The bed sheets, pillows, and bath towels were always dirty. The staff told us they were stained but clean. The room's walls were dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. There was no telephone in the room, and we had to go down to the front desk every time.

La peor opción de hospedaje, el staff atiende pésimo, las instalaciones sucias, la habitación se ve que no la limpian desde hace mucho tiempo, la regadera sucia con cabello y jabón en el piso y aún así, te piden propina para el ama de llaves. Es increíble que lo tengan en ese estado.

It was okay but the room was in very bad condition and the bathroom was dirty.
No hot water for two days.
The receptionist service was nice.
A/C is not good in the restaurant.
I hope they improve the quality of the bedrooms and bathroom.

Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed.

Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning time), I noticed that these cleaning ladies block the elevator doors withbtheir carts while they are doing something else.

The staff is great and helpful and they are always happy.

A great plus is the car rental company office on site. The subway, food, movies, and many stores are located in the same block.

This property was not well maintained. The AC did not work well, the key card system did not work resulting in the inconvenience of having to be let in to my room each time I left it. There are better places fir about the same money nearby.

Te listo la cronología de hechos de lo ocurrido en mi breve estancia en el hotel misión
check-in a las 9:55. el sábado 3 de Sep.
Habitación asignada 518
Llave tipo tarjeta sin funcionar. Cada acceso a la habitación tenía que ir una persona a abrir. La recepcionista indicó que quedaría solucionado el problema en 1hr.
Cambio de habitación a la 517 debido a que la primera se encontraba sucia y sin funcionar el aire acondicionado.
Se notificó a la persona que abrió la habitación que la misma no contaba con toallas de mano y para ducha. indicando que las traería tan pronto como le fuera posible.
10:25 pm salgo del hotel para cenar, previo a mi salida notificó en recepción que no han llegado las toallas y el aire acondicionado no enfría.
11:40 pm regreso a mi habitación, no hay toallas, la habitación está caliente, con el aire encendido. Estando en la habitación percibo malos olores (humedad y polvo)
11:55 pm solicito cancelar mi reservación y reembolso, el cual fue denegado. Solicite hablar con el gerente en turno, sin embargo estaría disponible hasta el lunes.
00:10 am me ofrecen otra habitación, la cual rechacé porque el hotel no cumple con los requerimientos mínimos de higiene y una habitación cómoda acorde con el precio pagado.
00:58 am solicito mi check-in, sin darme algún comprobante de mi salida.
Es lamentable que este hotel no tenga el mínimo cuidado en el servicio que pre

La persona que nos recibió en el front desk nada amable. Es pérdida de tiempo hacer el check in de manera obligatoria escaneando un código de barras. Cuando el mismo personal podría realizarlo en su sistema sin problema. Me hizo perder mucho tiempo en eso y mi celular no tenía la opción. El joven ya medio de malas me dió su celular para hacerlo. Yo misma!!! Eso no fue nada agradable..ya que tuve que poner en SU TELÉFONO mi información personal.
Fue muy mala experiencia el check in.

The hotel is old and the floors of the hallways were dirty. Also there were some hair in our shower and the toilet wasnt working properly. It was also leaking water on the floor. No hand towel in the bathroom and the towels were stained and some even had holes. Also some sheets and pillow cases were stained. Definitely we won’t ever stay in this hotel. The price is too high for the quality. I don’t recommend it at all.

The pictures are very photoshopped, I did not expect my hotel room to be in such bad conditions. It’s very old, the carpet was dirty when I got there and throughout my stay. The bathrooms are in really bad conditions and the lights of the room didn’t work. The doors were also old. I booked the hotel also because of the breakfast but when I got there they said it wasn’t included.

We book this hotel for my cousins wedding i must say the pictures shown on here have nothing to do with what i experience the room i was given had a terrible dirty carpet i asked the staff at the front desk to be changed to another room they were very rude the room had a weird smell.. i do want say the cafe downstairs has the best breakfast location was ok

The hotel is one of the dirties place I have ever stay, the room was very bad, I was changed to another room that was a little better but still very bad.
Smells, dirty carpet, hairs on the bathroom, etc.
We made the comments to the manager and showed the pictures that I am including in this review.

