I felt very safe and comfortable and area outside the hotel was very secured and felt comfortable walking around and everything was in close proximity. I didn't like that the main elevator was always out of service and had to use the service elevator.

Terribal customer service, after having reservation 2 weeks ahead of time, and confirming 2 times my reservations asking both time if pool was open (which was our reason for making the trip) No one told me it was not open, EVEN after I ASKED at arrival and checking in. THe receptionist told me pool was on level 2 and still did not tell me it was closed. after arriving on level 2 being in swim suit the JANITOR was the one that told me the pool was closed, I immediately went to reception asked for a manager and she told me how could she help me i told her pool was closed and no one told me and she said yea pool is closed. I said ok i would lie to cancel my stay she said ok and never offered an apology or try to resolve the issue in another way. She did not say a word no one did.

wouldn't come back

Place feels overcrowded like there's too many people in the rooms. The day I arrived there were people laying down and sitting in the hallways like bums. During my entire stay there was only 1 elevator in service for a 17 floor hotel. To get on the elevator you had to stand around for 5-10 minutes and hope there was room to get on it. Lastly, the place has a bad musty smell, especially on some floors.

La ubicación es privilegiada, pero las instalaciones requieren actualizacion, olía a humedad. El personal fue excelente, atento y extremadamente amable. Si me volvería a quedar ahí por supuesto, pero se beneficiarían muchísimo con hacer algunas actualizaciones básicas

La peor experiencia

Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. El aire acondicionado del hotel no funcionaba, hacia más calor adentro que en la calle, se sentía bochornoso dentro de la habitación, no nos solucionaron nada en recepcion, dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada. El internet no funcionaba bien, era demasiado lento o no cargaba nada. La tina del baño no contaba con tapón para evitar que se fuera el agua y se llenará. También el agua salía por la regadera y abajo apesar que tú le movieras.

Me he hospedado en este hotel muchas veces y el detalle del elevador es muy molesto a veces solo funciona uno o ninguno
Ademas esta ultima vez el pasillo olia mucho a humedad no se si las alfombras estan muy viejas
Otra cosa fue que me cobraron 25 pesos x concepto de limpieza en ninguna vez nos habían cobrado esto
Y se supone que eso esta incluido en el servicio

Old building, one of the 2 elevators doesn't work, neither does the safe box in the room. The tub is being leaking all day and night and the sheets smell to somenthing else but clean. There a hundreds (loterally) of food options in the area, as well as many stores for everytjing you could imagine.
On the other side, the restaurant is super clean and has a wide variety, as well as a friendly staff.
One last thing, the wifi doesn't work propperly and gets intermittent

Very centric hotel, not old but could use a remodel. Close to malls, entertainment, and transportation. The experience in general was good, excellent service from the staff.

At night it gets kinda unsafe outside, all stores closed and low light conditions. Perhaps is due to ir being right in the middle of downtown and not much activity after hours.

It is very nasty, dirty, mold in isle carpets, only one elevator for all 15 floors (very long wait times) , staff said that corporate has been advised, but would not approve the repair for the other elevator. the beds are old and uncomfortable. Would never go back.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Only one elevator worked and it can only accommodate 4 people. Going up and down took forever. I ended up going down 11 floors through the stairs with luggage as it was taking very long. Hallways look terrible. Room was clean but AC wouldn’t cool down. Restroom had a leaking faucet and the shower had very cold water dripping from the ceiling through a thing line. I’m thinking maybe it was from the AC. Room felt really humid.

