly as I left it, with toilet water on floor and room was not cleaned by staff. Notified the staff for second time and they applied caulk to the toilet. No room cleaning service was available at night. The staff provided new towels. Next day informed staff
again and they confirmed the toilet was clogged and it required major repairs. A new room was provided based on vacancy it took about 1 1/2 hours for new room.

The location is very good but Poor facilities, not very clean rooms, and super noisy! People are talking outside in the middle of the night very loud and theres no staff around to take care of that problem. Not recommended. Or for a stay of one or two days, I guess will be ok. The pictures that are posted online in this place are not the same, if you bring your own car or truck be carful the parking is very compact basically meant for small cars, dont bring a truck, custermer service very good, king size bed is great other then that its a decent place to stay for 155 for 2 nights

Parking spaces are very narrow, there is no safe space to park when checking in, a room service tray was in the balcony when we arrived at night with broken glasses, ant it was still there when we left, the A/C unit didn't cool the room not even after the whole night. Won't stop again at this place.

I requested a room on the first floor on comments when I did the reservation almost 4 weeks before of my check in, when we arrived to the hotel they gave me a room on the second floor allegating they have an elevator but the elevator wasn't working until afternoon of the second day of our stay. The tile of the floor at the shower was too slippery, not the appropriate non-slip tile. We were 4 guests but only 2 towels in the bathroom, we requested for extra towels and waited more than 3 hours to get themand the housekeeper lady didn't wait until we open the door, she used her own key after knocked only once, she also did the same at 10 am on our last day of stay, we were still sleeping, knocked once and then opened the door to do the room cleaning!

I have stayed with mom here since 2015. The complimentary hot food selection has improved nicely since our last stay in Oct 2021. There is greater variety & the food is hot. The rooms on the 2nd floor could improve by adding bedside reading lighting. The rooms on the 1st floor have great bedside lighting, however, need more dresser & closet space. The late night (1am) parking lot / poolside noise level could be improved by closer guard watch.

Rooms were dirty, service was terrible. We booked 2 rooms one 4 people and the room only got 2 towels and the other for 2 people. Well the one gor 4 had only 2 towels and the other one none. We requested more pillows since it only had a pillow and a cusion and they never brought them. The towel lady gave us a lecture on how we had asked for too many towels and wanted to know what we were doing with them. When we told her the room had no towels at all and we had never gotten any even upon multiple requests she just threw them at us and left. Food was horrendous at complimentary breakfast and restroom’s doors didn’t close and had stranger hair in them. Beds hard and no pillows. Overall a terrible experience. Never again there. All employees were rude and questions our requests for extra towels or pillows. No one wanted to help

My 93 year old mom & I have stayed here (old BW Royal Cts Mty) now the Sleep Inn, once/yr for 2 wks, since ‘14.
Bath shower: temperature of hot & cold water mix not stable, you would suddenly be scalded or have freezing water at your back. Towels: stingy with # & type/size of towels, no face cloths. Footprints on fresh bath & hand towels. Stingy with toiletries, 1 soap square & 1 shower bottle for 2 people. Hotel No Longer provide Kleenex tissues to any room.

Terrible room lighting: rooms are dark, there used to be wall reading lamps for ea of the queen bds, now can't read in bed. No lighting by the desk. Two overhead ceiling lights are inadequate.

Cleanliness of rooms: they replaced the old floor carpeting, the cleaning staff did a bad job of sweeping, vacuuming or mopping the floor in the room. Stained Fresh Bed sheets.

Hotel Hot breakfast: there used to be a hot breakfast buffet. Variety was decent. Now a person, due to covid, serves a guest a small portion of food. The food is ALWAYS the same. COLD scrambled eggs, runny mashed beans, soggy chilaquiles, cold pancakes. EVERY DAY the same food. Wkends they used to have a special entre, menudo or pozole. No longer is there a wkend special entre. There used to be a variety of whole fruit available for breakfast: apples, bananas, now ‘day old’ cut up fruit is served in tiny plastic containers

I booked this hotel for a 3 night stay. Seems that it's a bit outdated and needs some fixing. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned each day and done well.

Breakfast was just ok. It was enough to get you out the door, but very basic. Eggs with ham or sausage )more like hot dog), some chilaquiles, beans and maybe they might have a quesadilla or pancakes if you come at least an hour before they close. And yogurt. Oj or coffee are your drink choices.

The room: The room was so small. The bathroom was also small that you can't leave the towel on the floor and open the door. Shower didn't have strong pressure and took a few minutes to get warm. Only shampoo and a small bar of soap are provided. The towels i received were a bit old and stringy. Time to be replaced. there was a hairdryer, but no iron. There is an in room safe and coffee maker. The makeup mirror was just barely hanging onto the wall. The tv worked, but there was no sound. The cable box I booked a king bed, but it seemed like a small, uncomfortable queen bed. I had room 116 which was the first one. Closest to the street, so you hear all the traffic and all the people outside. Quite loud, i thought the window was open, but it wasn't. At least the AC worked well and there were plenty of lights. Also the USB chargers charged well.

Pool was closed. Vending and ice on-site. I would probably look elsewhere on my next trip to MTY

The only problem with this hotel was that when I booked my stay. I always travel with my old dog and I always filter for pet friendly hotels. I got here and checked in and was taking my things into the room when a employee approached me and said that I could not have a dog in this hotel. I went to the desk and explained how the hotel was pet friendly on hotels.com, the man at the desk was very nice and accommodating. I went to eat. When I returned the other employee attacked again and insisted that I go to the front desk. I went and again the attendant was very apologetic and told me that the owner was demanding that I leave a deposit for my dog, I did. My dog is a whopping 9 pounds.
More than anything else it was the arrogant and rudeness of the employee, I think he was a security guard that made it a bad experience.