Everything was good about your stay , the breakfast included was very tasty , it is traditional mexican food . The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable . THIS HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL.. Its design is very mexican i really enjoyed our stay . They have everything there except a Gym but they have an arrangement with the gym locates in the Shopping Mall across the street. They help you with travel arrangements for consulate affairs but you dont really need it everything is in walking distance .They have a restaurant and a bar in the hotel and everything is super yummy and accessible when it comes to pricing . Its mainly buffet for breakfast and lunch and in case you want something a little more american they have an ihop across the street and a buffalo as well as a mcdonalds a d a starbucks .. you have many options withing walling distance. Ive read negative reviews on this place but all i can say is my week stay was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is older and not for the person that wants everything new and fresh like a fancy new hotel. There was no A/C in room but had fans that made it very cool and fresh. Staff as so nice and helpful to me and my guess. I saw many families enjoying themselves asking and getting ideas of places to see and things to do.
If your looking for a good Mid level hotel I'd look into staying here.

Great location! Not much comfort.

The good: The staff was friendly and it was right downtown in the middle of everything.

The bad: They affadenfalky doubke charged me, because I paid online ahead of time and they charged me again when I arrived (they eventually fixed it), it was quite hot in my room even with the air conditioning on and there was no way to fix it, the shower only had cold water and would not get warm, and there were no towels in my room.

Overpriced, very hot room, complaint three twice and they didn’t fix the problem, couldn’t sleep well, they didn’t even give me a key because the key machine wasn’t working. Elevador work very slow and it was faster to use stairs from the seventh floor. Staff very unprofessional, water leaks around toilet.

The hotel is remodeled so it was nice and comfy it was also super clean . The housekeeper was the nicest in the staff . The rest of the staff seemed to busy to answer any of my questions about near by places . The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that there was a lot of guys hanging out infront of the hotel loitering. I didn’t feel safe they where staying in the hotel but also giving the nice hotel a bad look. The cab driver who dropped me off there told me to be careful at night bymyself. I wouldn’t mind staying there as long as I’m not traveling alone .

Horrible experience! After a 4-day stay, I left furious and in tears. We arrived Monday afternoon and noticed all front desk staff were unfriendly, no greetings, arrogant, no courtesy, wouldn't even look at you in they eye. The clerk even rolled her eyes when we asked for an extra key. Every day that we left or returned after an outing, it was the same thing; not a friendly, welcoming word. The room was pleasant; tolerable if you're not too picky. The cleaning lady we got on the 8th floor was a jewel to us; SO friendly that it was a pleasure leaving a tip for her every day. But on her day off, the second cleaning lady WOKE THE WHOLE FLOOR UP at 9a.m by loudly knocking on each door, yelling \"camarista\"! No consideration. Wed afternoon I needed to make a local call. I pressed the designated button on the phone but it just rang and rang. After about 12 rings I gave up and pressed the front desk. Same thing; it rang and rang; no answer. After many rings someone finally answered. She asked for the number and said she would connect me and hung up. I waited several minutes until I gave up and went to the front desk only to find out that she was NEVER going to connect me. She had scratched the phone off her paper not knowing why she had written it down in the first place. I WAS LIVID to say the least. When I complained, all 3 desk clerks stared at me with sarcasm, no acknowledgement, no apologies, like brainwashed zombie. I left never wanting to return. BEWARE

Horrible, primero me dijo la recepcionista que ir me tenía q cancelar, cuando marque a las 3pm para avisar que llegaría a las 9. Me pudieron avisar allí que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Total ya no conseguí y no me quisieron hacer ni devolución. Que todo era a través de hoteles.com, ellos se deslindaban. Me tuve que quedar y la habitación no tenía clima, ni fundas las camas. Solo una sábana, olía a humedad y había cucarachas. La peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel

Al llegar el estado del Lobby y Restaurant ilusionan, pero al llegar a la habitación es decepcionante. La habitación con mucha humedad. Paredes despintadas y cucarachas deambulando en el baño y en la habitación. En la página se menciona un cargo de $300 por llevar mascota, pero al llegar, nos dijeron que el cargo es de $700. El estacionamiento no es apto para llevar maletas con ruedas (piso con muchos parches de cemento)
