Staff was very good but installations, were not so in good conditions.
First room had a very bad smell, not from the sink, but apparently from the ceiling. It was 4th floor and 5th floor was remodeling.
Second room was ok but then at 5:30 am a noice was coming from the window, but realized was coming from floor above and a hole between ceiling and window was the one ‘filtering’ noises. Even a smoke smell was coming from there. Fortunately following night the hole was tapped and resolved. But still before 6am noises coming from above like a metal bucket appeared, not so loud but still enough to perceive them.
Breakfast buffet was ok.
The best is the hotel location, just across the street from Cintermex hall, very convenient.

The truth is a very bad experience, the air conditioning does not work in any of the 3 rooms that changed me, bad smell in a room and dirty floor the drain was blocked very dirty and old mattresses I do not recommend it for the establishment the staff was friendly although they changed me to three different rooms in two and a half days of stay

The area is top notch. The fundidora park is across the street and it's a beautiful spot to walk. There are a lot of options to eat and drink. Surprisingly there are no pharmacies nearby. The hotel looks nice but it si a bit outdated in the inside. The shower handle in the room was broken and the staff didn't seem to clean too meticulously. The staff was very nice overall but I would rate this hotel as average. The location is ideal if you want to be near fundidora park

I was in a corner room and it was loud.
I ended up checking out really early in the morning after one night.
When I arrived, the parking attendants were rushing you to move as soon as I pulled up. They were yelling at me to move forward and I explained that I couldn’t because of the size of my vehicle. Ended up following his instructions and now I have a huge mark on the side of my brand new truck.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS TRIP!!! Extremely disappointed.
It was a complete waste of time, my money and now I have to spend more to get my vehicle fixed.

I had a reservation that was essentially cancelled for now reason. Staff refused to offer us any reason why. They just said 'there was an issue on that floor level'. They tried to pawn us off onto a sister-hotel that was in a horrible location and not nearly as nice. When we got to the sister hotel they told us that they had been told that the original hotel had sold out of rooms. Again, we had a reservation. We had chosen this particular hotel because it was near an event that we had come to town for and the sister-hotel wasn't even within walking distance. Needless to say, I was not impressed by the service at all. I would not recommend this hotel in any way and I hope no one experiences this inconveniece.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. To begin with, the person at reception gave us room layouts we didn’t reserve. Then, all three rooms we reserved for our group did not have working air conditioning. I was the only room to complain but had to call multiple times. The receptionist finally changed my room at 2am. However, the layout was different. So my kids were expected to sleep on a sofa bed yet the receptionist didn’t let me know or send extra bedding. We had to wait longer for the extra bedding but given it was almost 3am, we gave up and the whole family slept on the king bed. All the waiting in the middle of the night was pretty ridiculous. And just so you know, all rooms A/C is off when you walk in. You use your room card to turn it on and you have to wait for it to cool that’s if your room even has functioning air conditioning.

The entire staff is fantastic; they offer excellent customer service. The location of the Hotel Antaris is excellent. The building is old, and some areas are unmaintained, especially the pool area. The rooms and bathrooms need remodeling. The rooms don't have a coffee maker or a small refrigerator. The air conditioning system is poor. They tried to provide us with the best service so the air conditioning would work a little better, but they couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly. I think that, given such a good location and good service staff, they should do a major remodeling, removing the rugs from the rooms and improving what I mentioned earlier. The mattresses and pillows are very good. I hope my comments are helpful.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero una vez que tienes tu habitación siento que no hay suficiente atención. Yo me he hospedado en diferentes partes y la atención es al 100% a los huéspedes. Me refiero en cuestión de la limpieza de la habitación cuando son de 2 noches en adelante. Siento que les falta mejorar eso, me bloquearon mi tarjeta para entrar a mi habitación 2 veces seguidas un día antes del check out, es molesto ir de vuelta a que solucionen eso y luego otra vez hagan lo mismo. Ademas, mi habitación tenia una gotera. ☹️

The room was gross. The faucet had green scum and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. It came with no towels (we had to ask for some), and the AC leaked water from the ceiling. The shower had poor drainage and pooled water when being used. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had a sewer smell, toiled didn't flush, pillow and bed sheet with blood stains, 1 hour to check in there was a line of 7 people and only 1 attendent . Restrooms by Looby area were dirty. I will never stay there again.

Can’t beat the location to attend events at Cintermex Convention Center. Also near Arena Monterrey and one of the entrances to Parque Fundidora. The lobby is nice, but lacks amenities, would be great if they offered coffee in the mornings. During the afternoon they do offer water but they put out very few glasses. Staff is attentive, I had a late flight when arriving, so I called to let them know, they said not to worry. Easy check in and out. The rooms are comfy, air conditioning worked well but a bit noisy. Beds were clean, but floors and the bathroom could have been cleaned better.
There’s a restaurant in site, but did not try it. A few other options around, and also 7/11 around the corner.
All in all, a good stay.

The service was terrible, very inconvenient. The payment terminals don’t issue receipts, they constantly bother you by phone, they charge for many things that should be free, there is terrible management, and they don’t know how to use Expedia.

Excellent on almost every level. My room was a little tired but nothing wrong with it. I will be returning to Monterrey and Anataris no question. Being across the road from paque Fundidora (with a pedestrian bridge) it made it the perfect location for the concert I was attending, sight seeing in Fundidora itself and acees to the canal taking you to downtown for shopping. I could not have asked for a better hotel, location or staff. They were very accommodating with my limited spanish and the restaurant was excellent. Great food and drinks everytime and the pricing was excellent as well. Again, I could not have asked for better.

Unexpected Hotel Revelations

My 1st floor room overlooking the front of the hotel had one large single pane window with a blackout curtain that didn't help insulate my room from the heavy traffic and near freezing temperatures the week of my stay. The thermostat didn't work and after complaining for the 2nd time I was finally provided a space heater the last 3 days of my stay. Also, there's no electricity in the room unless your room key is inserted into the wall key card holder while you inhabit the room. Some of the wall light switches didn't work so I had to manually unplug the nightstand lights. I could have removed the room key from the wall to darken my room but that would have kept my phone and pc from recharging. My bathroom shower leaked water from various sources via shower door and underneath the adjoining glass partition. The hotel restaurant was great as was the service. Unfortunately there isn't a bar so the steps away Chillis restaurant provided for me one.

I will stay here again, great service and is so convenient for so many activities. I stayed a Saturday night for a concert at Arena Monterrey and was so convenient that we walked, we feel safe all the time. All personnel were so polite and helpful all the time..

Very disappointing experience. Room was downgraded by management due to lack of availability, but we were charged the same. They tried to gift us a free buffet, but the food was service was slow---and the buffet was more a \"snack\" bar than a buffet. I do not think I'll be back here.
