Staff is nice but my friends from other room had problems with their room card to the point they had to switch rooms cause they couldn't opent my friend room. So the broke in and place my friend in different room after.

This property has terrible air conditioning issues. My room was very humid I never felt cold air. The humidy ruined my passport . My clothes was like damp I won’t stay there anymore. Terrible. Trying to get a refund now. Located in the equivalent of skid row in Monterrey. Rooms were disgusting, they couldn't find our reservation for 30 minutes, and we ended up leaving 3 minutes after we saw the room with wall paper peeling off the walls and stained yellow sheets.

The hotel was full of men laying on the floor all-over the lobby and in the halls, the room was dirty and smell like mold, very bad experience, I travel alot and never had a problem with any hotels. The area was good. Close by to a lot of shopping and dining places. I ended up getting bed bug bites. The AC didn’t get that cold. We had to park on the other side of the block, in a public parking garage, which was really inconvenient. Would not recommend this place.

Travohotel it's a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything. Walking distance to movie theater, eateries, shopping, and the Macroplaza is right there to walk and enjoy the area. Hotel staff was gentle and willing to serve all the time.

Just outdated wallpaper coming off walls a beds were in a V shape totally wasted carpet stains rips and the security latch broken off. People and service are great just an outdated hotel room wise. Price and location are good. I would bring own blankets next time and AC is governed had no control to make it colder had maintence fix that during my stay
