Rooms were clean but badly outdated. Had to pay $100pasos for a damage deposit and when we checked out they didn’t give it back. I suggest if you’re going to stay here and you want your moneys worth, kick a hole in the wall and make them earn that 100pasos.

It’s a 45 yo hotel needs an urgent renewall. A/C thermostats won’t work, the pool is closed, half of the gym equipment is torn and not functioning. Rooms old but functional. There is lots of noise due to minor restoration.

Rooms are good, my only complaint would be the coffee for the in-room coffee maker, seems to low quality or at least taste watered down. The staff are incredible. We reserved here thinking the pool would be good for the kids, the pool was closed for remodel but they made it right. I am please and will stay here again.

The problem was at the restaurant. It was a really bad customer service, they were delayed with everything and they ignore me twice when I asked for things… the food was good. The problem is the services.
I spoke with the manager, but I did not receive any email or phone call regarding about this.
I wanna continue going because I like the room Services and I like the room.

The Hotel was really good its just the breakfast and dinner was $25 each person. Online it said it was included. The room was nice after they fixed the ac. Also there is allot of traffic going up and down the elevators . OVERALL GOOD HOTEL FOR THE MONEY. They just gappend to be remodeling when i visted. The staff was great, english and spanish speaking.

This is old hotel has a lot rooms but no the best choice for Hotel’s ,the clean is average because is to big and is not that busy the rooms smells like old carpet the location is closed to the stores but 10 minutes walk to the marcroplsaza the swimming pool is not so clean the water looks green :/ no healthy but all the employees very nice and with excellent customer service every one are so nice : ) the rooms between 4 & 11 are small no fridge but coffee maker available.

The hotel is an old property but remains in excellent shape super clean remodeled nice rooms, all of this is meaningless when becomes the breakfast restaurant.
The breakfast area and the food presentation is a shame and the food quality is very poor is incomprehensible that this hotel has such a poor breakfast even the juices are mixed with half water all other hotels of the same price range in Monterrey they have excellent food other restaurants
I told the restaurant manager that the orange juice was more water than juice he acted surprised and the question is don’t they have somebody to approve the food they serve at the restaurant
It’s a shame that such a nice hotel loose customers because of the poor quality food and presentation.
They should send somebody from the the hotel to check the food of fiesta Americana hotels that is quality food and excellent presentation

The temparatuers outside are high and the room does not have a refrigerator so that you can place water/soda/something to refresh yourself after being outside.

The personnel was not able to extend my visit and invited me to book in expedie instead... I do not see that efficient, mostly when I'm in front of them and they can not extend my stay...

This is a very good hotel checking in and out was perfect. Friendly staff , very clean and perfect location.

Our overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was completely out of food one hour before closing. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, his response was, “Eat what we have out,” and he simply offered to make it complimentary. The food that remained was dry, and about 60% of the chafing dishes were empty. In addition, the cleaning staff knocked on our door every morning before 8:00 a.m. to ask when they should return to clean. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available, so we were forced to wake up early each day. To make matters worse, the elevators broke down on Friday night, causing a major inconvenience for guests. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

The area around the pool is super slippery and dangerous. The view is nice but again super slippery. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!

Pros: The hotel is close proximity to Macroplaza. The staff was very responsive to our needs when we called to ask for something. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The hotel is out dated and needs some remodeling and fixing. Our shower had very low pressure and leaked all over while we showered.
For a weekend trip, wasn't bad. I would stay again.

The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
The bathroom toilet has pet water bottles to displace the tank water so it doesn’t use so much. But they fall constantly and cause the tank stopper to stay open which cause water waste.
The room air control was hot had to totally turn off to get the room to a temperature that you could sleep in. The service was great the room very poor mold in the tub , room temperature
