Nos dieron una tercera habitacion doble por el problema de la television y a esta no le funcionaba el baño, asi que nos quedamos en dos habitaciones dobles: una que no le funcionaba la chapa de la puerta del baño y otra la television.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and find it very confortable. The staff is friendly and willing to make you feel at home. It is very easy to take public transportation as well as taxis. I think it’s one of the best options if you are on a budget.

It is a far away from downtown Monterrey but if you dont matter and want to stay in a good room and save money you can always take the metro that is right at the corner. Taxis charge $70 pesos from the hotel to the bus station (a la central de camiones). And I have to tell this because I didnt know and it was a surprise for me, the entrance of the hotel is just meters from the penitentiary.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were 3 hotel staff I want to mention, Luis on the day shift, a great human being really nice kid anything i needed he made every effort to accommodate me when the hotel manager was busy, 2nd shift Monica sweet 20 year old she did not speak much English but i downloaded a English Spanish translator on my phone so we could communicate, she was very nice and helpful, On the 3rd shift we had Olga who spoke excellent as she had lived in the US for many years, she is an outstanding desk clerk, the very best i have seen at a Mexican hotel.

Excellent attention and service from staff. Room clean and neat. Excellent room's WIFI service. The only problem is not having closet to hang clothes. Close to metro station. Surrounding area of the hotel not very pleasant and not nice at all, although is safe because of the police presence always due to the penitecnciary.

Había cucaracha, olor a humedad, ruido, sin contar que no respetaron mi reservación dando la habitación que les sobró. Recepción y gerente muy groseros, muy mal, no lo recomiendo, no regresaría.