Ha sido una de las peores experiencias, el elevador no sirve bien , se traba, se cancela la selección de pisos y te hace dar muchas vueltas innecesarias.
Desde que llegamos se veía una mala limpieza del cuarto, había unos calcetines de los huéspedes anteriores debajo de la cama así como basura.
El segundo día no pusieron toallas cuando hablé para pedirlas tardaron más de 40 minutos en llevarlas (( y eso porque ya había bajado a recepción a pedirlas pero no me las quisieron dar ahi))
El tercer día se atoró la puerta del baño y una de las personas se quedó encerrada durante aproximadamente 30 minutos hasta que logramos abrirla y ya después llegó alguien de mantenimiento el cual reparó la chapa pero dejó todo el piso lleno de astillas.
Y justamente ese día no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto por lo cual se quedaron esas astillas en el piso todo el tiempo.
El cuarto día solo pusieron dos toallas (( éramos 3 huéspedes en la habitación)) y ni siquiera aspiraron bien
Al momento del check out no pude dejar la maleta en resguardo porque dijeron que ya estaba todo lleno, mi vuelo salia hasta las 8 y tuve que estar cargando la maleta todo el tiempo (jamás me había pasado esto en ningún hotel que había hospedado)

The bathroom is small but clean. Our room at check in had a dirty night stand with what seemed to be spilled coffee or soda. It was still wet and sticky and carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and room quiet. Loved the free breakfast buffet and free parking.

The hotel does not provide hand towels. No ironing table unless you ask for it. There is no breakfast included. The safe in the room didn't work and it took them a long time to fix it. On television they offer cable channels, but I was never able to access the cable channels.

This hotel doesn’t follow its own rules, except when keeping your money. We had a security issue the first night with another guest across the hallway. They were having their party in the hallway and tried a couple of times to open our door. I had my son with me, and he was very scared. I tried contacting front desk but they would not pick up the phone. I had to call a friend in the city to call the main line to let them know. Eventually a security guard came up and spoke to the man in the hallway with his beers in full display- he was quite drunk. Instead of the security guard handling the situation, he knocks on my door to tell the other guest that it was me who called. After that, I didn’t feel safe being there with my son. I brought it up the next morning, and the front desk did not address the problem, suggest moving us to another room or anything. So I had to check out. This hotel is not family friendly, the staff is not interested in addressing your issues. I was very disappointed with the lack of help.

Well, i booked at midnight because i had drink too much for driving and since i was in the arounds i decided to stay there, but the hotel won't let me check-in because they only start receiving guests at 5 A.M.. it was 3 A.M.. so i had to pay an \"additional night\" to be able to check in at 3 A.M. the other option was to wait on the lobby for two hours...
Flexibility is not skill there.

OMG! I don’t even know how to begin. First, when we arrived in the hallway the smell of mold hit so hard. Then as we unloaded our luggage in the room and tried to relax in our beds, my daughter discover two dead roaches in her bed, then they moved us into another room and there were live roaches and the air did not work at full capacity. Then the 3rd day another live bug. Then the day we decided to go up to use their pool there was a sign saying the the pool was not available because it was being used by a private party. The gentleman who helped us about the air condition said he would make sure it worked. He was very polite and apologetic. However, air was a little better but certainly not ac worthy. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Abajo hay una estación de camiones y en la recepción hay gente con maletas esperando a que salga su camión. El edificio es viejo y en mal estado.
Las fotos que muestran en Expedia no se parecen en nada a las instalaciones que tienen.

That property is deteriorated ! Lots of men inside the lobby felt uncomfortable letting my wife and daughter to go have breakfast alone downstairs. I selected to have breakfast included, they offered the same thing daily. The service at the restaurant was horrible had to get up and get my own coffee refills. Overall experience was very NEGATIVE ! The A/C couldn’t be adjusted because the hotel has it set at their own convenience to conserve energy, that is VERY PATHETIC !!

Como referencia, pagué $2,100 por una habitación, una noche para 3 personas, con desayuno incluido.

Primero, el estacionamiento del hotel no funciona y te envían a un estacionamiento contiguo.

La señorita que me atendió al llegar, malencarada. La de la noche fue muy amable.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear: lucen descuidadas, desgastadas, viejas.

La alberca es compartida con un hotel que se encuentra al otro lado de la manzana.

El desayuno incluido es buffet aunque no tiene tanta variedad: cereal, fruta, huevos al gusto, hot cakes y un par de guisos que cambian.
