I would never recommend this stay to anyone. The pictures portrayed are nothing like what the actual place looks like. The “City View” is abysmal, nothing but dirty streets and a KFC in front of a rundown terrace and windows that don’t even open. As you arrive you immediately feel unsafe in the area, no on site parking, no anything this place is horrible and the fact that they make it non refundable says a lot. They know they are scamming people with lies and I regret ever giving this place a chance because I was deceived by the photos they portray the place to be. Completely unsatisfied and again nothing but regret after booking this stay and having them waste my money.

The staff was rude. Requested I leave a deposit of 200 pesos for a tv remote. They would hand guests towels as they registered. Too many rules and restrictions. Outside the hotel it is an absolute mess. Homeless everywhere. Cardboard and trash scattered everywhere. The ONLY positive thing was that I slept good because I was on the 5th floor. Away from the noise.

First of all if your not going to hold a reservation till at least 10pm then why even offer reserve now, pay later. I got there around 7:29pm to find out I was suppose to be there by 6pm to pay and not loose my reservation. Nunca fueron a hacer la limpieza, al abandonar la propiedad una de las trabajadoras quebró el control remoto y nos dijo que nosotros ya lo teníamos en malas condiciones, cosa que no fue así porque nunca lo usamos, afortunadamente no nos lo cobraron.

El hotel nada que ver con lo que publica, reserve por 3 noches y así como llegue me fui, desde que pisas la entrada de ese hotel se siente una sensación muy fea, mucho indigente, demasiadas chicas de la vida galante y hombres en la entrada.... No lo pensé dos veces en irme a hospedar a otro hotel.

La zona es como quedarse en Silent Hill, la cama terrible, el colchón tan delgado que te clavas las tablas, sin muebles, la regadera desperdicia agua y se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Pésimo lugar, necesitaba 2 días de alojamiento y preferí salirme de ahí a buscar otro.

EVITEN la pena de quedarse en este lugar, de vdd que hay mejores hoteles de paso que esta ubicación, la limpieza terrible sabanas sucias algunas rotas de lo viejas, cabellos por todos lados, las fundas de las almohadas muy manchadas, No cuenta con estacionamiento y la calle esta llena de indigentes, hubo varios ruidos a las 3 am de alarmas , el servicio de check in es como si te hicieran el favor y pedimos toallas para 3 huéspedes solo dejaron una, la realidad es que no es tampoco una ganga para aguantar por lo que recibes, si pueden quedarse en cualquier otro lugar eviten la pena de verdad no descansas porque los colchones se hunden también son muy viejos y lo peor de todo tuvimos 2 habitaciones y ambas olian a humedad es un olor tan intenso que no se puede descansar, la calefacción no funciona muy bien y solo despide un mal olor, en general tiene todo en contra de lo que un hotel debería ofrecer por lo que ya veo porque la tarifa es no reembolsable jamas regresaremos !!!

el 1er dia no funcionó el aire acondicionado, la habitacion tiene una ventana super pequeña que no abre y da a la azotea vecina, la tele y wi fi no funcionaban y el telefono, solo es adorno, no tiene ni cable.
El 2do dia pedi que repararan lo mencionado, regrese por la noche y nada. Hasta ese momento lo repararon.

Limpieza del hotel buena, en los 2 dias que estuve no detecto la señal del wifi en ningun momento. La presion de agua estuvo muy bien, agua caliente en todo momento. La señora de limpieza muy amable, La recepcionista que esta antes de las 5pm atiende de una manera muy descortés, hace mala cara solo por pedirle activar la tarjeta por favor O por hacer alguna otra pregunta sobre la estancia. La PEOR experiencia en un Hotel de por vida....
Este ha sido el PEOR hotel en el que me haya hospedado en mi vida, en este hotel se hospedan muchos migrantes centroamericanos y del caribe y al parecer tambien el personal que trabaja ahi son migrantes, por lo tanto el trato y servicio al cliente es pesimo, desde la chica que estuvo en la recepcion en el turno matutino.
Varias cosas malas de este hotel que me toco vivir son:
- El cuarto que recerve (2 camas matrimoniales) para 4 personas no lo respetaron, al final me dieron cuarto con 2 literas y no me quisieron hacer una rebaja o darme algun bono o descuento por no hacer respetado mi reservacion.
- la limpieza en todo el hotel pesima, lleno de polvo y suciedad, los baños y pasillos con cucarachas por todos lados
- la regadera del baño solo tenia agua caliente, no funcionaba el agua fria
- cobijas muy feas, 4 cobijas de medio cuerpo como las que usan los veladores
- la muchacha de la recepcion que me atendio estaba mas preocupada en coquetear con los huespedes y otros trabajadores del hotel que en atender a los clientes y dar un buen servicio.
- El aire acondicionado del cuarto muy ruidoso, parecia que habia una matraca en el cuarto
- Inodoro del baño con gotera, toda la estancia se escucho la gotera constante
- WIFI pesimo, no servia el WIFI del piso # 5 que fue donde estuvo mi cuarto (# 520)
- Los cubiertos para la comida sucios, con manchas y suciedad, es increible que ni los cubiertos los laven bien
- Las lamparas del cuarto sin cubierta, ya solo tienen el foco solo
