Nos encantó el Hotel. Las instalaciones son super lindas, el personal amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la alberca calientita en invierno. Incluye un desayuno rico, y tienes opción a cambiarlo por bufete a un muy buen precio, tiene variedad de comida para un buen almuerzo. Caminamos 15-20 min sin tema hasta el centro para turistear y tomar el barquito a fundidora. Mucho más barato y lindo que los Airbnb de la zona.

Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.

The personnel was not courteous at all. They charged me for an additional adult even though I had added the correct number of adults on our reservation. If we didn’t pay, we would forfeit what we had already paid for our reservation. We had to keep asking for towels for three people (just like they charged us) and then they came to clean room and took towels we had just requested. Before we could check out, they had to check room to confirm we hadn’t taken anything. The “free” breakfast included in the room charge is only a plate of fruit and a cookie. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Well, I saw they are 5 star hotel and pictures looks good , arrived and room was not a 5 star hotel , definitely here is 2-3 star hotel , room booked for two adult and second person arrived in the night and they didn’t let to come at the room and finally solved by coming down and speak with front deck, they couldn’t speak English and that’s the other reason for not giving the great feedback for this property

This hotel is excellent. It is beautiful on the outside and inside. The rooms are clean. The service i amazing. The hotel provides a light breakfast that consist of coffee, juice,sweet bread/pastries and fruit. But you can purchase heavier meals from their menu. The restaurant is open all day until 10pm. Because of covid we didn't have access to the pool or gym. But it's ok. The hotels location has an easy access to walk up and down downtown Monterey.

Well to begin only 4 people per room, so if youre a family of 5 you might have to get another room as we did with 6 members even though we booked for a double bed room. We werent told that in order to use the pool you have to reserve your time & its only for an hour. There is no bar on site but they do sell alcohol beverages. other than that the hotel was pretty clean, staff was nice.

The hotel is located on a poorly transited street so walking at later hours is not recommended. The staff at the reception desk were not polite, for example, if you want to use the steam bath you have to reserve, I did so and they still wouldn’t turn it on until about 20 minutes of my reservation were left. The breakfast is also very misleading and extremely inadequate: three pieces of fruit, sugary concentrated orange juice and a cookie with some coffee. The waiter passively aggressively tries to intimidate you into purchasing a complete breakfast. Bathroom very dirty

Maid saw me walking in the hall and always asked if i wanted my room clean. i dont care if my bed is made or the room being clean. i do care about having a new towel when i get out of the shower she made sure my son and i had fresh towels everyday. (i did tip her when i checked out). One of the only hotels that did have the pool open for covid. Taco stand on the corner was awesome. i didnt really spend alot of time at the hotel and interact with different people there. wifi worked very well, my son had elearning while we were there. i would stay again

I had an appointment for the CAS for fingerprint taking, and picture taking, It was pretty near, just like Fiesta INN, and another one something INN, in minutes walking, the internet was awesome for a mexican like me with almost 100 megas INN, it has been taken well care, with redesigned rooms.

Habitación sucia, me tocó arreglada pero tenían cabello ajeno las camas, uno de los edredones estaban sucios y manchados, el baño igual con cabello regado, presente ruido de las bocinas del restaurante, en el restaurante las copas y los cubiertos estaban sucios así que pedí que los limpiaran, la ubicación está excelente si haces trámite de visa y el personal del check muy amables, las instalaciones son algo viejas pero útiles, el personal del restaurante muy tajante pero servicial.
