Worst experience I have ever had with hotels and resorts. They refused to change my check in dates 3 days before I check in. I was suppose to check in on the 2 of November and called them on the 31st of October to change my date which is three days in advance.even when their policy clearly states you can cancel for full refund 72 hours before. They said I can’t push my check forward literally by one day because they will be shutting down the hotel and refused to refund or offer me credits. Horrible customer service and biases. If I could give zero star I would. They ruined my experience in Ibiza.

The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds to relax and the saxophonist on a Sunday afternoon was the best to chill. We would definitely return.

We found this the perfect hotel for our stay in Ibiza. We were here to both sample the clubs and have some time by the pool relaxing.

Perfect stay for Ibiza. Good location to take the boat to Formentera or Old Town. Pool is excellent, plenty of beds for all guests. Staff and service was excellent, gym looked decent though we didn't use it. Very helpful luggage room and showers if you wanted to stay after checkout. Very happy with our stay

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! Recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Booked a sea view room and were blown away by the view, overlooking the gorgeous pool and the sea. Buffet breakfast was quality, staff incredibly accommodating and location was great.

Our friends booked a room for 3, and Expedia said we could add a 4th guest for an extra charge. But when we arrived, the front desk said it was “impossible,” gave us a hard time, and made us book an entirely separate room. Only suites were available (much more expensive), and no discount or help was offered. Staff were cold and unhelpful.
Later, we left a half-full bottle of alcohol in our room after some drinks, expecting to finish it that night. When we returned, housekeeping had cleaned the room — and the bottle was gone. After being transferred between five people, we were told it was found but “almost empty.” At the desk, Ramon brought out the empty bottle and accused us of lying, saying it was already empty. He offered no apology and refused to escalate the issue, claiming the manager was gone for the day.
The next day, during checkout, the manager was kind and apologetic. She replaced the bottle and offered a restaurant credit — but it was too late, as we were leaving.
Unprofessional staff, poor communication, and zero accountability ruined what should’ve been a fun trip. Would not recommend

Only drawbacks we found were a small gym, and corridors can be noisy at night / early morning. Would recommend not having a room near the lifts

Just back from my second stay at Torre Del Mar Hotel and it honestly just gets better. The hotel is absolutely stunning – luxurious but relaxed, with beautiful attention to detail throughout. The food is incredible – every dish is high quality, and I have to give a special mention to the chefs who cook your eggs exactly how you like them in the morning, and serve up some seriously tasty specials in the evening. All the staff are genuinely lovely – friendly, efficient, and always on hand if you need anything. The yoga teacher is also brilliant – really experienced and makes everyone feel at ease. Can’t wait to go back again.

The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a mid-day dip. The spa was also a great touch, spa pool had jets and was well-maintained. There were plenty of loungers scattered around the property too, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
The staff were all warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet dinner each night was fantastic, a great variety and consistently tasty options. We also tried the on-site restaurant and were blown away by how delicious the food was.
Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was loud, the design outdated, and the overall vibe completely lacked the elegance we were expecting. We checked out after just one night and would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined or luxurious Ibiza experience.

We stayed here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel had a very corporate feel about it, not welcoming at all. The beds were very uncomfortable and could hear door slamming all through the night. The staff are not friendly and not helpful. We also didn’t find the location great- quite quiet and a long walk to other areas. The food was average and drinks were over priced. We would not stay here on our return.

We had a really nice 2 night stay at the hotel which was only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel was kept very clean, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the sunrise from our balcony.

Smart hotel in a good location. Great pool area with lovely outlook onto seafront. Pool would be better with a live dj at key times. We got a good bargain as we booked last minute hit probably wouldn’t pay full price for this hotel as there is better value for money elsewhere

Staff all very friendly and super helpful. Overall rooms were good but a little tired in places and not quite up to the standard expected for the price. We dined at the restaurant at the property and it was the worst food I had. We ordered the garlic prawns and they were drenched in oil with no flavor. We also ordered the tuna roll and it was the worst tasting sushi I ever had. Later that night we wanted to order room service since the check in guy said it’s 24/7. They told us they were closed and only had microwave food. We asked if they had anything like bread and butter and they said no and wouldn’t service us.

Hotel is centrally located in playa debossa and couple minute walking distance to beach and near the sea busses which run all day and take you to the main areas at prices equivalent to taxis. Rooms were very clean and AC was some of the best I've seen, even getting too cold while it's extremely warm outside. Restaurant pricing was good and amenities are plentiful. Front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful in finding restaurants and areas to visit, as well as nightlife options (can but event tickets directly from them) . Would definitely stay here again if given the chance to come to Ibiza.

Downside was that the concierge wasn’t very well informed. We asked about the Saturday Hippy Market but on arrival found it was closed until May. A 40+ minute drive wasted so we were very annoyed. We felt this should have been known.

It was our first time in Ibiza and Torre Del Mar was the perfect base to explore. We wanted to be able to walk to old town as well as to beach clubs in the opposite direction. A superbly clean, modern hotel offering all amenities you could want for. We will certainly be returning!

Loved staying here! The staff was amazing and I loved the pool area and amenities. We had an 8pm flight home and it was super convenient to store our luggage, lay by the pool all day, and then shower and change with their locker rooms. We would definitely stay again!

I am late reviewing this but that doesn’t represent my stay. I stayed the weekend of my Birthday, end of May 2023. Hotel Torre Del Mar is such an amazing hotel. From the customer service, to the attentiveness of staff to the beautiful updated modern hotel, I loved it! So beautiful. I only stayed for one day but still 5 out of 5! We shopped/ate/enjoyed the pool! Had drinks at the bar! Amazing!

Dreamy stay in Ibiza
Had a wonderful stay here, was in Ibiza for a friends wedding on the other side of the island, so got the best of both worlds with this location. Right on the beach with a great pool, and walkable to the Old Town in one direction, super clubs in the other. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming - would come back in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Hotel Torre Del Mar with a group of friends and all of us enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues that we feel could be addressed to make future stays much better. The 'Partial Seaview Room' -was just that, partial and rather disappointing considering we upgraded to a superior room. The view overlooked the parking area and road and wasn't a pleasant view at all.
There is no pool service in terms of drinks or snacks as you have to go to the bar yourself or go to the restaurant if you want to eat, which again would be nice if you could enjoy your Pina colada or daiquiri on your sun lounger.
The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Most of the orders were deeply saturated in fats and the cheese was that terrible plastic cheese you see squirted out of a bottle. The Poke bowl would have been lovely if it were not for the copious amounts of mayonnaise it was drowning in. Overall, I would have expected a much better quality for this hotel.

Terrible service with a nice view
While the hotel property is very nice, they apparently did not put as many resources into training their staff. Not sure if others had this experience as well but our feeling is that the staff was poorly trained (had trouble checking in for no good reason, they wouldn’t accommodate the fact I had skin cancer by giving us shade, room service barely responsive) and had trouble with English. The breakfast, aside from omelette station, was also very mediocre with some of the worst fruit I’ve had in Spain.

Beautiful resort. Very central. All forms of transportation available. There were a group of noisy teens that got into an altercation with a senior couple but they checked out the following day. Parents need to watch their kids. Otherwise, very nice and helpful staff. Excellent food options. Rooms cleaned but not thoroughly dusted. Splurge on a balcony room.

I previously stayed here in 1989-90, the property has been updated and is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was very good. It is within walking distance to the port, about 15-20 minutes.
